    I reached out to Rallye Lexus two days before my birthday on June 30th and it was amazing start to finish. Erik was my sales person and he helped me through the whole process and got my car at the same day within 2-3 hrs.! Adnan the finance manager was awesome as well. He made me comfortable and walked me through all my financial options. He was very thorough and made sure I got the best deal. After few days later I noticed I had few items missing (Cargo Net, First Aid Kit and the Owners manual booklet) and informed Erik and he went above and beyond for me and I received all missing items within two days via FedEx. DMV informed me that emv50 form is required from dealership so, I went yesterday and found out Erick's day off but met the finance manager Adnan who helped me get that document within 2 min of wait time. Honestly because of how amazing everyone was and how safe and at home I felt, I will never go anywhere else for a car again. 10/10 recommend.

    One of the most distasteful and worst experiences ever. I was promised a specific model to test drive over the phone, set up an appointment & drove over 30 minutes. When I got there, after waiting another 30 minutes to be seen, I was told by carlos that I wasn’t able to test drive that car because of the “tire pressure being affected during the drive” so I was given a lower trim instead. This was very unprofessional & poorly executed. I have been a longtime Lexus owner & I will consider taking my business elsewhere after not being taken seriously.

    I have been wanting a new Lexus for a while now but I was dreading going to the dealer and kept putting it off. I read a lot of reviews for Lexus dealers and only one really stood out as a decent place to buy a vehicle. I arrived at Rallye with a real sense of impending doom. I warily walked in, went the receptionist and told her I wanted to speak to a salesman. He appeared in a few seconds and started talking to me like a regular person. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he showed me around the various models they had. He was just talking to me, no pressure, no belittling me, no agression or intimidation. I wanted one from stock and he showed me what they had and the prices and options. He helped me choose one in my price range, got a great price, checked my credit and now it was time to see the F and I guy(ugh more dreading). No problem there either, great guy, very helpful didn't try to push anything on me. Closed the deal, signed everthing and BOOM, was out of there in less than 2 hours. Salesman was Kenneth Melendez, F and I was Anthony Piccirillo. Both very friendly and personable. Great experience, no problems.

    I drove three hours from Massachusetts today ready and excited to purchase a vehicle. I had my eyes set on a white lexus hybrid suv. Lauren took the time to show me two cars which I appreciated. But at the end of the day I was really disappointed with the way the vehicle looked in person. There was a number of scuff marks in the car and several spots that needed to be spot cleaned. Even with that, I was not a 100% ready to walk away from the vehicle. What ha really turned me away, was her off putting attitude when we sat back down to talk. She was dismissive and defensive for no reason when I was just stating the things that I saw about the car and was considering. She kept telling me there was nothing she can do about it, when I have never asked her to do anything about it. I never even mentioned wanting to pay less than what they were asking. On my way out I walked by several sales agents and the front desk, and not one person said goodbye or thank you for coming. I left feeling like they did not want my business.

    Brought the car to Rallye because of a strange knock when I turned my steering wheel. They seemed confused by the sound-and asked if they could keep the car for a while to try and pinpoint the problem. It took a few days with diagnostic testing to figure out the problem-I was expecting the worst--new tie-rods, ball joints etc. While they had my car--they provided me with a loaner. To my surprise--they said the problem was bolts that had loosened--probably by all the pot holes in NY. The best part was instead of charging me to replace a part that didn't need to be replaced--they were 100% honest--and only charged me for the labor to tighten the bolts--I love their determination to detect the problem and their honesty as to the price to fix it. Thank you! Great job--the car is 100% fine now.

    Sales and service have been excellent. It's easy to get an appointment and service always has my car ready when promised. I'm able to get a loaner car if I don't want to wait for my car. I'm driving my second Lexus and plan to continue being a Lexus customer.

    Had a great visit at Rallye Lexus two weeks ago. Had to get my windshield replace after getting hit by debris on the highway. They repaired the windshield, provided me with a detailed invoice so that I could present to my insurance carrier for reimbursement. The repair was done perfectly and have had no issues thus far. Highly recommend Rallye Lexus for the friendly and efficient service.

    Even though the process seemed to be smooth at first, 2 months later I still do not have my registration that Rallye Lexus promised to deliver via FEDEX. The sales consultant I worked with at first was telling me that I should not worry and just wait patiently since the paperwork takes longer than it used to. Two months later after yet 5th time of following up with him, I was told to just deal with the DMV directly because more likely my registration was lost. Definitely not working with this dealership again.

