The spinal energetic sessions with Georgiana are a whole other level experience! The breakthroughs that I am experiencing during each session are hard to describe, other than it feeling like I am tearing down walls in each session and working through a number of traumas that I've been through over many years. It's been quite an emotional journey so far, but Georgiana makes me feel safe, which helps me let go of any fears, worries or anxiety I would normally feel. I have to say that even after my first session, I could instantly feel a difference in myself, like parts of me had shifted and released the negative energy I had been holding onto. I have attracted so many positive people and outcomes since beginning this journey and can't wait to see where else it will lead me. Thank you Georgiana for my first spinal energetic session, this year I've endured a lot of stress and traumas that I felt was being stored within my body and despite seeing a naturopath and a somatic coach quite frequently this year, I would still constantly feel this heavy strain in my body. I've been wanting to try out a holistic approach in releasing stored stress and trauma and when I had seen Georgianna had started practising this, I reached out to book a session! I can't explain the exact feeling during a session but It felt as though so much stored stress and trauma was leaving my body quite literally. The whole experience really connected with me from the moment she asked me to draw some cards and after my session. I feel more at peace and have clarify on what has been causing me stress and what I need to let go of. I'm also feeling more in sync with body and grounded.
