Both sales Matt and parts Matt had great service and helped me get the Harley I was wanting. They both had great enthusiasm for my build and has come out just perfect. Very disappointed with the service here, I walked around the shop for about 20 minutes and not one person greeted me or even asked if I needed help whilst I was walking around. All staff were just sat at their desk and none of them looked like they wanted to be there. I was very excited to come to this store for the first time but left feeling very disappointed. Would not recommend

Was looking to buy my first bike and wasn’t too sure what to get. The recommendations thrown to my by Jamie along with letting me try different bikes out to see what fit is the reason I’ve found my perfect bike. He’s got a great cool, calm and collective human nature, he’s an incredible person and always care about the costumer and their needs. Being in the hospitality industry for half my life time (being 11 years) along with retail, you see a lot of different types of costumer service, both good and bad. It’s hard to find good costumer service these days and Jamie’s service wasn’t only good it was immaculate! With how he’s treated me as a person and costumer didn’t make it feel like a transaction, only an interaction. I can go on all day about how outstanding Jamie and not to mention the whole HD crew at Dandenong are, but if you’re a beginner, new to the Harley family or veteran they’re the guys to go to if you want flawless service!!

Bought a second hand Harley from these guys a couple of months ago. very pleasant experience , Jamie and sales staff were awesome, they treated me like l had bought a top of the range bike. Had a couple of issues with the bike which were fixed by Josh and his crew as quickly as they could, these guys are the best bar none, everyone is pleasant and greets you with a smile , must be a great place to work , thanks guys keep up the good work

Poor customer service. Waited at the counter for over five minutes because the girl couldn't find a salesperson. Left and came back later. Big finance person - S - clearly a very rude Boofhead with little, to no customer service skills at all. A truly horrible experience dealing with him. I understand working in an area surrounded by junkies, thieves and assorted scum must be very draining, but service is service. Especially when you are there to spend a lot of money. This branch has not only lost a bike sale, but any future sales of anything and years of servicing to come. I will never return to this branch for any reason and will let others know about the poor experience I encountered.

Great staff. Great service. Main go to place for my wife and me. Always relaxing, just sitting and having a coffee, and drooling over some of the bikes. Never have felt like an outsider there (unlike some dealerships). Staff are always friendly, always treat you well, and are always helpful.

I went to the triumph dealer next door to get a gasket for my triumph Bonneville the young bloke at the counter very good to deal with found the gasket off home i went and installed it on leaks so thumbs up

Was there in an empty shop for 10 minutes before 1 young staff member came to see if i wanted a hand. While the other staff just talked in a group about going out for a free meal together somewhere they didn't like but it was free. The girl on the front counter was nice and said goodbye when I left. Overall poor customer experience from what seemed to be the senior staff.

Purchased a new Street Glide CVO from Jamie last week. Customer service was fantastic and have dealt with many of the other staff here and always felt welcomed. Thanks team for always looking after my needs. Highly recommend, best Harley dealer in Melbourne!

I went in looking to buy a used street 500 as a first bike. I was served by Foti who found me a much newer bike with lower kms for the same price. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and was even able to have the bike delivered to my house. I highly recommend these guys

I went in with my kid a friend and his kid looking for a new bike in my price range with i seen 2 but not 1 person come up to ask me if they could help me and yes they could of so for that ill go somewhere eles to buy a bike. They look at me and didnt say hi or nothing

Just did a trade last week on a second hand bike, got promised a $500 gift voucher if I did the deal and even signed it on the contract. Come to do the deal and they gave me next to nothing for my bike and then said I didn’t get the voucher cause they had to lower the price so much to get the deal done. Go into the store today to buy a part and see my old bike there with with a nearly $5000 more asking price than what they gave me for it. Guess I won’t be spending anymore money in there they have enough of mine now. Very disappointed cause it all started with great promises but went down hill after that.

I had a breakdown with my Sport Glide on a weekend just before this Xmas and had to have it towed to Harley Dandenong on the Monday. Even though the service department was very busy and booked up till after Xmas, they looked at my bike straight away, found the problem and replaced a part all under warranty as good will ( the warranty had expired 2 months earlier). The service given by Harley Dandenong was first class and special thanks to Josh who went above and beyond. Great customer service!!

Service is friendly, nice set up but unfortunately they are useless for parts unless your bike is new as their parts listing is poor. Great for a good deal on a new bike, but NEVER get any work done there in the workshop.

Dropped off for service amazing service Manager millzy, under pump short staff but doing an amazing job….. parts latisha very helpful happy to do upswell on my bike but sad the workshop to busy to fit 1500 of custom parts.

Shout out to Letitia in Service Dept. I visited the shop last week to discuss fuel tank cap issue. Letitia was excellent, sourced what I needed, has one in store, purchased. However, not only was the part provided, that's the easy part, the best part was the customer service in this store. Letitia was friendly, smiling, good sense of humour and made me feel welcome, that kind of service is really appreciated, so much so I purchased a few other items. Thanks Letitia! Extremely poor customer service, Completely ignored by salesperson. Had a walk around by myself. May be because of my skin color. Left my details And still no one bothered to call me. Back. Had even 10k to deposit. Very judgemental crew..

Well the Sporty needed forks rebuilt, head stem bearings, swingarm bearings and a rear tyre and I gotta say thankyou to Paul and the service team as the bike feels like new! Amazing service as always from HH Dandenong! Always a happy customer no matter what department I go to (sales/service/parts).
