Always fast and great service. I loved my oat milk flat white. It is a beautiful location and there always seems to be a seat. 😊♥️

Bad staff and bad service. I ordered 5 drinks in total and only got 4. But a male staff didn't acknowledge this. Then, the female staff said that someone else took my drink by mistake. I asked her to make a new one, both of them forced me to accept the wrong cup of frapino. I don't know why they made the wrong drink but won't admit the mistake or remake the correct drink for the customer.

The interior and service was like any other espresso house. But the cappuchino was horrible. It was bitter all through. Maybe it was due to the unintended amount of cinnamon on top (but cinnamon usually don't give this kind of bitter taste). Maybe I wad served a badly made cappuchino which usually don't taste this bad. I don't know.

Yummy croissants and chai latte ! Seems like a nice calm atmosphere - I could see myself studying here with some headphones. nice female staff member who served us. There is a flower wall just outside the cafe which people use for photos.

Nice experience and the Deco style of the place is very nice. Not very good service and a bit untidy. However the place is with out WC and could be pricey for the limited service which is available or poor.

if this is personal or if you serve all your loyal customers like this it's a disgrace to the espresso house brand I ordered Salted Caramel Latte Salted Caramel Syrup Whipped creams Cooler And what you give me? This is outrageous cup of I dont want to swear but LOOK AT IT!!! This is BEFORE i use wooden sticks to blend it . how can I now even want to drink this ungodly piece of sewerblend? I will never return here.

It was a long waiting line and it took time to get my order done! And it surprised me cos it was only one staff who worked on that time,How this happened for the big company? I felt sorry for her! I saw 5-6 ppl walked out cos they couldnt wait!

Rude personel, we are waiting for 3 Caffè about 20 minutes. Our cafe was ready but they didint say. When I asked, personel spoke very roughly.
