What can I say, Five Guys is the best. Great customer service and swift order and delivery. There cheese burgers are one of the best in Denver, in my humble opinion. Everything is made fresh; burgers, sandwiches, and the fries are cut from fresh potatoes right on the spot. The restaurant is clean and all workers encounter were kind and courteous. Will definitely continue to come back.

5 guys delivered an epic burger today. I always forget how stupid large the large fry is. I customize my burger every time and am always pleased with how it turns out. I'm always hesitant because the price is a bit more than your average joint. But this place holds up every time.

Had the cheese burger 🍔 and 🍟. Had plenty of fries! It was good eating! Oh, and the peanuts are free! And they are freaking awesome! 👌

Ordered thru door dash and delivered opened burgers along with burgers. Was furious because my kids waited for failure which wasn’t five guys it was door dash driver but Fernando at five guys still gave us a call after door dash refunded.. Fernando insisted on coming in whenever we wanted for the families meal on them even though we were refunded five guys went above and beyond to provide a happy customer and that’s not found often these days appreciate you all

This review is not about the store in particular as the employees were great, the environment was clean, and the food was good. This review is in regards to the price that the company has decided to charge which is absolutely outrageous,a single cheeseburger cost as much as a full meal at most sit-down restaurants. $35 for a cheeseburger, a hotdog, and 2 milkshakes is a bit excessive.

Better than in n out if you ask me. Fries are amazing, burger on point. I’ve never gotten sick as a celiac here. Would recommend!!

It's our local five guys and probably eat here once a month. Not sure if five guys has changed their policy but we barely get any extra fries. The small used to be way too much and now the regular size fry is barely enough. For the value of giving extra to fries to all their customers this location hasn't done in the past few years.

Five Guys is always top-tier. That is never in dispute, but this particular location is incredibly friendly and executes the design perfectly. Well-kept location too. Stop in for some amazing food!

Really good burgers, fries were delicious, but you only need one large fries to feed 4. I ordered fries for 3 people and ended up with a big bag full. Cashier could have advised in my opinion, but they're there to make money. Really expensive meal for 3 adults and 3 kids. Know better the next time I suppose..

5 stars because every time I walk in it smell great you know you getting a fresh burger and fries you can see them make your burger fresh staff very respectful fand fast the store is very clean I love when managers and owners do there jobs and don't just leave it up to the employees to make sure it's done right so 100% will be going back here McDonald's suck five guy's show McDonald's how it's done.

I've been a fan of Five Guys for quite some time, but this particular location is absolutely incredible! The staff there are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of being served by an older Mexican lady who went above and beyond by offering me an extra bag to prevent any grease from staining my car. It's these small gestures that truly make a difference in the overall dining experience. And of course, the food at Five Guys never disappoints - it was as delicious as always. I'm grateful to have found such a fantastic location and will definitely be returning in the future.

This was my first time at this Five Guys location. I was in Northfield and saw it. It is one of my favorite burger places and the French fries are the best. The rounds on the burger were fresh and the French fries cooked just right, not to hard The service was excellent and the food even better. I sat on site and ate and the atmosphere was great. After that I had a strawberry shake that I took with me. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and definitely this location.

A perfectly satisfactory Five Guys experience. Food was prepared well and took the expected amount of time (5-10 minutes) when the store was busy. Service was friendly. Plenty of seating and restaurant was relatively clean

Ordered 6 customized burgers, fries and shakes which I picked up in store at 11:15am. Was ready and exactly as ordered when I got there. They even waited to make the shakes until I got there. Great job!

I love Five Guys but made the mistake of ordering delivery from them. It turns out this is done - without my knowledge or consent - via a third party: Uber Eats Direct. My delivery disappeared not once by twice. And I cannot get any kind of refund because the restaurant is, "not responsible." Uber eats has no record of my order because it was through the restaurant and so they are, "not responsible". I paid a delivery fee and a nice tip to the restaurant and the Uber driver(s) and in the end spent two full hours waiting and then getting my food myself. Not opposed to driving but then who am I tipping? I feel for the people are unable to drive due to handicaps or other problems. This service would be truly useful but is not at all. I do not understand why Five Guys offers a delivery service if they are unable to actually deliver anything. And unlike other ordering experiences, ahem Chick-fil-a or DoorDash, there no is recourse or a chance to refund some or all of the cost of the meal or service when service is not provided. It feels like this is a bit of a scam and I am sorry to say has soured my experience of Five Guys as a whole. I will not be back.

The customer service is exceptional. The burgers are pretty Standard. It’s a descent burger but nothing really has a wow factor or anything that truly stands out and makes them different. Just a basic good ol burger 🍔 in my opinion.
