After
so
much
hearsay,
this
last
weekend
I
decided
to
visit
Kweyo
shoppers
to
wind
down
๐
Here
is
what
I
can
report
back;
This
place
probably
has
the
best
parking
space
within
Gulu
city,
and
it
is
well
guarded.
The
parking
lot
is
fairly
well
lit
(which
also
gives
lovers
a
chance
for
a
quick
smooch).
When
I
was
here
on
a
Saturday
night,
the
place
was
overflowing
with
party
goers,
I
would
guess
that
the
majority
of
the
revellers
here
are
youth
between
the
ages
of
24
years
to
40
something
years
of
age.
The
beers
and
other
alcoholic
and
non
alcoholic
drinks
are
in
plenty
and
served
according
to
your
taste,
I
love
my
beer
cold
and
it
was
served
with
a
smile
โบ.
But
if
you
are
security
cautious
hold
your
drink
close
to
you
lest
it
spills
on
someone!
I
didn't
eat
food
or
snacks,
but
the
plates
that
I
saw
looked
yummy
๐
The
places
of
convenience
are
accessible
but
being
a
party
zone
privacy
is
not
guaranteed.
The
music;
The
music
on
that
specific
night
was
funky
afro
beat,
and
based
on
the
reaction
from
the
crowd,
it
was
on
a
point.
I
saw
a
nationally
recognised
musician
Zex
Birangirangi
(I
hope
I
got
that
spelling
right)
perform.
The
only
downside
to
the
music
here
is
that
the
MCs
tend
to
over
talk,
I
overheard
a
reveller
complain
that
the
MCs
over
talk
in
a
borrowed
accent.
I
warn
you
that
if
you
are
not
a
fan
of
crowded
places,
don't
try
here
on
a
Saturday
night
-
but
if
you
love
crowd,
young
people
having
a
good
time
and
loud
music,
make
sure
to
visit
Kweyo
shoppers
for
a
memorable
night.
