Not gonna lie, this place has a lot of room for potential. Great prices, but a limited menu of drinks (non-alcoholic, I believe it's BYOB, we didn't know that). Strong hookah, but slow service for coals with there only being one person working on a Friday night. The vibe is the strongest part, with a cool LED ceiling element, dim lighting to accompany and TVs with , but the one employee was also responsible for the music, and it was continuously repeating a lot of the same songs, probably due to a queue he was manually managing. An increase in staff, an improvement in the furniture for comfort and an expanded drink and food selection would put this place over the top.

Each time I came through the year of 2022, (approx 4)it was bland. I do, however, like the nature vibe they’ve put up recently. But in regards to my past visits, the music is kind of random since it’s a computer on YouTube sometimes. Speaking of music, I was told each time the music volume does have limits due to residents upstairs. So when I needed that little extra volume to really feel the music, it was difficult. I realize people are posting pictures of these new cocktails in jars, which looks cool. However , I was never offered/ told those were options. The alcohol menu was minimal and pricey.For a hookah lounge , the hookah price is amazing, though sometimes a hit or miss in regards to its pull. (The hookah workers are attentive and there are many flavors) As for the pros , you are able to BYOB and food. All in All , I feel this is a nice place to bring a pal or date to sit, pull, and talk. I will be visiting this lounge in 2023 for a final review.

The service was great. Danny the server was cool, courteous and attentive. I would give him 5 stars. Now to talk about the establishment. The ambience was chill. The hookah was mediocre at best. For a a hookah only lounge i expected a better hookah. At times it did not pull well (Danny tried to fix it and offered options). My biggest area of concern was the pricing. It was fair but not honest. They add an additional 4% to every item and that is not disclosed. Then they tack on at 15% surcharge that is not the tip or for the staff. So a total of 19% extra in charges with out explanation as to why there are additional charges. The dishonesty with pricing really left a bad taste. I would have happily paid the price if it were disclosed or just make the items more expensive and remove the bogus extras.

This place is a hidden Gem. A friend and I went last night and we were treated very nicely. The Hookah was nice, the music was on point, and our host was very attentive. We can't wait to go back!

I had an excellent experience here! I came here on a date night. The service was amazing, the hookah was great. I never had to ask for a refill on the hookah or the drinks. The server was amazing. (I honestly cannot remember his name, but he was excellent!) I will definitely becoming back with friends, on a date, and even by myself. 1000% Great vibes!

Came across this lounge while my wife was getting her hair done. Really good hookah. It was smooth and didn’t burn out for a long time. The customer service here is top notch. All the workers are extremely attentive and made me feel taken care of.

Best place to smoke great hookah flavors, if you're a real hookah smoker this is the place, atmosphere is beautiful and place is very clean. Friendly workers. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Nice chill spot with great vibes! My gf & I came here a week ago just on a whim and ended up having a really good time. Maya is amazing, She makes you feel comfortable & as if you guys are old friends. She’s very accommodating and checked on us the whole night. You can bring your own drinks & food & just get you a hookah and vibe out. Music was good & they will take any request that you have. Prices are very affordable as well. Think I found a new spot to chill ;)

Absolutely enjoyed myself last night! The hookah flavors were good and the atmosphere was a vibe. Nice little chill spot! Found this spot by a Google search. This place reminds me of Parlay in Harlem. You can bring your own food and drinks. Super friendly and attentive staff. House liquor served so don't expect Casamigos or Henny lol but drinks were still good. I'm definitely coming back. Great first time experience.

The customer service was amazing. It was very busy last night but both servers made sure we were doing fine every chance they had. Great hookah will be back again. Only problem is the 18% service fee the tip isn’t included for the servers. Wish I could’ve tipped them more they did a great job handling every table like they did.

I loved this place. Great music, good hookah, and the decor is gorgeous! The customer service was good too. My favorite is that it’s BYOB and you can bring food too! The only reason I cannot give 5 starts is the bathroom. The bathroom floors were pretty gross, there was no soap, no hand towels, and there’s a gaping hole in the wall…they need to remodel, decorate, and make sure the bathroom is cleaned hourly.

The coffee was especially noteworthy - it was rich and flavorful, definitely some of the best coffee I've had in a long time.

I came here for a weekend trip. I stumbled on this place and I just want to say this is the best place in the area period. The atmosphere and the vibes are amazing. Be very careful dealing with this location certain employees are very rude. When dealing with the public businesses should be up standing and courteous, PLUS after Co-vid going around and Fentynol on the rise. Buy your own hookahs and go in your basement and stay safe.

I frequently visit Westchester from LA and finding good hookah with good charcoal has been hard! This is Closest hookah cafe to my area and it’s great! The service and atmosphere Nirvana has is impeccable! They have redesigned their cafe to a hidden green smoking oasis. They will customize your flavor of choice to your liking (as my party is picking af) and help you out with any issues. Enjoy happy hour early as 7 pm and Ladies night on Fridays. This place is low key and safe!! :)

I visited yesterday and my experience was horrible. I didn’t stay long because the girl that was working I don’t like her attitude but I still wanted hookah so I stayed a little. I walked in and all you can smell was weed unprofessional!

I spent about two hours here last Friday evening after randomly discovering this GREAT spot about 5 min from my place. I really enjoyed the two flavors that were suggested to me (Athena Winter Lychee and Green Goblin Jolly Rancher - highly recommend both!) and it wasn’t overly crowded either. Both of the gentlemen working were super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back soon, next time with company and some food :) and YES they let you bring your own food and drinks if you want!!!
