The service at Smile Design Manhattan has been extremely disappointing. I've been struggling for nearly two months to get a crown on my dental implant. The constant last-minute rescheduling of appointments has been frustrating. For every appointment, I had to take days off from work for nothing. When I finally got to my appointment, the crown didn't fit. They said they would redo it in two weeks. Two days before the appointed time, they confirmed my appointment, but unfortunately, I received a call less than a day before, informing me that the crown wasn't ready, and they needed to reschedule once again. This resulted in another workday off without any benefit. Despite upfront payment for all procedures, the lack of reliability and the repeated need to take days off has made this experience highly unsatisfactory.

Not only was the office absolutely beautiful but it’s an art gallery as well and the staff is fantastic! Such kind and accommodating humans. Dr. Nancy Ahn was so gentle and thorough during my cleaning and I am so happy with the results as well as the whitening. I can’t believe I’m saying this because enjoying a dentist visit is a rarity in my case but I am actually excited to go for another cleaning in six months. Thank you, Smile Design!

The new dental clinic gives off a museum vibe: much like contemplating a painting in silence. This way it also calms my anxiety when it comes to visiting a dentist. Dr. Ahmed’s gentle hands helped a lot too, along with her assistants.

I visited Smile Design for a consult with Dr. Ahmed (& also got a cleaning done). The staff were just so great, the office / gallery is beautiful. Most of all - Dr. Ahmed was awesome - she reviewed my orthodontic case with objectivity, provided honest feedback & guidance - I believe she is one of the best dentists I've experienced & I would highly recommend!!

Dr. Ahn is the absolute best. I have anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and she makes the process comfortable and easy.

Dr. Ahn was awesome. I broke my front tooth 5 days before a vacation. She was able to provide a temporary solution for the vacation that worked great. When I returned she put in a permanent crown that people have commented they cannot tell is fake. Dr. Ahn turned a stressful situation into not a big deal.

Dr. Ahn performed all of my dental work. She is not only a great dentist, but an amazing person. I fillings, dental implants and a wisdom tooth extraction and I am highly satisfied with the work she has done. She was gentle and very caring. I've had my teeth cleaned by two different hygienist and they were also amazing and the doctor who checked my teeth after the cleaning was great too. I don't want to leave anyone out but this office is staffed with highly professional and excellent dental specialists. You can't go wrong here. Highly recommended.
