I think management should train their employees for "customer service" as it is very poor, I suggested they cut the buns more deeper so that the spread can reach dry areas, this is after spending two whole weeks buying their breakfast, she (Rachel " elderly lady) came down so hard on me for a mere suggestion??? 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Gentleman who serves there every morning is nice and serves with a smile !!! He is the only reason I will return for the breakfast

Best grocery shopping in De Aar, Car guards is a nuisance!

I love shopping at Checkers, just a lovely atmosphere, less people to bother you.

The people were so nice and helpfull. They even went the extra mile for me was the best grocery experience!

Great to shop Car guards are friendly and help to carry bags, BUT 2 of the youngsters outside are causing trouble and SAPS is not solving the problem!!!

Today 10 January 2024 I visited Checkers de Aar. 6 people by the fridge, were busy cleaning and packing yoghurts. They were shouting at each other. I ask them to please to turn down the volume. They became rude to me. They have no respect for customers because the have no selfrespect. The line manager arrived and they denied they were rude. Sorry I cant give a zero rating

The parking is not available at all .as a big shop it's need a parking too

Too many beggars/street kids, outside the shop at the door, who fights for shoppers's trolley, turning aggressive towards each other.

Received excellent customer service from the cashiers and managers at Checkers. They were so helpful. This was my first time visiting De Aar and I must say they’ve made small towns great #Happycustomer

The service in the shop is good, but the number of people hanging out and harressing people outside the shop is unpleasant.

Always pleasent though we have a problem with delivery of some products lately. Staff friendly and helpful.

After overnight in De Aar, we got morning coffee from Checkers. The cuppachino was made correctly by Chantell Mema. She was very friendly. I was assisted in the shop by Maryna in a friendly, professional manner. Well done girls! I'll be back.

Much beter today. Their service at the tills were excelent. The shelves were very empty but there were peole busy merhandising beter ghan in previous cases. A very friendly and proffesional lady help me with the weighing of my produce. Well done a much better attempt than what I've previously experienced. Thank you Checkers team.

The wheelchair entrance need URGENT attention. It is OK for trolleys, but definitely not for wheelchairs please make a plan. The so called car guards is an irritation!!!

Fresh produce not always top notch and when you ask for special items to be ordered in, it takes forever. Otherwise it is a good place to shop groceries and household items.
