Poor service each time I have come here. Tonight will be the last time I come here. 3 staff members standing around leaning against the counter, they do not offer to help or serve me. A team member takes my money when I bring the first slab to the counter, whilst the other team watch. No one offers to help me with getting the remaining slabs out of the cool room and put them in my car. The team member s continue to lean behind the counter and watch as I go back twice for the other 2 slabs. What happen to good old drive through service.

I just want to say I had brilliant customer service from a young lady named Jody this was on Jan 28th . She was so helpful and also went above and beyond tracking me down to let me know I had left my card behind, it's a rare thing in today's world and I would like to see her get staff of the month 😀,we need more out there like Jody. I will be back 👍

Good BWS but they don't have the biggest range, if you are going there for Japanese whiskey keep going, staff are pleasant and knowledgeable

Every SINGLE product on their website in the "sale" section is ALWAYS out of stock, and there's no way to check without checking that product individually. They might have ~200+ "on sale" products, and NOT ONE is in stock. Do you sell anything? Rhetorical - I know you apparently do not.
