Great place for shopping. Very spacious, you will forget where is what every time you visit. But automated features like Self checkout, pay using phone, app as a store assistant made this a smooth place for shopping. It has large parking lot too. The okstate bus stoppage is right in front of it, so you can come in for shopping and take your goods easily if you don't have car too.

Had my first pick up order. They did give me the wrong flavor of jerky but when I called they said I could just return it and get the right one. I just kept the one I got but it was friendly service and good customer resolution.

Horrendous service at the Walmart Auto Services. Made appointment almost 3 weeks earlier for 4 new tires to be installed at 1pm. Arrived at 12:45 to check-in and they did not even start on the car till after 2pm when it was supposed to be done by. Instead they did walk in customers who had no appointment. Complete trash customer service

The temperature in the store was very hot!! The clothing & the shoe departments were a mess. Associates in electronics were not very friendly. However, the other floor associates were helpful. Had no trouble getting checked out and the cashier was very friendly.

I understand you have loss protection for a reason and they have a job to do, but sneaking up behind people and getting in their personal space isn't cool. Please do better at training your cashiers and self checkout helpers to know what a personal bubble is

My husband and I have decided to no longer shop at Walmart due to unprofessionalism of employees and management. After we made complaints about an employee we were then mocked and talked about by employees while we were shopping right in front of us to make us uncomfortable.

Lots of options, lots of parking, and the associates around the store were friendly and helpful. Great place to shop with some great deals and hidden deals!
