**Edited** 2/21/2020 has to be the nastiest Hardee's in TN. While I appreciate the fact that it is 10 am on a Saturday the store looks as though it has not been cleaned in weeks. Every table is dirty with the mornings sales along with actual grime. ** Edit** New management has turned this place around greatly! Take a minute today to check it out and you will be pleasantly surprised.

If using the drive thru be sure to check your order. We ordered the 5.99 double cheese burger deal and were given singles. This wasn't the first time they did that. I think they do it on purpose.

I ordered a kid's hamburger, small fry, and small drink. I advised that I wanted double meat. I did not order a cheeseburger and simply wanted a double meat hamburger. They put American cheese on it. I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to milk which is the main ingredient in their cheese. The burger was cold. Imagine trying to scrape melted cheese off cold meat. I do not recommend any fast food restaurants but Hardee's tops the list.

The food was fast, fresh and delicious. The employees were very friendly. They noticed my dog and even gave her a cup of water, it was a very hot day.

1:35 is my receipt time. It's 1:46 and I was just told he's making some fresh tenders. About 5 min. Beginning to feel like Im in Popeye's...... Everyone's just hanging out waiting for food, no one seems to be going n much of a hurry for anything is n here. No greeting, Tue chick up for not walked away and some other chick walked up and started wiping trays and starting at me.....The damn chicken tenders are so freaking good though... Back home you got a number and they would bring your food to you. Be fast food or don't be fast food........

Chicken wraps are all crust, will not order again , hopefully that's one of their foods that just dissappear off menu

There is an older lady there that is a manager, has no compassion and quiet frankly very rude and I personally will not be going back until I know this lady is gone. I wished I could remember her name, but I even told the guy at the cash register that she didn't need her position after paying for a homeless persons drink. This company throws out food senselessly and they can't give a homeless person a cup and then the lady wants to make a scene about it to embarrass someone on hard times!? I won't be back after seeing how you allow your managers to treat the less fortunate in our area!

It may be open, it may be closed. Don't understand how the Congress parkway Hardee's has friendly staff, good food and they are open during normal hours and the White street store really can't say because they ain't open normal hours.

Waited in drive through for 10 minutes, not sure how long the car in front of me waited but we were the only two there. My order was wrong as usual. I don't understand why congress parkway can be so amazing and white street totally sucks! Ridiculous!!!

Drive thru person her name was Ashley had a very rude attitude towards me and she didn’t tell me the total so I pulled around to the window. I thought the total was $29.19 on the screen so I gave $30.19 and asked again what the total was and Ashley very rudely said $29.13 so I told her I gave too much change and she huffed and rudely put the change back in my hand.
