Nice short left exploring South Africa.

Had a confirmed booking with them, paid for in full. On the morning of our arrival they requested a change in the booking increasing the price by more than 20 times. When I did not accept the change they simply cancelled the booking, leaving me with no place to go hours before my arrival. I will never make use of InExcellence, there is nothing excellent about my experience with them.
