Great service, helpful and knowledgeable staff

Been attending the same store since it was located in Springvale South. I was after some STIHL products for a farm property I recently purchased, namely a professional chainsaw and a professional line trimmer / brush cutter. Store is located on a easily accessible site on Cheltenham Road near the Dandenong CBD. Plenty of onsite car parking making it easy to load and unload. At least three full time staff members who all have a good working knowledge of the products and able to give good advice. Workshop at the rear handles all small engine mechanical repairs as well as warranty repairs and times servicing. Disables car parking, wheel chair friendly.

Great range of parts, a little pricey though. Just tried them again as the local shop is shutting down, and they're not to interested in fixing my old Victa (for a reasonable price) and if you say you don't have my record's - I never got to give them as I was advised it would cost 2/3's of a new mower price, to reco the old girl.

Just purchased a whipper-snipper. The team here are very professional, friendly and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend . They took the time to show me the workings of the whipper-snipper. put fuel into it and ran it before I got it. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thank you to the team.

Exceptional customer service, parts, repairs & advice. Was able to order a replacement rear axle for my Victa lawnmower and get it up & running in no time thanks to the guys at the Stihl Shop in Dandenong. Staff provided expert advice and we're keen to make sure I had a perfectly operating mower at an extremely competitive cost, all done in a very timely manner. I could not recommend these guys highly enough and have only had very positive experiences in the last 10 years or so of dealing with them.

Was happy with this store until today which is unfortunate cause thought I found my home store. Usually friendly service but not this time. I know things are real busy atm but Stihl. Was accused of expecting work done for free which never happened. Wanted to know what was wrong with my machine but wanted to fix it myself if possible. Happy to pay them for the time taken. Problem was the diagnosis was incorrect and same issue was still there. Still not the end of the world but to be so rude you couldn’t really expect that I would book it in again. I would really like if these people weren’t so arrogant. Obviously they have more knowledge but maybe if they asked their customers about recent activity the problem might be found sooner. In the end I have been told there is an air leak issue which is funny cause when I got it back from them I thought geez there seems to be a lot of air coming out from somewhere which hasn’t been present before. Anyway better end my rant now. Cheers.
