About a month and a half ago I went in to look around since my Moissanite diamond went missing.. I loveee absolutely love Family Jewelers! Their the sweetest! This is an excellent jeweler whether you are interested in buying or selling jewelry. The store is always neat and clean. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They make you feel very welcome and will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I brought in some gold jewelry that I was interested in selling. They could not have been more helpful. While I was there, I took the time to look around and was delighted with what I saw. They were not pushy and allowed me to look at my leisure. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

I brought in a 3-ring set for resizing— a diamond engagement ring and two accompanying wedding bands. They were too small and hadn’t fit in years. Craig took the time to help me find the right fit and explained the overall process, which included adding gold to the rings and re-engraving one of them. It took about 30 days for the job to be completed and they turned out beautifully! I brought in my son’s 18 karat gold chain to get repaired since it had broken. I was told they were running a bit behind and it would be about 2 weeks. The NEXT DAY I received a text that it was ready! I was floored and my son was so happy! Marci was amazing and super sweet during the whole thing. Good Customer service is very hard to find these days. Not at Family & Co. Jewelers! It was great! Will be bringing other jewelry there for repair!

Family Jewelers is a fantastic and my favorite place to find beautiful jewelry from the gorgeous wedding rings to exclusive necklaces. They have the Verragio line and many others. You can also find a nice selection of watches and men items. They also do jewelry repairs when I need it. Everyone there is very friendly and they are very involved in the community. I recently purchased an engagement ring from here. I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable for the quality that you get. The store offers a large selection of jewelry as well. I worked with Craig throughout the entire purchasing process and he was amazing. I highly recommend this place over any of the chain stores! Family Jewelers is definitely a 5 star establishment in every way. They greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We chose Family because I knew they would have the battery I needed for my Omega watch…and I wasn’t disappointed. I also brought in a few rings I love but were too small for me and Jayson worked up a price to size them up, so I could wear them again. Needless to say, we left happy campers.

First I’d like to say I’ve been here a few times, this time I went in to buy an engagement ring , Eddy was so helpful and patient with me and took his time to explain all my options.. Never trying to sell me ,just guide me and educate me.. I can’t say enough about the quality of the service and the merchandise at Family jewelers! What I find most valuable, however, is the integrity and the honesty I have come to rely on. I recently left my wife’s engagement ring for repairs with 100% confidence. I left my watch as well and was told “your watch is keeping perfect time, it does not need repairs” - other less scrupulous firms would have charged me anyway. Wonderful experience!! I had a VERY specific idea of how I wanted my diamond reset - I wanted it to look "rustic" with hammered edges and a dull finish. I picked it up yesterday and it was absolutely PERFECT!! I could not be happier and am already planning my next custom piece!

I went here originally to get my boyfriends necklace fixed which they took care of very well and very quickly. When I was there Craig also checked my ring size and showed me some engagement rings that I may like. I found a ring I absolutely loved and came back with my boyfriend a few days later to look at it again. Craig took such great care of us! He explained everything about the ring, the 4 C’s, showed us different diamonds and explained where they are on the scale of the 4 C’s and showed us wedding bands. He also created a wish list for us so that we can check online exactly what we saw and liked. He was extremely knowledgeable and extremely nice. The store was very quick to respond to phone calls. I left my original stone with the store to be mounted in the new ring, and was confident leaving it with them. I recently went with my mom and sister to this fantastic jeweler. My mom wanted my sister and I to each design a ring or piece of jewelry with a diamond from a ring my father had made for her (also by Family & Co. Jewelers). I was pretty hesitant as I really don't wear "fancy" jewelry, but I knew it would make my mom happy. From the moment we walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable - like meeting talking with an unknown family member that really listened and understood what I would be interested in wearing. I didn't want it to look like an engagement ring and after a few laps around the store's beautiful collection of settings and estate jewelry, I found a setting that looked very similar to what I thought I could wear every day and still feel like myself. Craig worked closely with me to make sure the shape/size/final design was what I didn't know I really wanted. I received the CAD rendition of the ring (with two different options of how the diamond could be set between two sapphires) in a week and half. I may not have much experience with real/fancy jewelry, but I felt at ease and super comfortable at Family & Co Jewelers - I was able to make my mother happy picking out a beautiful piece of jewelry that I am truly excited to wear. What a great jeweler. I went in looking for a specific chain for my fiancee. They did not have the exact chain, so they helped me custom design one from my descriptions and photos. The result and workmanship was beyond great.

My fiancé went here to get my engagement ring, and he had a very particular idea in mind. He told me they were very patient with him, got exactly what he wanted custom made, and showed sincere excitement for him. To the point where when we called to ask about getting it resized after the proposal, they remembered who he was just by his name! They are so personable. Now, here’s the kicker… We dropped it off to get it resized, and they got it back to us in the SAME DAY, within a couple of hours. I was shocked! I cannot stress enough how much we love this place.
