My wife just got two bacon cheeseburgers and one French-fries which are disgusting. We are eating in the car at the parking lot right away (now and writing this review )but they are cold sandwiches not even warm!! And French fries are stale. How could you guys are serve these to customers? The Employee has black hair with glasses ( Robert P) who charged us and made the food. My wife even paid tips for these foods ?? The total was about $40ish. I just found out many bad reviews, I didn’t think this will be this bad. No one cares about their jobs ? The owner of the store doesn’t care about food quality? Why ?? Please avoid this place if possible, this isn’t five guys quality!!

I would not recommend going to this location at all. Five Guys is known to give extra fries at the bottom of every bag but you'll be lucky if they even fill the cup here. I have no idea why they're so stingy with their fries. I've never had this problem at any other location. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.

Omg so good Edit: I used to love Five Guys, but after coming back, I realized it's just not worth it due to how expensive it is. Their Cheeseburgers are literally $10.99 now, and we ended up spending $39 for two cheeseburgers, large fry, and a shake. I just can't justify spending that much when there are so many cheaper options around.

Five Guys is one of my favs, however they have become so expensive... Over $20 just for a little bacon cheese burger, regular drink and a small Cajun fry... Love that they add an extra scoop of fries into the bag but still not an attractive price tag. Customer service was okay, guy rang me up and forgot to give me my cup, it happens but there was no one else in the store. The atmosphere gets a 3 here as the floor was sticky and every step I took felt like a creepy old house.

This location is inconsistent with the value, service, and professionalism that we usually get from the Five Guys brand. My large fries were over $8 after tax. I got them home, and after reaching into my cold fries, I discovered a hair inside. I should have realized the carelessness because another customer was complaining when I walked in about them messing up two of her burgers. So I won't return to that location.

Perhaps our favorite burger place & that's saying a lot when you grew up in Nebraska with beef! Holy Mackerel! Whoever was on the grill tonight made the BEST BURGER EVER! Literally melted in my mourth. Even had to share a few bites as my son had to try. I always get the bacon-cheeseburger with sauteed onion, jalapenos & BBQ sauce. And it just keeps betting better~the toppings do not overwhelm the meat.Outstanding job, People!! Sorry, no pic, as I wolfed it down.

This is only my second time going to a Five Guys and it was delicious like I remembered. The service was fast and friendly and we got tons of yummy fries! We'll be sure to stop by again. Thank you!

I enjoy Five Guys but don't really plan on going again for a while. Paid almost $8 for a burger but only got about 3/4 of a burger (see photo). I took a few bites and was wondering why I wasn't getting any meat in the bites I was taking. Very disappointed that I paid so much for not even a full burger.

Ok 2 burgers 2 sodas and 2 regular fries. $44.34 Around 7 minutes wait time to get the order taken. No costumers infront. Order out fast dough. Everything in a paper bag even for dine in items, saw the kitchen helper dumping the fries in, I think is the style Good flavor, yes. or I was srarving. Good flavor. I got the all the way veggies with includes mushrooms. That is a plus and is included in the price. For the price, better service will be expected but the waiting time after paying made the difference [fast]. Not sure about the rating. I would stay in the middle but I will go up to 4, this place could be 5 starts easily, there is room for improvement. Advice: They could Not leave costumers unattended specially when their order is about to be taken and then cashier leaves the terminal, Same as in a McDonald's but way more expensive.

Very friendly staff, clean environment and good choices. The double burger (regular) is better than standard fast food quality and the Cajun fries are a nice change from basic flavors. The "small" fries are a hefty portion so if you aren't starving, they certainly suffice. The regular size is more like a supersize! Worth checking it out. Fast service, relative to quality.
