Can’t say enough good things about this place. We found this place because my partner had a dental emergency and no insurance. We both have dentist phobias that have prevented us from keeping on top of our teeth cleanings etc. and so we don’t have a regular one to go to in situations like this. I looked for the highest rated dentist in the city on Google and found this place, which mentions specialty in caring for emergencies on their site. And so I got him in the door based on that. They spoke the truth! They were so kind, patient, caring and non judgmental for my partner, it made me want to go in for my own cleaning and care. Now we’ve referred several people since! I personally have been seeing Dr. Reddy, who is a gem of a human who seems to enjoy her work. my friends have seen other dentists here and we’ve all had the best experience here and think ours is the best. :) Since it was years since my cleaning, I did need some work done over the last couple months or so and I made it to all of them. Instead of anxiety and maybe occasionally postponing as I would do in the past, I almost looked forward to my appointments. They made all the costs and insurance coverage completely clear and transparent and gave me choices. I commute from Bushwick but it’s been so worth it. If you are looking for the dentist, this is your place!

True life savers! I had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon and they took me right in. Laura was very accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly, not only for myself but for the other patients being seen. Dr. Reddy was quick and efficient. I am very grateful for everyone there I had a great visit and I will definitely be making recommendations and scheduling any further appointments here.

Dr. Ahn is amazing! He is incredible knowledgeable and goes the extra mile during every visit. Most importantly, he makes sure you're comfortable and answers all your questions. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Ahn.

Let’s face it.. no one actually enjoys going to the dentist. However, with a team like 209, makes going to the dentist not so nerve wrecking. From the moment I called their office to explain my urgent circumstances I was met with absolute professionalism and reassurance. Special note to Dr. Reddy and Tommy, an absolute textbook example of how professionals effortlessly and seamlessly gets the job done without missing a single beat. A few ways I would describe my experience with these particular individuals- informative, skillful, communicative, courteous, respectful, reassuring, calming, understand, passionate, enthusiastic and overall fantastic. I must celebrate professionals like this because it is very uncommon to find people that truly love what they do for a career, people whom are truly compassionate.

10/10 AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I chipped a tooth late Saturday night and was able to get an appointment with 209 NYC Dental on Monday morning. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and Melissa and Dr. Reddy did an amazing job fixing my tooth - it truly looks like nothing ever happened. I moved to NYC recently and 209 NYC Dental will definitely be my go-to for all my dental needs going forward!

On my first visit, Dr Reddy at 209 NYC Dental made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. She's very good at her job (not rough!), and I felt little-to-no stress in her chair compared to past dentists, while getting my annual cleaning. My husband recommended her and I was very pleased with the whole experience at 209. The whole staff there is extremely nice and the actual offices are very nice and well maintained - Clean!

Incredible experience with Dr. Stump. I had a chipped front tooth and he fit me into his schedule the following day to fix it. He himself did a very thorough cleaning before working to fix the chip. 10/10 recommend both 209 NYC Dental and Dr. Erik Stump if he is available!

I work around the area and based on the reviews it seemed like a great choice. Great efficient interaction with reception, they were able to confirm billing/insurance info quickly. I was seen immediately after checking in and went in for X-rays. The Dental Hygienist started off with a quick soothing/relaxing face massage(which was by far the highlight of my visit) and was thorough with the cleaning. S.Park is a genuine, empathetic and patient DDS she is knowledgeable and provided me with great information regarding some questions and concerns I had. On my days off from work I commute to this location from Long Island and it’s totally worth it!

I've experienced excellent dental service from 209 for over 15 years. From teeth cleaning- extractions and root canals, the 209 staff made me feel like family. The office is filled with a clean, friendly and easy atmosphere. Communication is great throughout the staff and they inform you of the state of your dental health and gives thorough advice on how you should move forward with it. I love this place.❣️👍👍

I had my first visit today as an emergency and I'm have a phobia to dentists. It did go very well, had difficult procedures done on the same day and efficiently. Everyone in the office from reception staff to doctors were very nice, kind and professional. I'll be going back to continue my treatments there.
