Adam was very helpful when my chosen bed had been discontinued. He checked that the manufacturers were completely out of stock and then helped me choose another bed. He was very professional and contacted me regularly to ensure I was informed and new what was happening. A very big thank you to Adam, I'm sure he will do well in the future.

After trips to John Lewis and not being impressed by the build quality of the beds or the long delivery times I came across Dreamers. Went to the showroom to see what they were like and I have to say I was so impressed! Shaun the salesman really knew his subject and was super helpful. But the quality of the beds was also way higher than anything I'd seen before - they are really solid! Not just this but they even customised the bed for me to remove the footboard. The mattress too was the best I tried - I didn't want to spend vispring money but I really feel like I have something very close to vispring quality. on top of all this it was delivered super quick. 100% wouldn't go anywhere else for beds now!!

From walking through the doors and being greeted by Shaun to having the bed delivered and set up the level of service was second to none. Fantastic quality of products at great prices. Well stocked showroom is spacious, clean and brilliantly presented with a relaxed atmosphere. From ordering and paying all wrapped up within a week. Highly recommended Dreamers to any and all.

We have been using Dreamers for 15 years we have had so many different mattress’s and beds from them for us and family but none better than the ottoman bed we purchased two years ago it’s literally like new. We had to call them this week as we were moving rooms and ask how to move it and they couldn’t have been more helpful they are a lovely company.

There is good customer service and then there are these guys!! I always get my beds from them and I'm never disappointed, I don't feel pushed into a sale or rushed when choosing, I'm also never made to feel like I need to buy the most expensive bed in the shop, as they always help me stay within my budget! But recently I moved a bed I've had for a few years off them and lost a castor, I rang and told them of my dilemma and that I was more than happy to pay and collect a new one, but they insisted I didn't pay for it and even sent one of their lovely staff to come and fit it for me, within ten minutes! AMAZING!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE, ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you again guys xx

Very helpful staff who researched for us and helped us find a small single bed adequate to meet our sons needs. The staff were very accommodating and helpful when we brought our son into the store to help choose bed style, mattress style and colour of bed frame and head board. We needed a new mattress and visited Dreamers so that we could compare theirs with the big name brands offered by thd town centre chain stores. We were delighted to find a mattress with natural fillings and the firmness we prefer at a good price. The staff were very knowledgeable and even brought a mattress of our preferred firmness from the store room for us to try. Delivery was scheduled within a few days and the delivery crew were exceptional. They wrapped and brought our old mattress downstairs ready for collection by the council, and put the new mattress into the bed frame for us. Can't review the mattress as we haven't had it long enough yet, but so far so good.

We recently purchased a bed and mattress from Dreamers and had a small issue, we contacted Sales resulting in Shaun coming out to see us regards the problem we had. Shaun and dreamers sorted the issue out that we had and have been ever so helpful. I wanted to share my really great customer experience with Dreamers. The showroom staff were very welcoming and helpful, with nothing too much trouble. When I entered, I was just browsing but the quality of the goods and positive attitude of the staff led to me ordering a bed and headboard there and then. The bed was delivered yesterday by arrangement and the guys who delivered it were also very professional, helpful and pleasant. I am delighted with the bed and recommend Dreamers very highly 👍

Really good customer service. The staff were really helpful in helping us find what we was looking for. We had shopped around but found ourselves back at Dreamers as we were so impressed with the quality of the beds and mattresses at Dreamers and of course the advice we had from the staff. Bed and mattress were delivered super fast within a week and the guys that delivered were great.

Just had Ottoman bed and mattress delivered. Excellent service from Shaun and also the 2 delivery men. Had a problem with both bed and mattress but it was resolved very quickly ....customer service is 2nd to none. When new bed delivered ...delivery men were very careful replacing both bed and mattress and didn't leave without making sure everything was working and tidy. Will certainly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a new bed.

Bought my new mattress here a couple of months ago. I've shopped here a number of times and the staff are always really helpful and there is plenty to choose from. In my opinion you get quality here as good as anywhere else but they offer great value for money and free delivery. The delivery service provided was brilliant. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Fabulous customer service from all members of staff. After care is amazing too! A very warm welcome from Lewis followed by Shaun made the experience of choosing the right bed a pleasurable one. Shaun is incredibly knowledgeable about beds and, after asking questions about preferences, explains which bed would be most suited. After trying out the beds in the well stocked show room, the efficiency of the paperwork is excellent as is the delivery time (only waited a week for both delivery and installation of my new bed!) There was a slight issue with one of the drawers which was dealt with incredibly well in a very efficient manner. Good sized car park with disabled bays too. Excellent throughout! My new bed got delivered and installed last week. It is a sleigh bed with Chesterfield quilting effect on the head and foot. I had only seen a black crushed velvet one in the showroom and picked cream fabric with buttons from a fabric swatch book (slight gamble having not seen/felt the fabric upholstery in full). I needn’t have worried, this bed is absolutely stunning. The finish, the quality, the fabric.. the sheer size of it (kind size). It is so luxurious I am over the moon. My mother took delivery for me and she said the delivery men were so professional in their uniform, covid masks, took their shoes off to protect my carpets and were really pleasant. There was a slight delay in the manufacturer delivering to Dreamers, which was out of their hands, but it was so worth the wait! I’m blown away by this bed. Lovely company to deal with. Excellent sales team., customer service and products. Highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service, good prices, found the bed, got it delivered the following week. 2 hrs time slot, arrived quickly, built the bed, offered to put it in situ and took the rubbish away. Would recommend to anyone.

Called in today 30/6/22 met by Adam who gave us great info on the requirements we are looking for. The selection is brilliant with a very calm atmosphere Adam is very patient and very informative showing a variety of beds without directing us to the more expensive examples. We called into the shop looking for some quality wardrobes for our main bedroom. we were greeted by a lovely salesman called Shawn he took time showing us all the different options with the wardrobes. we picked our wardrobe and ordered them that day.
