I’m waiting on a call back from the office manager to discuss my experience. The person who saw me should be ashamed. I went there for concerns about never having had a full skin check as i have a very strong family history of melanoma and i had questions related to pillar cysts and trying to prevent them. I do not want to remove them for many reasons which i wanted to discuss. The PA had a student with them and i was not asked if the student could be there. the PA was with me for 3-5 minutes and didn’t bother to even look at my record to know of my family history and concerns. todays visit was a waste of time because i didn’t even get to ask my questions nor did I get to get my skin checked. i was told i needed to come back for an official diagnosis of pillar cysts with a surgeon. then they would schedule a removal apt. then she told me i would need to come back in 3 months for a full skin check and left the room before i could ask anything. There was a nurse still in the room and i voiced my concerns i said i don’t want them removed i have questions. She then tells me the surgeon can answer my questions. I said okay well the whole reason i made this apt was for a skin check. she said i needed to talk to the front desk. i go and talk to the front desk whom informs me that I needed to make a separate apt for each thing ( skin check) ( pillar cysts). i pushed back and said why? technically the PA can’t bill for a standard visit because she didn’t even spend more than 5 minutes with me that would be insurance fraud to bill even for a 15 minute visit. I explained to her what she did and how completely unprofessional she was. then left. As A fellow clinician i am ensuring a follow up with the office manager is done because if this is how she is practicing she is going to really hurt someone by not doing a through visit.

I was not too pleased with past experiences getting a whole body scan. I’m so thankful for all the positive reviews that convinced me to make this change. Dr. Verma is so very gentle and respectful of privacy and modesty while doing a very thorough exam. She also educates throughout the visit. Will happily return every year. If you’re not getting this from your dermatologist, make the change.

Quick visit! In and out fast with friendly service. One issue before my visit, I was asked to download an app for my appointment but the app had no instructions on how to login and the app is rated poorly. Not worth using in my opinion.

Wonderful experience. I did not have to wait very long in the waiting room or the exam room. The nurse and Christine Beaujean, PA were both wonderful....Quick & thorough!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful the Moment I walked in the office. It may sound funny but I enjoy going to see the Doctor and the Staff. My procedure went very smooth and everything was explained to me, and I was informed of what I was required to do to heal properly!

Five stars for Dr. Ballin. The nicest doctor I’ve ever had. He makes you feel very comfortable and you can tell he really cares about helping his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Ballin!

I was well received by all employees and the nurse practitioner. They took me back minutes before my scheduled appointment. They were thorough in the examination and expedient as well. I recommend them to everyone who's looking for a great Dermatologist.

So, I don’t use the Dr’s but I was trying to buy products at this location and the products were not cheap I knew this going in. However, the girl was trying to over charge me with the taxes. Then the price they had one the box was not the price they were trying to charge me. I told them and they said well this is what it was priced at in the computer. I said: I understand but the price on your box is different”. The girl looks at me and says well that is the price.” “I said I’m not buying it. You are over charging me on the taxes and the products!. Nope. It was just more of a convenience anyways. The people were rude anyway. They should have sold them right then and there for the market price. It was not my fault they had an old price on the products.

Dr Ballin & his staff were really nice. They made sure I was comfortable & informed every step of the screening process. I will definitely refer friends & family.

Very quick and efficient! Dr. Schwartz was great, very straight forward and kind with the presentation. I’m sure it helped that I knew what was wrong, but she was able to prescribe medications as she was checking things out and let me know exactly what they are and how they should help me. Very excited to see her and the rest of the staff again!

Love me some Dr. Cortez! She and her staff are all amazing. As long as she’s practicing, I won’t go to anyone else.

Today was the best experience I've ever had with this organization. I haven't had positive experiences at the Beavercreek locations so I tried Miami Valley North. Dr. Ballin was compassionate and treated my sensitive situation with the utmost care and concern. I appreciated all of the staff I interacted with during my visit.

Appreciated my appointment with Laura Nevins today. She was thorough and timely. She took care of things at the time of visit and didn’t push a follow up appointment. It was made only in case it is necessary.

Very short wait time. Dr. Verma was very thorough with my examination. She encouraged me to ask questions & responded in easy to understand answers. Each staff member was polite & professional. Great yearly examination.

Dr. Ballin is my top choice at DOCS Dermatology. He and his staff are caring and attentive. He manages to make his patients feel they have his undivided attention, taking time to address every concern, no matter how small.

I've been there a few times and they've always been the best. They're nice, punctual, fun, and make the visit less intimidating. I was also half hour late to an appointment and called like 5-10 minutes into that and they said I could still come in. Very generous.

Seen promptly for my initial visit, a whole body scan. Had biopsies and freezing procedures completed at first appointment. All questions answered promptly and accurately. Great office, very happy!
