Hi everyone, this is to caution you all, not to visit this place to get frustrated the core and reach mental agony, In a good intention I am telling you this, I went to the store yesterday to collect the glasses I ordered, there was a short asian man addressing me, when i told him I am here to collect the glasses, and he asked me to sit in a chair and asked to wear the glasses, immediately not even a minute he asked me everything alright. I asked him i need to confirm the power of the glass to my specification , he said cant do that, they dont have that facility and said if its not ok you will know in a week time, like you will have headace, i told him but when I checked with OPSM they said they can, why not your place, and then he took the glasses inside to check and came back saying everything is good. Now I can see my eye reflection on the glasses and will have a deal with it. He was not courteous, using slang like MATE in aggressive and commanding tone , I felt like dealing with junkie, not a professional way, I felt humiliated, I will never ever step into that store again, I felt I deserve better treatment as a customer, I will even talk to OMBUDSMAN and make a formal complaint about my experience and the way I was treated.

Great Specsavers branch. Always professional and efficient service. Store is kept very clean and big range of glasses to choose from.

I am very disappointed with this store. They have taken nearly 3 weeks to make my glasses . They said they would send an SMS when the glasses arrive but no sms has been received and I have had to call to chase up. They than said I need an appointment to get a fitting and I cannot have that for few days. This is really a joke. They charged more than $600 and the service is shocking . The quality of the glasses is also very poor. It seems like these are made in China and probably thats why it takes them so long to get them.

Specsavers Keysborough is a big store, with a big variety. This is definitely the best Specsavers around. The detail in the store is amazing. The staff and experience in general was fabulous. Couldn't be better!

I walked into this store today and I am absolutely disgusted. The way these 2 indian lady workers ( one short reddish hair and the other black straight short hair) were speaking and laughing at this other female worker to one another while she was dealing with a customer is unprofessional. This is workplace bullying and should not be happening. Specsavers Parkmore store should be looking at what kind of people they hire to represent them.

Outstanding care and service, I booked an eye test last Saturday to update my glasses, the optometrist found a partial detached retina in one of my eyes, the optometrist organised an emergency appointment with a specialist and I had Laser Eye Surgery within 2 hours. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommended

I picked up a new pair of sunnies recently that were misaligned. One of the staff who tried to help me previously wasn’t able to fix the issue after being there for about 30mins. He sent me home and said it was a minor issue anyway. Disappointing. Today Olina assisted me straight away and was very thorough about it. It took him about 10 mins to fix and made sure I was happy with the result.

I had both an eye examination and a hearing test. I highly recommend this service, the store is very welcoming and the staff members are a 10/10 they explained everything clearly.. they weren't pushy (other eye places ive been to are always trying to sell you the most expensive frames) spec savers prices are super reasonable..

This is a very professional team at Specsavers in Parkmore shopping centre at Keysborough, VIC. Great advice, not a pushy sales team and their customer service is second to none. Keep up the good work folks. Wish you immense growth in the future.

pretty ordinary nothing special, don't get tricked by two pairs and free hearing tests

I visited the store for a re-test this afternoon and it was a great experience. The optometrist and staff member specifically Elvina were really helpful. Elvina was so calm, humble and friendly. Very impressed. Thank you so much 😊

Wanted to have new frames. Went inside looking at the frames. Staffed looked at me and looked away. I stayed a bit longer still no one came and asked. Another person came after me and was greeted by the same male staff who pretented didn't see me. How ridiculous... I walked away. Edit: Love how businesses try to get negative comments off public platforms! I was at the shop around 6pm on Feb 1. Won't be wasting my time to fill out the report. You know what happened and when it happened. The management should be able to figure it out.

Helpful and friendly staff with short wait times

We aren't actually customers of this Specsavers but today I popped in to get some help with my toddler's glasses that weren't fitting on her correctly. Even though the store was really busy Olivia took the time to sit down with me and my children and helped adjust my daughter's glasses so they could actually fit on her correctly. Our usual optometrist is a 40 minute drive away and it's difficult to get there with 3 little kids. I'm really grateful for the kindness that Olivia showed me and my family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her wonderful service to any prospective customers. Thank you so much Olivia, you were an angel today!

Had such a good experience with the audiologist here today. He was friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend Parkmore Specsavers for hearing services.

Excellent and attentive service. My daughter's glasses had become bent, and they were fixed immediately. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to see an optometrist or GP for a referral for an ongoing issue, and I was seen and referred to my choice of specialist on the spot. The level of customer service at this store is second to none.

This specsavers has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only on one occasion but every single time over the last 2 year period. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and polite.

Professional staff , never let my family down from beginning to end. The new guy is quite snub. :-) I should have wear my mini skirt and high heels so he can assist me better :-)) Cyntia wasn’t there when I picked up my mother glasses , she’s the gem of parkmore Specsavers.

I have been going to Specsavers for years and have always had great service and good prices for my glasses. Always happy for me to just call in and have them adjusted and the staff are great. I good that they have Afterpay now so I can get my glasses and pay them off if I need to.

I spoke with the lady named Khadija and she’s the most nicest worker I’ve met there! The quality and effort she gave is the best! I definitely recommend specsavers to my peers next.

I bought 2 driving glasses from Specsavers but not sure if I can use them. One eye is ok but the other eye is more blurry with the glasses on than without. I'm not sure if the lenses are calibrated separately to compensate for the differences of each eye. Wish they would tell you these things. Long distance vision is blurry for both eyes but closer up is clear. The glasses make my eyes tired quickly as they are continually refocusing as I look as objects at different distances away. I would prefer glasses that are relaxing on the eyes to wear. Finally the glasses frame cuts into my nose bridge and quickly becomes irritating so I have to take them off after 5 minutes.

I had really good service here after long time i had seen Stephanie she was amazing explaining all issues i had with my eyes I highly recommended her.. And Knaoija is was so helpful choosing my glasses frames for me gave me lot advice also for my frame choices as well.. Thank you i will highly recommend this place to anyone..

Highly recommended. Staff are professional and thorough…..and everyone is incredibly friendly and cheerful. I went in on a Saturday morning to get my eyes tested and glasses upgraded and it was an incredibly positive experience.

All the ladies down here are fantastic, courteous and extremely helpful. Sad to say that I'm actually looking forward to getting my eyes tested and get some new peepers. Thankyou ladies.

Highly recommend. I’ve been coming here for several years and have witnessed nothing but professionalism and extremely friendly and cheerful staff. I rushed in today for an emergency purchase and was looked after by wonderful Kassandi; she was so helpful and accommodating and I can’t thank her enough for everything!

This morning I visited the Parkmore store for my yearly Diabetic eye checkup . I have to say . The optometrist and staff were so friendly and efficient.
