    Simple, good food. As I have heard from the owner of Chick-fil-A, say before, everyone loves good chicken. This location is no different. But I reviewed it as if I were at a regular restaurant. Service was A1 as per usual. The Chick-fil-A deluxe was simple and delicious. Nothing incredible but definitely good. They are leagues ahead of the rest of fast food industry. If you decide to get fast food, they deserve your attention.

    Always great service. Always great chicken. The buffalo sauce is my favorite buffalo sauce I’ve ever had. From anywhere. Also the diet lemonade is made with Splenda and crack. Or that would be the assumption from how often I’m rolling through there to get one. So the take always that you didn’t already know… Best lemonade. Best buffalo sauce.

    Great service, but my $11 4-piece strip meal was more like a snack box - the chicken strips were not much larger than nuggets. Waffle fries were ok, but I preferred their sweet potato waffle fries they used to have. No free drink refills? The kids play area was not soundproofed enough and the screams and set our nerves on edge. Otherwise the remodel was nice.

    This place is usually fine but today I was unsatisfied for several reasons 1) nobody knows how to use a gift card ?? (Edit: for context, this was drive thru) That has happened several times. It's a QR scan? 2) my chicken cool wrap was really messed up it has been my favourite thing lately so I was upset to find out it wasn't good for dinner at the end of the day 😥 3) my avocado lime packet was already torn on both ends??? Kind of disturbing... 4) my husband's chicken was rubbery in the middle. Overall, I understand the staff may be busy but chicfila is always busy. It would be nice if they asked us to wait for fresh food, we would not mind. At least they scanned my rewards # this time. I understand the cool wraps are prepared in advance but whoever did it this day please 😰 don't do that again. Thank you

    Food is great, service is great. But why in the heckin' heck is my dollar missing 1/3? Just seems like something you should deposit to the bank rather than handing your customers.

    This Chick-fil-A location is amazing. I wish it was right next to our house! Unfortunately, we live out of town, but I am so happy we stopped here. We were playing at the playground and staff was very attentive, offering us refills and throwing away our trash. When my children were done playing on the playground, it was closed for cleaning. I have never seen somebody care enough to clean the Chick-fil-A playgrounds, and I am grateful someone actually cleans that area. We will definitely be back! And, of course, the food was great!

    Always so nice. Always get my order perfect. This visit I accidentally bumped an orange cone in the drive thru and the worker was so patient and understanding. He kept saying, "Don't worry! You didn't do anything wrong!" Made me feel like much less of a fool! Thanks Chic-fil-A drive thru guy!!!

    I ordered the Cobb salad and chose to dine in. When I’m 3/4ths done with my food I notice there is a dead fly in it. I took it to the cashier and she didn’t even seem apologetic about it. She never apologized to me for the bug in my food but did offer to remake it or give me a refund. It was very much an inconvenience to her. It’s very upsetting that chick fil a tries to make it seem like they’re so focused on giving the customer a wholesome experience and then when they mess up, they can’t even apologize.

    This is my typical lunch stop when I am working in the Edmond area. Food always comes put fast, they have a nice play area, and they always seem to have a table open, just in time. Chick fil a dining at its finest. I particularly enjoy their deluxe sandwich with cheese.

    Went with my 3-year-old grandson. The food is always the high quality I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The play area is quite small with a sign that says 10 kids max. When we arrived at 5:15 there were not any other kids there, but by 6 pm every table inside was filled with families and other kids. Because it is so small, we had to leave because it was so chaotic. Other then being a popular dinner spot, it is still one of out favorite locations.

    if i could give you a -5 star i would. This is was the worst experience ever. I’m scared to even eat this chicken anymore. They served us raw chicken. Andy the manager was absolute ridiculous. He humiliated me in front of the whole store. He took every chicken mini i had and pulled it apart. As a customer & someone that use to work in the business the customer is always right regardless. He told me there was nothing wrong with my order and i told him i was uncomfortable with eating any of it because of what i already experienced. This is when i got super upset with him. he takes the food and gives me chicken biscuit’s which doesn’t add up to what i paid for. I told him to refund me the remainder which is courtesy of what i experienced. I say that to say this make sure you check your food before leaving this location. I will never be back.

    Wasn’t going to say anything but I’ve had enough. Idk if this city has never seen an Asian person before but they sure act like they haven’t. Last time we dined in, I stood there to wait for a refill. Was helped by no one although they walked past me multiple times and two of them (one being the manager I’m pretty sure) even started a conversation w each other. A nice gentleman finally saw that I’d been waiting so he came to help. It was upsetting but whatever I brushed it off. But then today when came in to pick up my order, there were 4 people waiting to be helped including myself. The same lady that ignored me last time (manager w red/orange hair) came to ask everyone what they needed help with except for me. Skipped right past me. I thought she was going to circle back to me but nope. So I stood there awkwardly again for a few minutes until one of them came up to ask what I needed help with. I gave 2 stars only because there are a few select employees here that are nice and never made me feel out of place otherwise it’d be a 1 star. Food is decent for the most part but we’ve gotten soggy fries many times which can be a bummer. But my review is mainly about the service. Do better stop being so open about being judge mental

    I’ve always considered Chick Fil A a consistently good fast food restaurant until two days ago. I was very disappointed by my food. Not only did neither of my sandwiches have pickles on them, one chicken fillet was so rubbery and odd tasting, we did not eat it. Unfortunately our French fries were stale and tasted like they’d been out all day long. The service was good but the food was bad enough that will not be back to this location.