    Picked up our new car today, everything went smoothly and organized, my wife and I were very happy! Andy our sales rep was upfront with everything and precise with all quotes. Jose described all the functions and features in the car clearly, and Adnan in finance processed all the paperwork without any mix-ups. .I wilI definitely be returning to this dealer for my next car!

    Great experience at the Dealership! Lauren was a No pressure sales person who worked with us on pricing of the Es350 I purchased. They even gave me a loaner vehicle even before purchasing the vehicle itself. I never heard of a dealship do that. I was impressed with there service and will definitely come back.

    I had very positive experiences at Ralley Lexus of Glen Cove with servicing my old vehicle and the purchase of my new vehicle. The staff is professional, they kept me informed , they were very knowledgeable and helped me learn to use and trouble shoot my new electric vehicle. Mike and Carlos went above and beyond to assist me. The facility is cozy with the best hot chocolate, excellent selection of snacks and free car wash. I would highly recommend Ralley Lexus of Glen Cove. Dez23

    Love this place!! Everyone there is so courteous & they make you feel comfortable. Kevin is very knowledgeable & knows his stuff. He made everything so easy for me. My husband went shopping for a car for me & Kevin showed him exactly what I was looking for. I went to look at the car the next day & purchased it. Thank you Kevin!!! Loving my new wheels.

    After Bert and apparently everyone from Rallye BMW were “too busy” and didn’t “have time” after asking for a test drive even though I called ahead to schedule for a test drive and was told to “just come in”…. Drove to Rallye Lexus and Andy Hyun took care of us and signed the papers on the spot. Even took over the lease from another dealer so we didn’t have to deal with the returns. Andy has good humor and is extremely pleasant to work with. Anthony Piccirillo, the finance manager was also the first non-condescending humble finance manager I’ve worked with. Overall I and wifey are very pleased with Rallye Lexus.

    I have owned several different makes of cars, & therefore, have experienced having them serviced. Lexus has proven to be at the top of the list for servicing my car. You receive e-mail reminders & sometimes with coupons. Appointments are easy to make. You receive an appt. time to your liking & them take you right away. You are greeted warmly. Everyone is very knowledgeable. There is no problem with receive a loaner car that is is new. They will call promptly with any work that they feels needs to be done. The car is ready when said. I feel that you are treated fairly, respectfully & courteously. That is why I keep going back & happy that I bought a Lexus.

    I after owning numerous cars, I bought a Lexus with the services is comparable to anywhere else. Just great. They do a great job and they are courteous I can’t say enough about it. It’s a great dealership it’s the best experience I’ve ever had with Carbone I would never buy anything else, but Alex is from here on in.

    Rallye Lexus provides the best maintenance service. The Staff at Rallye are experienced and provide constant updates to your service requests. I couldn't ask for more. I have purchased 7 ES350 since my first purchase in 2000 and am looking forward to my 2024 Purchase.

    Troy Sun is very helpful before and after purchase. The price was exactly what we agreed on. No hidden or extra charges. I am happy with my RX350h premium plus. It took over a month to get the car after I placed the order but its is normal.

    I had a great experience with Rallye Lexus. Kenneth was great to work with and he was knowledgeable with the vehicles. I went in not sure if I was going to get an NX or RX. He took me to test drive an RX and showed me all of the different features. The car I wanted was not available in their stock, but the ordering process was quick and easy. I had my car earlier than expected and I was very happy with the purchase. Kenneth even came in on the day that I picked up my car even though it was his day off! That was nice, but unnecessary, however it shows that he cared. The technician was also very helpful and he hooked me up by getting my profile set up and showed me how to navigate through the infotainment system. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this group!

    Top notch dealership from Carlos in sales, Paul in finance, Jose in tech support to the cashier and parts department. Everyone extremely nice and treat you as their best customer. Every aspect from sales to service was seamless. Could not have imagined such an excellent experience. Very pleased and would highly recommend the Rallye team.     I am happy with the vehicle, not so satisfied with the way the vehicle was prep before delivery. I know things happen but the vehicle was not clean like I was promised, and the salesperson was not very honest. I am dealing with the sales manager and he seems to be more honest then his sales person. I am not sure if I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer as I brought a knocking in the engine that it is concerning me, and now a month later the seat still not completely fix and the engine knocking has not been address. Not a happy customer at this point. Joel Pretz
