Long story short, home a/c went out, not sure when could be fixed, very hot day. Called Target in Edmond on 2nd Street to check a room air conditioner I found online, said limited stock at their store. Spoke to Jocelyn, she went to look to be sure, put our name on it to hold and sent it up to customer service. Then she told me that they were actually on clearance, so we bought their last 2 in stock for less than the original cost of one. That's great customer service!!!!!! Oh, and the unit works fantastic, it was a lifesaver!!!!

One of the best Target around town. Well kept and stocked. With safety procedures in place. This store has all the new features for a Target store.

Nothing shames me more than walking into a target for clothes & they dont support plus size men, yet ALWAYS have plus size female mannequins everywhere. Target has no love for us plus size men AT ALL.....

Online grocery pick up fail. Placed order at 8:27 am and by noon my order was still in processing status. I called the store and they said they we’re having technical difficulties and I would have to come into the store to pick up my order. Got to the store and there were other vehicles in the drive up pickup getting their orders. Went into customer service to pick up my order and the clerks were unaware of the issue. They were able to get my order after multiple trips back and forth to the online order pick up department and bring to my cart in customer service. This is unbelievable that they did not have a better process for this. No communication, no apology.obviously a frustrating experience.

The tram here is always super nice and friendly. They know here things are and are quick on their feet to help. I lost my card and the service desk was helpful and respectful when I was so embarrassed

So convenient and quick. And the employees have always been consistently efficient and kind at the Edmond location. I love curbside!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICES ONLINE!!!!!! Garbage. I found a vacuum cleaner online at target on sale. I ordered it, and set for pick up. Received a confirmation, and my card was charged. An hour later, it’s miraculously out of stock at the store and I have to have it delivered to my house, no biggie. An hour after that, my order is cancelled for no reason, and suddenly the item is out of stock everywhere. Come to find out that they priced it wrong online. Once they put the price back to what they wanted, it was magically back in stock everywhere. This all happened within the span of 6 hours. Trash company.

Self checkouts are now limited to 10 items or less. This ableist decision will be keeping me away, or limiting any visits I must make to 10 items max.

Target is always so easy. No making a scheduled time window for pickup and only having to wait 2 hours beats orhe stores options.

Huge store. Biggest Target I've ever been to. Was only there for a quick stop. But super nice

Employees working in the aisles, on the floor have attitude when I ask for assistance. Some items are not accessible to short people and I always ask please and thank you afterwards even though they were rude.

Great customer service should ALWAYS be acknowledged and appreciated I imagine most people have been to a Target. They are all the same store, so they are only differentiated by their staff. This store's staff is about average, honestly. They are very diverse in age, personality, energy, and attitude. BUT there's a gentleman that stocks the Funkos who has boosted my day more than once. I don't know if he's still there, I haven't been able to check in a while, but his customer service and personality really stood out. Friendly greetings and short conversations can change a person's entire day. Honestly think about how much kindness you see in public, including the kindness you contribute, and you will understand why I think that man makes this Target standout. I would see him in the mornings after my overnight shifts. I have memory issues, hence not knowing his name, but you'll know him if you see him. So, 5 stars and great hire Target!

The store was clean, everything looked well stocked and I could get through places easily even with them doing inventory

It’s a Target. Less restock and messier aisles than other Targets. Rarely more than 2 registers open at a time, which is where this review comes into play. With only 2 registers open, the lines were long so I went to self checkout for a hastier experience. Scanned my items, but because I had a twin pack of NyQuil/DayQuil , it flagged the register and I had to wait for an associate. One shows up a bit later as the one that was attending the self checkout was working with the till or something on one of the other registers . He IDs me over it (I’m over 30), took my ID from my hand to make sure it wasn’t expired, then scanned it before typing in his code so I could pay and leave to get it home to the family member that needed it. Unnecessarily excessive and it’s less of an ordeal when buying alcohol. Other Targets aren’t like this.

This store always has my sizes in. Sometimes I go to other stores and I can’t find my size. The changing rooms are always clean too.

Very quick at night. Did an order pickup and they actually gave me my order, unlike Walmart - who cancelled my order. *Does anyone know if they sell Pride flags/clothing all throughout the year, or if it's just during Pride Month? Couldn't find anything on it.

Do not shop here. Target has thrown away quality customer service and customer friendly policies for an increased bottom line.

Pickup order was late, and rather than being helpful when I politely asked about it, I was told to move out of the pickup spaces (which were almost entirely empty).

Bailey is amazing! I love her kind disposition. She was working in the Starbucks today because there was a need. She is definitely a major asset to Target and this location. Great location.

I think the nicest of the Target stores around Edmond. Well stocked and easy to find things. The parking lot is a little weird if you are coming in from Bryant. Money saving tip. Bring your own bags and get $.05 off for each bag.

Was at the store at 9:10 pm to pick up my online order. They had overturned shopping carts on all the pickup lanes and no one ever came out to my car.

We all go to Target and they continue to make our shopping easy and lots of selections. The store is always welcoming and employees are great.

Visited this place along with my family on 8Feb2020. We have bought kids toys, kids underwear’s, gold glitter glue. This Place is comparatively small w.r.to other Target stores. But I can found all items I need here. Door hanging hangers are costly (12$) compare to Item I have at Home Depot( Steel door hanging hanger- 9$). My kid enjoyed playing with items I have purchased for her. Staff is good and customer friendly. I don’t have any complaints.

😠 This place. Smh. 50mins for a curbside order (my husbands) that consisted of motor oil. 2 items. If people complained in the parking lot about the wait they would rush in and grab their order instead of telling them others are first and wait your turn. The boys bringing stuff out were walking like t...
