I
was
also
looking
for
a
vehicle.
Last
week
only
we
bought
a
Mazda
CX-5
for
one
of
my
friends
from
Wayne
Mazda.
I
was
still
confused
between
Toyota
RAV
4,
Hyundai
Tucson
SEL,
Honda
CRV,
and
Mazda
CX5/
CX50.
I
took
my
time,
researched,
and
finally,
I
got
settled
on
Mazda
CX50.
There
were
a
couple
of
features
that
were
not
available
in
the
CX-5
so
I
moved
to
the
CX-50,
also
it
has
that
beast
look
so
Yep
CX50
was
the
one
for
me,
but
the
thing
is
I
wanted
to
get
CX50
at
a
good
price
so
I
called
their
Internet
sales
manager
(Jason
Remache),
We
were
negotiating
a
deal,
I
offered
him
one
number,
he
was
not
agreed
but
I
was
like
hey
if
you
wanna
deal
with
me
then
I
won't
go
above
this
number.
Then
he
put
me
on
hold
for
15-20
minutes,
talked
to
his
manager
and
he
said
if
I
wanted
to
steal
at
this
price
I
have
to
come
down
today
and
put
in
some
deposit.
I
was
ready
big
time,
so
I
reached
there
by
6:30
and
Jason
was
there,
we
talked,
he
connected
me
with
Carlos,
and
we
figure
it
out
yeah
that's
a
good
one.
we
test-drove
the
car,
initially,
I
was
not
satisfied
because
it
has
that
noise,
also
the
ceiling
height
was
low
though
the
ground
clearance
was
high,
but
Carlos
walked
me
through
all
the
other
good
features.
Still,
I
was
not
that
satisfied,
I
slept
over
it.
The
next
day
I
called
Carlos
and
said
hey
I
wanna
test
drive
again
and
I
want
to
take
this
vehicle
on
Interstate
highway,
he
agreed.
We
reached
there
on
Saturday;
I
knew
Saturday
is
a
very
crowded
day
for
any
dealership,
so
this
time
Carlos
did
not
come
with
us.
We
test-drove
the
car
for
25-30
miles.
Somehow,
I
was
satisfied
this
time,
and
we
finally
booked
the
car.
I
put
$2,500
deposit
and
booked
CX-50.
We
finalized
the
deal
at
a
good
APR
rate
(0.9%
APR)
and
yeah,
the
deal
was
tough,
but
I
was
adamant
that
I
won't
go
above
this
number,
and
somehow,
we
both
agreed.
We
went
there
after
a
week
and
Carlos
was
keeping
this
car
ready.
Soul
red
color
was
looking
very
pretty.
The
whole
process
was
done
within
45
minutes
because
I
was
continuously
in
touch
with
Carlos.
He
kept
the
paperwork
ready,
he
kept
everything
ready,
the
finance
manager
Nalda
was
helpful
she
offered
us
some
policy
which
we
politely
declined.
I
know
all
the
plays
because
as
I
mentioned
we
have
got
a
new
car
for
one
of
my
friends
last
week,
so
I
knew
this
play.
I
declined
all
the
extra
insurance
which
the
finance
measure
was
giving
me.
I
just
put
a
down
payment
($15,000),
the
rest
financed
with
their
in-house
MFS
(Mazda
Financial
Services)
for
0.9%
APR
and
yeah
it
was
in
and
out
within
90
minutes.
we
drove
our
new
car
happily.
Carlos
was
very
helpful
I
need
to
mention
Carlos's
name
because
he
was
patient
while
delivering
the
car,
he
made
sure
I
know
all
the
details,
and
he
spent
a
good
30-40
minutes
answering
all
my
questions.
He
said
that
if
you
have
any
more
questions,
you
can
message
me
anytime.
During
the
whole
process,
there
was
no
pressure.
He
assured
me
that
he
will
assist
me
even
after
the
purchase.
Also,
Wayne
Mazda
offers
free
oil
changes
for
a
lifetime.
I
know
there's
a
long
waiting
at
their
side
and
I
know
there
would
be
some
catch
(tire
rotating,
filter,
labor
cost
–
but
that’s
the
same
everywhere)
but
I
still
got
a
good
deal
I
got
a
very
good
deal
because
Wayne
Mazda
has
that
much
inventory,
they
have
200-300
cars
in
the
inventory
so
they
can
deal
with
you.
If
you
are
looking
for
Mazda,
yep
there
are
other
Mazda
dealers
and
I
have
reached
out
to
them
but
I
the
negotiation
or
offer
that
Wayne
Mazda
can
give
you
I
doubt
any
other
dealer
can
give.
Now
the
real
challenge
starts-
Their
service,
let's
see
how
it
goes
-
hope
I
get
the
same
attention
as
I
was
getting
while
buying
a
new
car