    Took over 20 minutes waiting for our food curbside. Our order was incorrect, but we were tired of waiting, so we took what we got. When the employee brought out our drinks in a 4 cup carrier, one of the lids was off a drink. The drink had spilled and filled up the carrier on his way to the car. When he still handed the carrier to us, it leaked the drink all over the car and us, causing a huge mess. We got a "oh, my bad." I guess it's better than "my pleasure."

    Great food and service. I would like to give a good word for one of the employees (Malachi), as he gave me recommendations for drinks that were actually delicious, and not very expensive. Give Malachi a raise 👍⬆️.

    This is the worst Chick-fil-A. It is 3:30pm on a Saturday and I just waited over 30 minutes trapped in this drive through line with two babies in my backseat. I ordered and had to repeat every item 3 times and still she repeated it back to me wrong twice. It was so painful even just placing an order. I will not be back to this location.

    The line was crazy long. Even still they took my order at 1 minute 32 seconds. The line started moving and I had my food at about 3 and 45 seconds! Fantastic! I was happy to have my hot meal and be on my way. Thanks!

    Ordered a large fry and this is what I got. Come on CFA. You guys do so well at everything else but this is not the first time this has happened. If someone pays for a large fry they should be given a large fry. And no, none were eaten before this photo. Just sad.

    The food was great as always. The service was not what I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The person taking the order sounded as though they hated being there. Then, the time it took to receive my order was about 8 minutes from the time i paid until i received my order. Which is what i expect from normal fast food places, just not Chick-fil-A

    I was dreading stopping here but had to: The drive thru line had 30 CARS AT THE LEAST. I assumed I would be losing 45 minutes of life waiting in. Best setup ever!!! 5 or 6 people ta with tablets and you pay them. Your car stays moving and 3 minutes later you’re pulling out with your order. BEST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE EVER.

    Ordered 2 types of deluxe sandwiches. One spicy w/no cheese and one regular with everything. Sandwiches were in opposite boxes as labeled. There was no straw in to-go bag with the drink. I also asked for some sauces on side and didn’t receive that. No receipt either.

    Great customer service every time. But the app is the best and so easy to use, I get every 6th salad free using the rewards and don’t have to talk to anyone. It’s flexible and I can change to curbside if I’m not feeling well. Love the salads with the chicken strips and creamy salsa dressing. The fries dipped in zesty buffalo are delicious. One of my fav fast food places

    “Wow” soooo I have been to Chic Fil A many times in the past seen a lot of cool stuff (obviously) this included…. We stopped by for lunch ordered our favorites, checked out, ran my card but he said “it declined sir.” ran it again but that time he said everything was good (cashier). I went to grab a table and check my account to see why it declined. Had a charge post earlier didn’t realize it moved some money from savings done. Either way there was no charge on my account from the Chic-Fil-A lunch purchase. So I asked for a receipt. A server brought me one and said the cashier had taken care of it 😮 Wait what………. So basically the cashier seen that my card declined twice and just automatically covered our lunch! Immediate response… WHO DOES THIS? SERIOUSLY?? CHIC-FIL-A DOES APPARENTLY!!!

    I was discussed by the frozen Salad they served to me. As I clearly stated no corn on the salad and the attendance confirmed there will be no corn on the salad due to health issues, I came to find out the corn is already inside the salad. All what I’m asking for is better job next time with accurate info on the menu items.

    Friendly staff and great food. They are always cleaning their tables and floors. It is extremely impressive. I love this location and all of the employees. I come at least once a week on average. They are extremely busy though at all hours. Bad parking and drive-through flow.

    Just got the best treatment and hospitality I've ever had.. Had literally been at a McDonald's where despite being a actual customer and eating there. Since I sat outside with my bike I was ask to leave within 15 mins.of receiving my order. Yet here where I was not able to be order anything.. while sitting outside. I was asked if I needed anything. A wonderful employee named chi.brought me water and a something to eat.. that was the greatest thing I have ever experienced with a food industry worker.. so ty and pls go see chi and make sure we take care of those who take care of strangers...

    Eat here often at lunch and have always had great service the only complaint is every time the drinks have more ice than liquid when you go through the drive through. A little attention to details would be appreciated. I paid for a large drink not a large cup of ice.
