The outdoor seatings are quite okay. Not on a busy street. View over Uppsala cathedral. Indoors - interior in dark wood. Looks slightly old (which some may think look charming). Friendly and considerate staff. The food is generally what is expected of british food - not very interesting or flavourful. Not much to choose from the menu. They seem to be good at some fried dishes. The fried scampi was great and my husband enjoyed their fish & chips.

I came for dinner and got myself a mushroom burger. Put it bluntly, it was not good. Mushroom patty was very starchy and doughy, resulting in a weird clay-like texture and the patty being very dry. Besides tasting floury, the flavor was also overpowered by some strong spices in the patty. On a lighter note, the fries were the highlight of this meal. Super crispy and piping hot, they were good enough for an extra star. Overall I wouldn’t get another mushroom burger here.

Great beer, great food, great service! Came here to taste a local craft beer from Uppsala, stayed there thanks to the super nice interaction with the waitress & the chef. I'm glad I did, cause the food was perfect! I had some onion rings with the sirloin steak. I asked for a rare, and I got a rare steak that was full of flavour with a whiskey & pepper sauce (a bit too spicy for me, but nothing was left on my plate!). Chips were delicious as well, with perfect crisp and nice herbs seasoning 👍 I NEED to come back to Uppsala to come eat there soon!! Love to the team 💙 wish you all the best!

Nice and relaxing old pub vibes . Not always crowded . Decent drinks selection . Food is average in quality - few of the starters (esp wings) is really good . Main course , could be improved for the price point .

A bit more of an expensive pub, however still well within reason, at least for being Sweden. The atmosphere is great, it remains me of an English pub with dark interior and a lively but still perfectly reasonable buzz coming from the crowd. The selection of beers here is very good. You have the classics as well as a good selection of local and imported craft beers. You can also get some very nice food if you don't mind paying through the nose for it.

Cool atmosphere. They had some good burgers and great wings.

Went to a comedy night and it was AWESOME! Elin Almén was the stand out best!! Incredibly funny! And we had really good service I didn’t catch his name but he was a really good waiter super friendly and they had a lot of nice beers. I can highly recommend this bar :) also there was great music the whole night!

Really good pub and quiz on Tuesdays! They also just made the place bigger, which it feels more comfortable than before. Love the chips there, but the beer is a bit too expensive.

I had have a great time here when there is stand-up comedy. Mostly the fish and chips are very good (a couple of times was not that good though)

We were there for Friedi and Joe's wedding and were very enthusiastic about you. The party in the evening with Assblaster was great and the beer was also top-notch. The following day we were there again for brunch and dinner (fish & chips) and everything was delicious. Keep up the good work and we will definitely be back on our next holiday in Sweden.
