First time trying this and it was $38 for two meals for me and my daughter and we had one bite of the chicken fajita and threw it in the bin. Too spicy, too oily and just not at all appealing to eat, no thanks. Would love my money back for it since we literally had one bite. Yuck don’t waste your money or time. Go to Guzman and Gomez

Generous burritos and deliciously salted chips. The burritos are soft and fully filled with rice and meat. Available in open bowl as well. Fast and good service.

$4 extra For Beans? What sort of mexican place is this? Really? Overpriced and dull in flavour.

Very disappointed with the service small order 2 small burritos and small chips...took 40 minutes to received the food go seat down open the bag and find Very, salty chips. We ordered no seasoning no salt on chips. We go back and after waiting 12 minutes, the person making chips decided he didn't care so he made more chips with lots of seasoning... how can they get it so wrong!!.

Food is great , for a food court in a large shopping centre. Service is friendly but wait is a bit long. Atmosphere is ... a large food court. Worth a try . 👍

Nice flavours, but my tacos lacked filling. The shells were less than half full. Amazing chips, perfectly seasoned and nice ranch sauce. Definitely not worth the price for a couple of tacos, comprised mostly of shell.

Never have hard shell tacos for 2 days in a row. The food is rip off just for a minced meat nacho. Waiting for food is too long. Overall disappointment. ONE STARR. Chips are overcooked.

Not even a McDonald's of Mexican food. Don't waste your money here, go to taco bill.

The food doesn’t have Mexican taste and maximum portion is rice if you order a bowl, hardly any veggies and chicken. Also, it’s too expensive for the portion size they offer.

The fries here are seasoned very heavily, so they are full of flavour and taste nice. The waiting times can be a bit long, though.

You might as well walk a minute down to Guzman if you want white Mexican. At least then you don’t have to wait 20 minutes

Lines were short and the food was prepared quick. Chips were pretty tasty

The service was slow and felt like they didn't care. Bought family sized chips and they barely filled it, plus it was salty.

Poor service. Waited 5 mins without even being acknowledged. They weren't crazy busy. A simple "Won't be long" would have been great. Especially because all 3 staff members made eye contact with me at some point.

Next to no cheese on the nachos!! The corn chips are nice but I asked for nachos.....stop being tight on the cheese

Massively overseasoned frys. Chicken burrito average taste. Rotten green peppers openly displayed behind glass counter. Unimpressed. They did remove them when I informed them however. Will try somewhere else.

Ordered two burritos nothing special, took 30 minutes for the order to be sitting there the whole time and not called out while 10 numbers ahead of me got their food before me. No sympathy what do ever, and staff seeing ten customers waiting for food and no sense of urgency? Nice work

We had a lunch at work today for 6 people. Did an uber order when we finally received it one meal was missing. When we rang the restaurant their reply was 'well we are pretty sure we packed it' and then proceeded to blame the uber driver for eating it. When asked how to resolve the issue we were told to order again and pay for another uber delivery. Absolutely shocking customer service!

I would not give even one star if there was an option …. I love Mexican food and have tried salsas at different places both in Melbourne and Adelaide… this was the worst …. I got nachos …. They were burnt !!! And minimal fillings on it …. Literally it was like eating plain nachos…. I also got potato fries …. I gently requested the lady at the counter not to put anything spicy like chilli powder or strong as it was for my toddler …. I specified that I would like to have salt …. There was no salt even … Sprry I’m not used to eat the fries bland !! 🤬 …. Continuing further I had got tacos too unluckily I ordered everything at once for my whole family …. The tacos were the worst too…. Again minimal filling and the lettuce were old and not fresh … won’t recommend this salsas to any one and of course I’m not visiting again

Food is nice, but as a customer what isn't nice is seeing who appears to be a manager yelling at their staff. Really uncomfortable for everyone

Food is overpriced, staff are very slow and they got my simple order wrong 3 times. When I finally received my correct order after they remade it twice, the burrito was mostly just rice. Never again, I'll go Guzman Gomez instead.
