Nice pool, terrible customer service. We used their installation services and their tradies as well, nothing but a nightmare from start to finish. Two years and many MANY thousands of dollars later we’re still trying to get the job completed. Endless just washed their hands of us as soon as they got our money. Buyer beware.

Enjoyed the entire experience working with Trent, Sue and Ian, even now if I have a question they're always helpful. Our installation went smoothly considering it was done in 2 parts because of building our new home. I can highly recommend The Endless Team.

Be very, very careful. Amazing showroom and promises, but they won’t follow through. Really poor after sales service. Despite installing the pool following all specifications and engineering requirements, it warped noticeably. Have spent 18 months trying to resolve this. Despite all of the fantastic advertising they received from our pool winning swim spa of the year, they have failed to communicate appropriately, or resolve the warped pool. As of recent months, they have simply not responded.

Great quality product and service. Endless Pools made the process of purchasing and installing an in-ground pool and spa easy. They have also provide exceptional after sales service.

The worst company to have ever dealt with in the business. We have paid our deposit and with the sales representative”Trent” which he said from the very first interaction that this will lock in the price and moving forward we need to let them know when the house will be finalised which we then agreed to go ahead. We have updated him along the way and for us to receive an email from Cristina to say otherwise and they will not give the original price. All along the way nothing but waste of time, money and have no clue about the industry. I do NOT recommend this “family business” to anyone. Seek alternatives, do not go with endless pools and spa and I will be making sure to take this further.

We would love to thank the entire team at Endless Pools and Spas for helping create our dream pool area in our backyard. From start to finish the process has been amazing. We were impressed with the knowledge they all have of their products and service, but also the pride they take when talking about it. We were pleasantly happy to hear independent installers and tradesmen all comment on the quality of the endless pool shells and the superior finish. When the pool shell arrived we were blown away by the superior quality of the fibre glass, even to our untrained eyes we could tell how strong and sturdy the shell is over other shells we had seen when shopping around. From sales to service, accounts to projects and install we could not fault the experience we had with endless. Thanks for everything!

As you can see from the pictures, some landscaping is yet to be completed, but I wanted to jump online and leave this review in case anyone was sitting on the fence. Make the jump, you wont regret it! Our build was extremely complicated as it involved removing an old pool and space was also restricted. The process started back in November 2021 and I had no idea the can of worms I had opened with the extra engineering works and compliance works due to replacing an old pool. The whole process was an absolute nightmare and I am so thankful for Joel and Cristina’s patience and assistance throughout this whole ordeal. Further issues arose with the two easements on the property, which Endless again managed on behalf with South East Water, Melbourne Water and Local Council. Endless held my hand the whole way with constant advice and also dealing with third party trades when required. I would hate to think of the number of emails sent during the last two years. I was extremely thorough with my research, as this was my family’s dream project and I cannot fault Endless Pools & Spas throughout the whole process. Could not recommend Endless (especially Joel & Cristina) any higher!

Excellent customer support, after I received multiple spa errors. Initial support was via email, with comprehensive troubleshooting guidance, then follow up phone call, and referral to a technician for a service call. Friendly, rapid response.
