I sat for an hour after checking in to pick up my groceries. I was filling in for my wife who was sick. When I arrived she checked me in on her app, and was informed you are all set we will be out shortly. After the hour wait I asked her to check in with Walmart to find out they lied about being all set, they actually use geo location from your phone even after you tell them your stall number before they bother to do anything. Don’t let Walmart’s dishonestly cost you time like it did me. I finally got my order after an hour and 42 minutes.

Hi my name is Oliver and I am needing an oil change on August 22, 2023. I didn't know how long it would take to finish an oil change. Garrick, who greeted me nicely, asked what service am I needing. I told him that I needed an oil change and just use the same oil as last time. He was very professional and we has sweaty. You can tell from the looks that he is a hard working man. He knows what he's doing. I asked him about how long it would take. He told me that after the car in front of me is done, my car would go next. I am glad because I needed to get back home as soon as possible. The service went fairly smooth and quick. He told me that my car would go next and my car went next. We need more people like him. Looking at how he works, he's really busy and always occupied but he always show respect to customers. Thank you for your service.

I just abandoned about $200 worth of groceries at self checkout because I dropped a box of mini muffins, and it locked up the register. A lady had to come over to review security footage to deem me not a criminal and 'allow' me to give them my money. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

A little nicer than Belle Isle,but doesn't quite carry all the same items as Belle Isle and there is less available parking here,mostly taken up now by assigned curbside delivery spots...too many of them now

I've gone here many times and the workers that stock the shelves always are very helpful when I ask them for help. The produce section could be bigger but I like lots of options with my produce. Lots of self checkout lines, I've never waited in line for more than a couple minutes. Always clean and organized. No complaints here.

I am finding other options than walmart. I know everybody complains about walmart, but the employees that are doing the online shopping orders need to do this at night or after hours. They will block in Tire aisles, push in front of you, and then get mad when you move their car out of the way because it's been sitting there for a few minutes. There are sometimes multiple in the aisle taking up the entire space and holding everybody up. This should not be a service that is done during normal daytime hours.

If you don't have a rule about chewing gum, then you need to make one. I was standing in the customer service line for a few minutes, and the whole time, a lady (won't mention name) was smacking on her gum, and she kept making this clicking sound with it. By the time I was through the line, I had no desire to finish my shopping, so I left. PLEASE DON'T CHEW GUM.

I hate going to Walmart because it's so busy and hard to get a parking spot and the checkout lanes are horrible because you have to stand and wait and wait and wait and you have to walk the length of the store to find anything. I have had great luck though when picking up my prescriptions at the pharmacy. I don't know if it's the timing or what. It's usually after I get off work at 5 pm, but I haven't had to wait excessively and they seem to always have my scripts in stock and ready really quick. I wish the rest of the store was this easy.
