    With fast food, consistency is something you expect. Well, we got consistency... We have been consistently disappointed with this KFC store. Many times changes to the order were missed, or items not included. For example, this afternoon we ordered some Bacon Lovers Burger boxes, and it did not come with the original recipe! The quality varies, sometimes the food is nice, other times the chicken is nearly as tough as shoe leather. We have ordered here once every week over the last 6 months, and likely won't ordered here again. The attention to detail is lacking, the food quality is generally average at best. The receipt machine was not working for several months too! As an ex-KFC employee, I am disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and food quality upheld by this store. Recommend avoid. There is a Maccas on the other side of the main road, potentially go there instead! The only redeeming factor is the staff are generally polite.

    The first time they gave me incomplete orders from drive thru, i just let it go. But it is my second time again that my orders were incomplete. As a driver, i can’t check it anymore if its all in the bag. Of course, i trust those crews.. but they don’t care and check, i ask them if it’s complete and they told me all good. When we checked at home, nuggets were missing. And those chickens were all rubbish. All were breast parts, the other piece has no breading. Maybe it fell on the floor and they remove the breaded part(dirty) so that it will be sold again. I saw this scenario while i was waiting my order at the window before(same branch Lynbrook) The chicken fell into the floor, they just picked it and returned to the tray with the newly fried chicken. They gave all the rubbish to drive thru customers, so check your orders before you drive. I called them but they were not answering. Lynbrook branch is not good. To be specific so that they know who were responsible persons, 19/10/21. Between 2:40pm-3:00pm at drive thru.

    Never going back again, felt like waste of money. Chips wasn't fresh and was bit soggy. We asked for gravy but got mashed potatoes. Staff member doesn't seem very rude and annoyed.

    Worst kfc in the history of Australia, most incompetent workers ever. Look at the quality of this food. Also forgot my burger. To the staff working there I hope your treated the same way you treat the customers.

    Do your self a favour DONT GO THERE. Sour disinterested staff and the chicken was dried out and stringy they never have what you order for example wicked wings or though they let you order it only tell you when they have your meals ready can they substitute it for something else.Missing chips in the box meals.what a waste of the $70we spent and the worst thing is it’s not first time.really bad experience never again.

    We had to wait 52 minutes to get an order. No courtesy telling the customer that if the order is getting delayed so that we can go somewhere else. Staff were so rude and arguing about the time we spend there when we can literary see the time on their screen. They were accusing us not waiting the last ten minutes and came to the counter within 8 minutes. What a joke? Since they took more than 52 minutes to complete single order. If you are thinking about going Karen's diner, this is the best place that you will get the same experience without any extra cost.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited nearly an hour for our food. Staff were rude, immature and clearly had no concern for the customers within the store. The duty manager had no control over the staff and when another customer advised her that she needed to step up she responded with (in a whisper) I'm trying. By the time we received our food it was cold and incomplete. The state of the store is a disgrace. If the staff have time to stuff around back of house then they should have ample time to complete basic cleaning task like sweeping and ensuring the toilets are clean and hygienic. Will do whatever it takes to avoid this store.

    The two handling the food weren't wearing gloves for one. We asked for extra salt on the chips which we were told was fine then we watch them and they don't put any salt on so we asked again and the guy says they have no salt.. never again

    Gave me a raw wicked wing and only offered to cover my meal plus a bit, even though I discarded the rest. I have concerns. Edit: They gave me some vouchers + refunded my meal, which I'm ok with, but they didn't salt my chips on claim. Sadly I will not be giving this place another chance.

    Normally this kfc is a good store, we havnt been here for a while so thought we would pick up kfc on our way to lunar drive in. Tonight was woeful! We ordered the cheap as chips meal through the app. Changed it from sweet chilli sauce to sweet & sour, changed 1 potato & gravy to a 1.25ltr. We got to the speaker & they announced they weren't operating drive through & to go in store for collection. I go in & there is people everywhere. All waiting. I stood for 20 minutes waiting for our order. When I approached the counter I asked if there was sweet & sour sauce in the bag. I was told yes. We get to the drive in (4km away) & I start to prepare to dish it out. 2 chip boxes: both were only half full, chips soggy & par cooked tasting (both photos attached had no chips taken out, that was their level upon opening!), we were given supercharged sauce not sweet & sour! (Lucky I had a spare in the car for miss 4!), there was so much oil I had to tear the boxes apart as they had glued themselves together, neither box had paper liners put in them, potato in the potato & gravy was thin & not much thicker than the gravy itself, they had no 1.25ltr bottles so gave 2x 600ml bottles (no big deal..), the nuggets were warm but soggy, the chicken had a beautiful crunch but was dark like it was over cooked & oily.

    Only KFC Lynbrook mess up my order, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Either something is missing or we got the wrong food, we have to drive all the way back and they never compensate! For your own good, go to the nearest KFC other than Lynbrook's.

    KFC Lynbrook unfortunately will never be the same, this particular KFC is only around the corner for me and have been going here for a few years. Many times I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I certainly will never come back here again and advise others not to also! Either the chicken isn’t cooked properly or is over cooked, chips are cold or half way filled, I ordered a zinger burger with a large chips. Filled half way again, not very fresh and the zinger burger was not enjoyable at all. Think the bin enjoyed it more then myself, a lot more I could say but I’m sure the reviews here already prove my points. At the end of the day they obviously couldn’t care to much otherwise I’m sure the state of how they operate would improve and change drastically, if I was the manager of that place I’d start by hiring employees who actually strive to deliver quality food and service for the franchise. Sure it’s probably not the only KFC but it’s the first one I’ve decided to make a complaint on and I’m not the type of fella to complain very much at all. Hopefully the KFC ends up getting closed down soon and they replace it with a Guzman Y Gomez or Taco Bell.

