I worked here for awhile I loved the environment and job until The management changed. They fired everyone including people who had been employed 10+ years and moved into the hotel and chose to staff themselves instead of people that can actually do the job. They don't speak good English and don't answer the phone and if they do are incredibly rude. I mainly quit because they were refusing to treat bed bug rooms and clean properly. I care about people that's why I'm in the hotel business, it's sad to see that they don't care about anyone unless it's family or an Asian super star that's in town visiting their church. Piece of advice unless you want bed bugs to go home with you don't stay here!

This place is basically condemned and shouldn't be open. They have druggies living long term, and one room had a younger girl in her 20s staying with a drug user being pimped out. His name is lonny.

David the manager of the hotel and his family are renovating the rooms, and putting in brand new flooring, making other changes to give it a fresher look. There is free wifi, and coffee, and the staff are friendly.

I could not be happier with my experience!!! The old knights inn was filled with roaches, and was gross. Now there is a new owner and staff!!! They have not only made the place cleaner, but they are by far the nicest staff I've ever met! No more roaches, and the rooms are way cleaner! It's like an entirely new hotel! Very quiet at night! Here's the bottom line: if you need a place to stay late at night, and you need a hotel that can happily help you, knights inn is the hotel for you. If you are one a business trip in Enid, This knight's inn is the place for you. Love, love, love it!!!

I have stayed here a few times and always received a nice clean room with a comfortable bed, and friendly service. I especially love the cheap rates! There's Free Wifi and hot breakfast every morning with an Outdoor Pool. Also a laundry facility next door is nice. overall the quality of the place for how low the rates are, esp. comparing to other hotels in the area, I def. recommend it.

The price is cheap. The photos of the rooms shown on google maps look nothing like the room we were given. Those photos look bright and cheery, our room was dark and felt like a dungeon. Several reviews say its under new management and in the process of being renovated. The room we were given had dirty stained carpet, several stains on the wall, toilet lid broken and on the floor as well as a seat that didnt even fit the toilet size and it was not properly attached. Shower curtain/rod was not installed correctly so when you took a shower it bunched together in the middle and wouldn't stay spread, water got everywhere on the floor. Missing hair dryer, theres a small coffee maker but no hot cups. Broken piece above the front door. Took a couple hours to cool the room down, AC didnt work very well. I really think they shouldn't be assigning room 106 to anyone for an overnight stay. The only thing that looked nice was the pool area.

Bathroom had blood all over it. Shower had black mold around top of it. Towels were dirty nd stained. Linen was dirty and pillow cases. They have bed bugs. Under beds was full of trash and people's clothes. Spoke to manager, he didnt have a care in the world. Had to use my own bath towel to take a shower.

This place is absolutely disgusting…. There are random rooms with doors left open filled with trash…key cards don’t work in doors so they have to let you in everytime you want to get back into your room…ac didn’t work…bathroom was gross had mold…the whole place has a trap house feeling and very unsafe feeling as well..we never ever everrrrrrr be going back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone Nasty nasty nasty 😷

It definitely has improved since they took the old management out. It’s a working progress and it will be one best affordable hotels will have when they are done. The staff is so friendly and your paying a good price for the rooms. Definitely will be back again.

Great oriental family manages the facility, who really actually care about their customers. The rooms are nice, up to date, and it’s kept clean. They do sell some good food and non alcohol beverages with reasonable prices behind the counter, and have a very nice sitting area to eat your continental breakfast. The hotel prices are good, with very good weekly rates.

Not bad. My non smoking room was fairly clean, with clean, dry carpet, no mildew, and clean, crisp linen; but a coworker of mine, who is a smoker, had a room that was not so clean, with walls that had peeling wallpaper crown trim and an older grungier carpet. The room that I leased had a very comfortable reading chair and another reading chair, a desk with computer chair, microwave, refrigerator, tv, ironing board, iron, clean mirrors, and functional wall lamps, with a credenza and drawers. Again, the room was clean, as well as spacious. The bed was comfortable. As for price and value, the price of 55 plus tax was a little more than what I usually try to pay; but oil and gas is big business in this area; the prices of other motels were higher. All in all, I think that this motel was a good value, all things considered.
