First
of
all:
The
studio
and
the
trainers
are
mostly
good.
However,
the
organization
and
several
unjust
price
increases
without
consent
are
not.
I
had
to
give
notice
because
I
received
an
email
on
October
27th,
2022;
the
prices
would
be
adjusted
due
to
inflation
(€5
more
expensive
than
contractually
agreed).
The
whole
thing
was
supposed
to
happen
three
days
later,
from
11/1/22.
First
of
all,
this
short-term
information
about
it
is
pretty
bold
anyway,
but
apart
from
that
it
is
not
legal
without
the
consent
of
the
customer.
Don't
let
yourself
be
fooled
and
make
use
of
the
extraordinary
right
of
termination.
We
are
all
stuck
in
times
of
inflation
and
we
are
all
short
of
money.
Previously,
there
was
even
an
attempt
to
raise
the
prices
due
to
a
"hygiene
flat
rate"
(€3.33
more),
which
I
also
rejected.
Unfortunately,
in
the
studio,
no
attention
was
paid
to
disinfecting
the
devices
anyway,
if
there
was
more
than
one
bucket
of
towels
at
all.
Find
the
behavior
with
the
price
increases
extremely
bold
and
a
shame,
because
I
actually
liked
training
there,
and
I
think
this
way
takes
away
a
reputation
pretty
quickly.
Incidentally,
my
notice
of
termination
was
accepted,
but
for
a
month
later,
although
my
letter
was
already
received
on
10/29/22
(I
have
the
return
receipt).
The
monthly
fee
has
of
course
already
been
deducted.
But
since
I
don't
want
to
get
angry
about
it,
I'll
leave
it
at
that.
It's
a
shame
about
the
beautifully
built,
spacious
studio
with
the
nice
trainers.
Maybe
you'll
do
it
differently
in
the
future.
(Original)
Vorab:
Das
Studio
und
die
Trainer
sind
größtenteils
gut.
Die
Organisation
und
mehreren
unrechten
Preiserhöhungen
ohne
Zustimmung
allerdings
nicht.
Ich
musste
außerordentlich
kündigen,
da
mir
am
27.10.22
eine
Mail
zukam;
die
Preise
würden
angepasst
wegen
Inflation
(5€
teurer
als
vertraglich
festgelegt).
Das
ganze
sollte
drei
Tage
später
passieren,
ab
dem
1.11.22.
Erstmal
ist
diese
kurzfristige
Info
darüber
sowieso
ziemlich
dreist,
aber
abgesehen
davon
auch
nicht
rechtens
ohne
das
Einverständnis
des
Kunden.
Lasst
euch
nicht
verarschen
und
macht
vom
außerordentlichen
Kündigungsrecht
Gebrauch.
Wir
alle
stecken
in
Zeiten
der
Inflation
und
bei
uns
allen
ist
das
Geld
knapp.
Zuvor
wurde
sogar
versucht,
die
Preise
anzuheben
aufgrund
einer
"Hygienepauschale"
(3,33€
mehr),
die
ich
ebenfalls
ablehnte.
Im
Studio
wurde
leider
sowieso
nicht
auf
das
Desinfizieren
der
Geräte
geachtet,
wenn
überhaupt
mal
mehr
als
ein
Eimer
Tücher
vorhanden
war.
Finde
das
Verhalten
mit
den
Preiserhöhungen
extrem
dreist
und
sehr
schade,
da
ich
eigentlich
gern
dort
trainiert
habe,
und
ich
finde,
diese
Art
und
Weise
zieht
einen
Ruf
ziemlich
schnell
runter.
Meine
Kündigung
wurde
übrigens
angenommen,
allerdings
für
einen
Monat
später,
obwohl
mein
Schreiben
bereits
am
29.10.22
entgegen
genommen
wurde
(habe
den
Rückschein).
Der
Monatsbeitrag
wurde
natürlich
auch
schon
abgezogen.
Aber
da
ich
mich
darüber
nicht
auch
noch
ärgern
will,
lasse
ich
das
so
stehen.
Schade
um
das
schön
aufgebaute,
geräumliche
Studio
mit
den
netten
Trainern.
Vielleicht
macht
ihr
das
in
Zukunft
ja
anders.
