DONT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR OVER 2 MONTHS WITH LARA, IVE HAD TO CALL EVERY DAY SINCE THE DAY THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE READY WHICH WAS A MONTH AGO..THE COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN TERRIBLE..I WAS TOLD I SHOULD'VE TOOK MY CAR TO BMW FOR A FASTER RETURN

BEWARE: please go somewhere else. Brought my vehicle to get repaired only to come back multiple times because issue was not fixed when I was told it was…. on top of that the on site rental company they work with enterprise has rental cars stolen left and right I have a gut feeling they got some fraud thing going on they are stealing their own rental cars back to get insurance money for new cars or for what i don’t know? And for some reason that silver spring enterprise location is now closed… they need to Be investigate 🔬 and don’t trust the 5 stars reviews when you pick up your vehicle they ask you to leave a good review on the site.

I felt secure and happy. From the beginning to the end They were so professional and also I could see that They are Family and treats Us like. It was an amazing experience have my car there. I am so satisfied with the job They did.

Was my first time having to deal with a repair shop after my first fender bender. They were all so nice and polite. They didn’t make me feel stupid or anything considering I had no idea what I was doing. I would definitely come back in the future if I needed to. So, I took my van to Caliber repairs on January 29th and got my van back today, May 2nd! They couldn’t get the replacement bumper due to shortages and decided to just repair the old bumper. They couldn’t done this months ago! I’ve paid the past 3 months on my vehicle but only for Caliber Collision to hold on to. Never called or return calls with updates and I’ve called many times. I find it funny when the message said: we have your bumper from Chrysler and they are preparing paint and other things to finish up your van. I’m surprised to get my van back with knowing they repaired my old bumper with patched up paint. Maybe someone should look into this place. I’ll expose this further with my 40,000+ followers on Facebook and 270 News. I owe and operate businesses, too. Holding onto customer’s items until they are repaired isn’t the way to earn your business. Cheers Just to follow up on their work. They didn’t not recharge the newly replaced A/C condenser and I went to the dealership to find out. I paid $100 for it. So, again… Caliber Collision is the worst for repairs!!!

The techs and service staff are top notch. The repairs were high quality and completed in a timely manner. The real value in any company originates from the people who run it; without them nothing works as well as intended. These are good people who work well together - a combination that is a rarity these days. While I hope to never need their services again, Caliber will get my business without hesitation if the need should arise.

I've been unlucky to need the services of this facility twice this year, but cannot recommend them enough. Always informative and heavy on the communication. Workmanship is great and I've been happy with the results. If you're unlucky too, go there!

I cracked my bumper in a fender bender on the road. The folks at Caliber were responsive and helpful and squeezed me into the schedule for an estimate on short notice. Repairs were completed on schedule and at a good quality level. I can see why my insurance has a relationship with this repair shop. I would come here again for work on my car.

Chris was absolutely wonderful. I brought in my Mustang after a hit and run, they did a quick and efficient consultation, gave me a realistic timeline (that they actually stuck to!), and were very open and honest through the whole process. The entire staff from the manager that helped ensure my car was finished by that Saturday morning (I dropped off Monday afternoon) to the amazing ladies at the front desk that helped me get all of my paperwork in order. This business was very professional and I felt that my concerns were their concerns. I would strongly recommend this body shop (I have dealt with some nightmare repair shops before). Thanks to the entire team that made my process so painless.

My parked car was involved in a hit and run leaving significant damage. Car collision did a great job in replacing my back bumper. It looks brand new! Lara was very helpful throughout the time my car was being serviced and I was kept informed of my car’s status and when my car would be ready for pickup.

This is without a doubt the most incredible experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the shop until I received my vehicle back, everyone did an excellent job. Please share this with the first employee who helped me from the start. That employee provides the best customer service I've ever experienced. She did an excellent job. I sincerely appreciate her patience with me. I would not husatiate if I could give her 100 stars.

I had a great experience with Caliber. The customer service was great from the time I called to schedule an appointment to when I picked my car up. Everyone was professional. My estimator Chris S was amazing!! He’s nice, approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd time Caliber has repaired my car. I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks to everyone at the Tech Rd location!!!

Unfortunately I had to use their services twice this year but I would definitely recommend working with Chris. He was the first person I worked with and his communication was great as he tried to update me with the status of my car. The second time around, the work done to the exterior part of my car was great but the electrics in my car were completely screwed. They gave me the option to bring back my car after I discovered that the stereo system on the left hand side wasn't working anymore but the battery was completely dead the next day and I had to contact my mechanic to check out what the problem was. After turning my car off, my radio wouldn't turn off which would explain my battery dying pretty quickly and it's a fairly new battery. I wasn't really trusting of trying to bring back my car for the work they did. The communication with the second technician, I would have to call to check the status twice after giving a fair amount of time for updates since my car was there for two weeks. I was given the option to sign up of text messages to check the status of my car but not very helpful as you wouldn't know what was exactly happening with your car. From my experience, exterior work great, the electricians that worked on my car not so much.

Excellent service overall. I have used Caliber in the past and their work has been outstanding. My prior visit was handled by an estimator name Chris, this visit was handled by another estimator name Chris Sissors, both were fantastic. The ladies at the front Candace and Kim are great, very professional in returning phone calls and emails. Someone hit my front left tire area, the insurance paid for half of that, I went ahead and paid out of pocket for the back end. Back bumper was scratch up badly by a shop that did a horrible job installing back up sensors and causing many spider web cracks.

Great work. My car rides better now than before I needed repairs. They also detailed my car very well. I'm impressed with the work and customer service.

My suv was hit and required extensive work. I picked my vehicle up today and it looks brand new!!!! I dealt with Lara she was very informative and keep me posted during the time my vehicle was there. A friend highly recommended this company for body work after my son had been rear ended. We were very pleased with the service from my initial call until we picked up the car. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The work on my son's car looked excellent. We will not hesitate to call them again or refer them to others who need their service.

After being in an accident, Caliber got my truck looking better than I ever would have expected. The service was great, the advisor Lara was very professional and kept me informed along the way. They got the repairs completed in reasonable amount of time for as bad as the damage.

Had a conversation with my service tech about not replacing my headlights with aftermarket parts( to contact me if that’s what the insurance company wanted to do). They did not contact me and replaced my headlight with a different part then told me they forgot we talked about that. They work for the insurance company so they won’t stand up to them when trying to put the cheapest parts on your car, then lie to the customer about it.

They always kept me up to date with the repair process. My car was also finished before time. Overall, great customer service, effective and efficient work.

Picked up car and when driving home one of the lug nuts was rolling around in passenger compartment. When I checked, there was one missing from my tire. Heard lots of body noise too. When I opened trunk in morning, screw flew out from bumper at me and bumper already came loose. While the people are very nice and kind, go some where else. Don’t let insurance push you here.
