Worst experience using Kim and First National as our agent to rent out our property. Would not recommend them at all, they will allow the tenants to destroy your property and make you pay thousands to make repairs for the tenants. Do not use them! We literally had to take our property off the rental market, we lost thousand and thousands because of them and it just wasn’t worth it anymore. You think you’d get peace of mind having an agent but they are really acting on behalf of the tenant and have no respect or regard for peoples property. So disappointing!

I was so unsure if I wanted to sell or rent out my property in Clyde North. I reached out to Lily and she brought along Maddy in sales to come chat to me. Both were an absolute delight and very patient with me as I weighed up my options. Maddy even supported the whole process when I was leaning towards renting. I left it for 6 months and reached out to both again when I felt more sure of what I wanted to do. In the end I rented out my property. With this, Lily brought on Bec from the Berwick Office who was an absolute gem and just gets it!
