Needed a phone call appointment so got one booked. 8.10 am in the morning. Had a text msg to confirm call. This appointment was booked last week. On morning of said phone call was still waiting an hour later. Phoned surgery to ask why not received call, then got informed it's an afternoon call. Sorry it a mix up. So nearly a week without meds. Have explained this to surgery. Not happy.

Massive thanks to Kate Benito who managed to see me the day I called about a serious medical issue. I was seen the same day, received essential tests, and had another important test booked the following day. Within 8 hours I received the medicine I required, and within 38 hours had all the tests taken and most importantly all test results back to ensure things were not more serious, thank you to Anna Bickerdike for getting back to me with the final test result the same day as the test. I have been coming to this surgery since I was born and have always received excellent treatment. Very happy.

A young man on the reception very friendly and lovely manner. Smiled putting me at ease on my first visit to the surgery Attended the doctor what a fabulous lady she was, so professional but showed empathy and asked many questions to identify why I needed to see the doctor. Following an amazing consultation she arranged bloods, stools and a referral to the hospital, I had been waiting over a year to get an appointment with my own doctor in Kent and they had no empathy or compassion to the needs of a patient Both the receptionist and the doctor made my visit less stressful and the lady doctor please look after her she was amazing

I'm new to this surgery but so far the service has been exemplary. Had an appointment with a doctor and blood tests booked within a few hours of registering, when the surgery were extremely busy I still received a phone call from a doctor within an hour. Reception staff are polite and helpful and regular text updates remind you of your booked appointment times. First rate, so glad I registered here.

I have been a Patient with Dr Moss and Partners for many years. There is no Practise i would recommend more. Beginning with the Receptionists, as they are the Doctors and Nurses right hand. Their calm, compassionate professional advice and support is vital, and should never be underestimated. The Doctors and Nurses are of the highest, professional standards, their skill, knowledge, and treatment is excellent (especially under Covid when they were under the worst pressure, tested to the very limits and beyond) I have great faith, and respect for all of them so grateful for all healing. A slight wait but superb nurse. One of the best appointments I’ve had here for years! I was looking at changing GP practice and knew that this appointment would be a crucial one re that decision. I have another appointment booked with a doctor and that will be the decider.

As the legacy of Covid rumbles on - Getting to actually see a doctor face to face is very difficult, 3 week wait I was told. Diagnosis is still over the phone, one time I had a fantastic doctor who was very patient, kind and willing to listen but the next experience was not so good. The reception staff are fabulous as are the nurses who seem frustrated that they can’t book appointments for patients who need to go for regular 8 weekly treatments like injections or certain routine tests. Perhaps this could be changed?

Pleasantly surprised to find welcoming and helpful reception staff, no queue or overspill from the pharmacy. Everything seemed uncluttered, clean and maintained. Smiling receptionists make such a difference
