Took my daughter yesterday as she was unwell and we thought it may be shingles. Dr Lam misdiagnosed her said it wasn't shingles and really didn't say what he thought it may be without swabbing it or asking further questions. We got a second opinion at a different clinic - turns out it was shingles.

Dr. Iman is the most genuine, caring and kindest GP we’ve visited in Melbourne. She takes time to listen to your concerns and address them. The clinic has a really positive, warm and welcoming vibe to it.

One of the better medical centres I have been to. All of the Doctors and staff are very professional, friendly and ready to assist. Dr Adnan is a great Dr but he left there and I find the female Dr not very personable, cold and unfriendly. I don't like this clinic anymore and with all the information coming out about vaccine injuries Myocarditis. I found it alarming you are calling me in to get a 5th does of the covid jab.

My experience with this clinic is very good. I have been seeing Dr Iman for some time now and could not recommend a better doctor. Dr Iman cares and takes time with patients. In addition the Reception staff are friendly and organised. Great Clinic 10/10

Great clinic who nit only care about their patients, but know their stuff

Yesterday I accompanied my daughter to pay a visit to this clinic, we got to see Dr Tuan Nguyen, my daughter had a fever, headache, low appetite, runny nose, sore throat and coughing for 2 days, after taking nurofen the fever had gone. Dr Nguyen examined her and said she got virus, I requested the doctor to prescribe antibiotics for her, so she can get better soon to work, Dr Nguyen said antibiotics is for bacteria, without prescribing anything, telling us to come back for examination again if the situation is getting worse, or go to get a second opinion. I also had similar symptoms before, and I know it’s the virus make me very sick unable to work, my family doctor used to prescribe amoxicillin, I don’t know why he didn’t want to give the prescription, after seeing him on Thursday, we have to book for a second opinion, but other clinic is fully booked, so we have to wait until next week to see another doctor again.