    When there yesterday 14/12 after ordering thru apps, rocks up around 10:15pm, was told several of the items I order runs out, cool I'll just cancel my order and get the refund, they close at 11pm but they're already cleaning up at 10:15pm. Decided to go early by 30minutes today 15/12, same routine, order through apps, rocks up at 9:45pm, guess what? Same thing just happened, 3 of the items runs out, FINE, CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND ME!!! Drive and extra 5km down to Cranbourne North KFC instead, the only thing that they runs out is the potato&gravy, but they're so apologetic and go above and beyond by offering me extra wicked wings and boneless chickes to replace 1 missing item. Where as, Lynbrook KFC couldn't do the same.

    Dirty restaurant from front to back Is it just me or is this disgusting tennager customer service getting worse, zero professionalism, zero people skills. And quality of fast food was dropped so much due to mostly food delivery services. And the chicken was gross! Dry as a bone Would of been better off eating the bench. It didnt even look like KFC. Chips weren't bad tho. Photos dont do justice about how gross it was. Personally we won't be going back to this KFC.

    If I could rate nothing I would. Brought dinner here on Sunday night. Spent just over $60. Whole meal went in the bin. Was the worst They had no spicy chicken for the burgers.. so they put tenders in Was aweful, so dry at could not chew. Chips were disgusting dry and rusty and cold. Chicken was nearly black. Over cooked. Wicked wings were disgusting and had a weird smell.. Wasted my money.. extremely disappointed. Never coming here again.

    Drive through Arrived 11.40am and told 10 minute wait on chicken, waited in carpark till 12 .05,along with customers behind me ,meanwhile approx 10 customers recieved there orders prior Went inside and asked for order which I recieved 10 minutes later How is this fast food? 35 minutes waiting is not acceptable nor the ignorance from staff waiting at counter Lunch break is 30 minutes and got back to work 12.25pm What a joke that no chicken at lunch time and lies that were fed as far as waiting time Overall unacceptable

    Ordered the hot and crispy zinger bacon and cheese box, got an original recipe burger with wicked wings not even a zinger burger. If you’re gonna charge your customers either give them what they order of refund them the difference at the next window if you don’t have what they ordered. Great way to rip your customer off. Almost every time something is wrong or Missing.

    Don’t go thier. Restaurant unclean. Staff grabbing chicken with tongs of bench. Rubbish everywhere in store. Toilets filthy and no toilet paper and no hand soap. Then pick up meal, we order chicken and potato and gravy, no spoons to eat it. It’s not clean at all, wasn’t busy and was the worst kfc ever.

    The tables appear to have been cleaned with the dirtiest cloth one could find. Every table was filthy, not from customers but from the cleaning cloth. Certainly not something you could eat from or touch. All Rubbish bins were overflowing. If this is on the public side what is the kitchen like?

    Drive through not too bad but don't dine in - after you order your food, the wait time is about 20min wait MINIMUM when it's quiet in the restaurant (3-4 other people and waiting for their order). They always seem short staffed which is sad... Always seem to be running out of certain products like chicken fillets for their burgers and having to use an alternative - if available! Our family love KFC but try and avoid Lynbrook KFC and make the effort to go to Hallam KFC cause they rarely disappoint.

    Worst customer service. They already charged for 2 bugers in drive through and when come to the counter they said they can't make any burger at all. When we said you guys have already charge. MELINA was shut down the door saying that "I can't argue with you" . so disappointed . Worst customer service I have ever experienced

    At the drive thru, they have put mayonnaise on a twister which was for someone that's allergic to it so I got that changed, after showing them the order confirmation to prove what I ordered. They didn't seem to care when I went inside to tell them that the simple mistake could put someone in hospital. After we left, we noticed that we didn't get any utensils for the meals either. But we did get an excessive amount of napkins and wet wipes 🫤

    We normally go to the kfc right in Cranbourne near the shopping centre but the last few times we've been there it's been terrible so we decided to give lynbrook a go we came for dinner and they were getting pumped! We had a big order, the staff were lovely and professional they order was correct and super tasty and the wait wasn't even bad considering how busy they were, will definitely be coming here from now on!

    I had an app issue that led me to accidentally order from another store. Rang the store in question with no help whatsoever and very rude staff. The staff at Lynbrook on the other hand when above and beyond to sort it out fantastic job from both assistant managers. 10/10 for customer service

    Hit and miss at this kfc. Sometimes my order is correct but more often than not something is missing and I'm now in the habit of checking the order before I drive away. The staff are average, I don't think anyone has ever smiled at me here even though I'm always polite and thank them.

    Honestly if your looking for a quick feed, go to another kfc or go to McDonald’s across the road Served me dry and hard chicken in my zinger combo. 2-3 bites was enough to make me sick for the 3 hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

    Ordered a 3 piece meal and what a joke. The 3 pieces of chicken were so small (about the size of 1 chicken breast) The guy serving didn't give me the drink that came with it and when I asked for it, he looked absolutely dumbfounded. Then gave me the wrong drink anyway. The service was disgusting and the quality of food wasn't much better. Never again!!!

    They have this store a birthday not that long ago, but it still hasn't changed the important things inside the store & what made the place run. The toilets are still a disgrace & to use them is a huge risk to your health.

    Delicious hot fresh juicy chicken. Fresh chips with good seasoning. My zinger stacker burger was a bit of a mess. the coating was soggy and it was slapped together very poorly. still tasted good, but was bloody mess to eat. The service was ok and the restaurant reasonably clean.

    Seem its cook to order as we have to wait and when we got our food its piping hot. Toilet is dirty, smelly really bad and disgusting, restaurant pretty clean with plenty of natural light, quiet ambience. Unfortunately the counter employee do not understand the meaning of cutlery (spoon for the mash potatoes)
