Dr Atwal is friendly, professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. After seeing multiple doctors on multiple occasions, I was referred to him and he healed my back pain after 2 visits. The wait times are quick and I'm usually in & out during each visit. The staff is friendly and I love the location.

Dr was informative - staff either overworked or negligent - another black womans ID and insurance attached to my docs (clearly 30 years older than me at a minimum) - and clearly the birthday doesn’t match. The preface and tone just to tell me my copay was condescending and I did not meet with the dr who I was scheduled with. Will not be back

Today is January 24, 2023. I've been coming to Dr. Atwal for almost 2 years in which he is a good Dr up until today I had an appointment for 5pm, I called Christina to let her know I was running a bit late so she put me on hold to ask the doctor if he will see me and she told me that the doctor said not to get here later than 5:15pm and I literally ran and made it at 5:15pm so she charged me the $25.00 copay and then at 5:30pm she tells me that the doctor won't see me. I'M NOT EVER COMING BACK BCUS WE CAN WAIT UP TO HALF AN HOUR TO AN HOUR TO BE SEEN BY THE DR AND HE CAN'T SEE ME FOR COMING 15 MINUTES LATE??!! I WAS COMING FROM BROOKLYN 49TH STREET RIGHT AFTER WORK AND THE DOCTOR COULDN'T GIVE ME MY CARPAL TUNNEL INJECTIONS THAT I NEED SO BAD 😠😠

A very welcoming atmosphere. Dr Atwal, is very caring, and knowledgeable. The staff is kind.

The Doc is great Atwal I'd just when you calling thr office no one answers the phone why they have a receptionist there for its frustrating.

Hello ! Today , went to visit my Dr Marcus … I didn’t have appointment, and I was , in excruciating pain. But she , is great! And allowed , me to come in… I suffer from , pain in different, areas .. And she always gives me a quick, fix me up.. No pain !!! Thank you doc your the best..🥰😍

My Experience has been 5 stars across the board. The doctors bedside manners are wonderful. He is not in a rush to get you out the door. The same goes for nurse practitioner as well as the doctors assistant. They are all very caring. I will always go back!

I saw Dr. Atwal for a nerve impingement issue. He gave me the time and listened to my issues, reviewed my MRI result and came up with a treatment plan. Happily recommend!

I have taken my dad to this clinic for a few times already. The staffs are amazing, no words to describe them. The floors and design of it is also very clean and soothing. The waiting time is also short. They usually call within 10 minutes except if the doctor is out or something, you might need to wait a bit longer. Overall, the staffs are productive, good attitude, treats patients with respect and care, has clean environment, and also they have arranged some basic necessities for patients such as a water filter.

Dr. Atwal and the the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Atwal took his time to explain my conditions and my treatment options. I had a great visit with little wait time.

Arrived at 2:45 for a 3:00 appointment, told them that I had to leave at 3:45 and was assured that was fine. At 3:20 I said it again, got called in at 3:33 and then was told they wouldn’t be able to do it in time. Only positive is they were all nice and gave me the copay back.

Great experience as a new patient. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Atwal were all very friendly and helpful. I especially how they took their time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and so I highly recommend this clinic. Thank You

The service of care was very kind and proficient. They were very organized, the wait wasn’t long at all and everyone displayed a great considerate, caring bedside manner.

Dr Atwal and the rest of the staff are outstanding and they are seriously nice and awesome ! And the communication with any of them , from the secretaries to all the Doctors , is incredible . Amd very very important is that they truly know what to do . Endless THANK YOU :)
