Probably the worst doctor office I’ve ever been to. One of the nastiest receptionist I’ve ever encountered in my life, truly a terrible, miserable person. And the doctor is so chatty that I had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and longer in the actual patient room. Highly recommend finding any other urgent care/ primary care walk-in. Definitely worth the time to drive elsewhere as you will be stuck in that building for a minimum of one hour before being seen. And I can’t stress enough how awful one of their receptionists is, the older one with the strong Jersey accent

Dr Helder is one of the best. In recent years he has helped diagnose my son with type one.. My thyroid... And so much more. He has excellent bed side manners and very thorough. I can't say enough good things about this Dr. The staff greats you with a smile and are very helpful and pleasant as well!!..highly recommend this place!!..your doing a great job guys!!

My husband and I recently had to visit this office because my primary doctor was fully booked and I couldn't be more pleased! It is very easy to get an appointment and the staff is wonderful there!! I will say that every Doctor, PA, and NP there were so kind, patient with me and took time with us during our situation. Thank you to all & Dr. Jaquline Smith for all of your help during our visit. Recently switched to this office as my primary care doctor and couldn't be more pleased! It is very easy to get an appointment and the wait time is typically less than 10 mins. The staff is very friendly and informative. Every Doctor,PA, and NP I have seen have been easy to talk to and genuinely want to fix your ailment/issue as soon as possible.

Everybody was very nice, personable, and helpful. It was also efficient. I don't think I ever waited longer than 5 minutes for anything. My one critique of them would be that I scheduled a physical exam, and the doctor told me that a routine part of the exam is getting blood work done. But because I had eaten that morning, I wasn't able to have blood taken. If they knew they were going to do blood work, I wish they would have told me ahead of time not to eat that day. Now I have to make a separate appointment to have blood taken. But that's a small thing. They were great otherwise

This was my first visit to High Mountain Urgent Care in Waldwick. It was the best experience I have ever had at a walk-in clinic bar none. Dr Helder Rebelo was just incredible !! He took a great deal of time to explain EVERYTHING relevant to my condition. I never felt that any questions were not totally addressed. The entire staff was pleasant and accommodating. Always a smile on their faces. The treatment and Rx’s Dr Rebelo recommended have given me a great deal of relief within hours. I can’t say enough about this truly wonderful experience. Kudos to the Company and staff. I know I’ll be sharing this with friends, and family.

I usually don't write reviews; but this is worth it. Firstly, the staff, from the doctors to the front desk; everyone is so friendly and personable. Dr. Kalishman is amazing at making you feel like you're talking to a friend. She was thorough and professional. I was so impressed that I got my parents to go to this office as well. A great referral for sure!

I can't say enough about how amazing Waldwick urgent care and Dr. Kalishman are. After going as a walk in, I was so impressed I switch to Dr. Kalishman as my primary care doctor for my husband and myself. She is patient, compassionate and really takes her time with you. You never feel rushed by the doctor or staff. She even looked at and and helped my son on a moments notice. The office is spotless and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They do bloodwork on site which is a big plus for me. I am so happy I found Waldwick Urgent care and Dr. Kalishman.
