10/10. Lovely owners. They've thought of everything in the rooms. Short walk to the beach and shops. Immaculate. Continental breakfast is excellent. Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Lovely decor. Beautiful house. Will defiantly be back for longer next time.

Wonderful little hotel. We brought along our pup, Leo for his first holiday and they were so welcoming. Lovely layout of snacks, teas and doggie biscuits in our room. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with no curfews and plenty of individual and communal spaces! 10/10 would definitely recommend whether you're bringing a doggy or not!

Nice familiar Hotel, with all of your requirements. The beds are is one of the best, room are nice and clean. Friendly staff. The nearest beach is around 300 yards away. Typical sandy beach as usual in Bournemouth.

Lovely hotel a 5 minute walk from the sea front. Dogs are friendly. Hotel owners are very friendly leave you complimentary breakfast and gave advice on the local area as well as some spots at the New Forest. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Such a beautiful room with everything you would need included. Comfy bed, decent shower, cooking appliances, cutlery etc. Not to mention the amazing atmosphere throughout the property. So clean and welcoming 👌

Absolutely charming hosts, very accommodating and keen to assist. The whole place is well furnished, extremely well presented and attention to detail superb. The continental breakfast tray with fridge and microwave offer flexibility but obviously no cooked option if that is important to you.

Lovely clean warm cosy room with plenty of storage. Dennis & Alex were very welcoming. We arrived later than planned due to traffic. Our son & family arrived to meet us they welcomed them also into their house making us all tea & coffee. Lovely location near to shops & beach. My husband was disappointed there was no option of breakfast as stated on booking but there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

I can’t rate this hotel enough. We felt so welcomed, the room was really comfortable, modern, well equipped and cosy. We would 100% come back as it was an enjoyable stay and nice to stay in a B&B where there is so much attention to detail and hospitality. Thank you for letting us stay!

We loved this place, got home this afternoon and have already rebooked. Great location, stunning decoration, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Two of the nicest hosts we have ever met and nothing was too much trouble. Literally raving about it!!
