The whole experience was a quick and smooth process. Diane Intorella reached out to me online to set up the test drive appointment. Sales Rep Ash Choudhury guided me through the whole process step-by-step, staying after hours to help me get acclimated with the new vehicle and helped me get familiar with everything I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. F&I Rep Daniel Brookes was also a pleasure to deal with and helped me to understand my available options to protect my new investment. Excellent dealership! The salesman , James was pleasant and tried to find the right vehicle for me. Nalda was wonderful to work with as well. My car buying experience was enjoyable and stress-free. I was also looking for a vehicle. Last week only we bought a Mazda CX-5 for one of my friends from Wayne Mazda. I was still confused between Toyota RAV 4, Hyundai Tucson SEL, Honda CRV, and Mazda CX5/ CX50. I took my time, researched, and finally, I got settled on Mazda CX50. There were a couple of features that were not available in the CX-5 so I moved to the CX-50, also it has that beast look so Yep CX50 was the one for me, but the thing is I wanted to get CX50 at a good price so I called their Internet sales manager (Jason Remache), We were negotiating a deal, I offered him one number, he was not agreed but I was like hey if you wanna deal with me then I won't go above this number. Then he put me on hold for 15-20 minutes, talked to his manager and he said if I wanted to steal at this price I have to come down today and put in some deposit. I was ready big time, so I reached there by 6:30 and Jason was there, we talked, he connected me with Carlos, and we figure it out yeah that's a good one. we test-drove the car, initially, I was not satisfied because it has that noise, also the ceiling height was low though the ground clearance was high, but Carlos walked me through all the other good features. Still, I was not that satisfied, I slept over it. The next day I called Carlos and said hey I wanna test drive again and I want to take this vehicle on Interstate highway, he agreed. We reached there on Saturday; I knew Saturday is a very crowded day for any dealership, so this time Carlos did not come with us. We test-drove the car for 25-30 miles. Somehow, I was satisfied this time, and we finally booked the car. I put $2,500 deposit and booked CX-50. We finalized the deal at a good APR rate (0.9% APR) and yeah, the deal was tough, but I was adamant that I won't go above this number, and somehow, we both agreed. We went there after a week and Carlos was keeping this car ready. Soul red color was looking very pretty. The whole process was done within 45 minutes because I was continuously in touch with Carlos. He kept the paperwork ready, he kept everything ready, the finance manager Nalda was helpful she offered us some policy which we politely declined. I know all the plays because as I mentioned we have got a new car for one of my friends last week, so I knew this play. I declined all the extra insurance which the finance measure was giving me. I just put a down payment ($15,000), the rest financed with their in-house MFS (Mazda Financial Services) for 0.9% APR and yeah it was in and out within 90 minutes. we drove our new car happily. Carlos was very helpful I need to mention Carlos's name because he was patient while delivering the car, he made sure I know all the details, and he spent a good 30-40 minutes answering all my questions. He said that if you have any more questions, you can message me anytime. During the whole process, there was no pressure. He assured me that he will assist me even after the purchase. Also, Wayne Mazda offers free oil changes for a lifetime. I know there's a long waiting at their side and I know there would be some catch (tire rotating, filter, labor cost – but that’s the same everywhere) but I still got a good deal I got a very good deal because Wayne Mazda has that much inventory, they have 200-300 cars in the inventory so they can deal with you. If you are looking for Mazda, yep there are other Mazda dealers and I have reached out to them but I the negotiation or offer that Wayne Mazda can give you I doubt any other dealer can give. Now the real challenge starts- Their service, let's see how it goes - hope I get the same attention as I was getting while buying a new car

I drove past this Mazda dealership as I was driving to sell my old car to CarMax just down the road from them. I walked in never having owned a Mazda and usure which CX model would be best for me. This is when I met Mark Checki. We spoke about other cars that I was interested in from other brands and what my must-haves were. Throughout the day we test drove a couple of cars and compared them against my needs. I had A LOT of questions as this was 1) a fairly new brand for me with limited experience and 2) my first lease experience; I typically financed. Thank you for being patient with me, Mark! I had been working with a lease broker and they were able to match my other offers. I don't even think we went back and forth at all; sales manager spoke with us for a minute and made the deal immediately. Mark and his team were very accommodating and patient. They gave me plenty of time to get some documents in order that I was not prepared with. I ended the day with Mike in the finance team. I honestly could not have asked to have a better way to close out the deal. Mike, thank you for giving me a truly world-class experience during the closing process. He was personable and spoke amazing Spanish! People wont often remember what you did for them but they will remember how you made them feel. They earned themselves a customer for life and I would truly look to Mark and Mike for any vehicle needs in the future. Thank you for your help, Wayne Mazda team.

A very Good dealership. Recently bought my Mazda6 Carbon edition from them. The only one they had left. Even though they would try to sell the car at the highest price possible, they are also willing to meet you half way and cut you a good deal. Will in sales was my guy and more importantly Mark in finance did a very good job getting me the APR I wanted. Overall, good experience for my very first car.

On May 23, 2023 my husband and I drove away with our brand new Mazda CX5 Carbon Edition from Wayne Mazda. They have great customer service. We were able to look at vehicles without any pressure. Once we knew what we wanted, we approached the receptionist, who was friendly and professional. She sent us with one of the sales men, Juan. We discussed with Juan what we wanted. We were stuck between two cars. Juan is very knowledgeable and that helped us make a decision. Juan has a great personality and is very patient. Once the decision was made everything moved smoothly. The final negotiations with Mark were great. Gave us some advice and done. In the mean time Juan had asked the guys to wash the car and they too did a great job. We went back another day to take some pictures during the day and even though Juan was super busy, he took the time to do it. A friend referred me to Wayne Mazda and I must say that Wayne Mazda is the best dealer in NJ not only because they are the biggest dealer in the state but because they are so professional at selling cars. The team at Wayne Mazda cut me a good deal on a CX-5 CE, really straightforward and fairly easy process. Very nice place. We were looking for a nice car that would fit in our budget for months but we were not able to get a car because most of the dealerships did not have any car to show. But when we went to Wayne Mazda there were so many cars available and we finally found a car that would fit in our budget and it was Mazda CX-5 red.
