This is the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. The food and customer service is excellent! The breakfast (my favorite) is always hot!

Every single time we come to this McDonald’s drive thru they park us. They are so worried about their times. They aren’t running true numbers and cheating the customers of “fast food” and good service. If they were to run the store efficiently they honestly wouldn’t need to park EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE!

McDonald’s in Geneva Al is the worst!!! I hate this place me and family went in Tonight to have dinner I ordered a double filet O fish with extra tarter the first time it wasn’t made cortex so I asked them to remake and this is what they gave me just absolutely rediculous!!! Then I could the worker in the back ground complaining and remaking my sandwich and I told the manager all he said was ok alright so that let me know he didn’t address the problem but tonight will the last night that I’ll be patronizing with them!! And I’m surely going to make sure that I let my family and friends know what Kind of service they offer you when asked to remake a sandwich!!!

I rated atmosphere on this review, however all I ever do is order breakfast ahead on the app. They have been 100% spot on with my orders thus far and are always courteous and smiling, even at 5 am!

I'm a long distance truck driver and this is the best McDonald's I've been to....period! They are extremely quick and professional and the manager is doing an excellent job!

You forgot to add the sugar in the iced coffee I purchased. I asked for it to be made faster because I was in a hurry but I was surprised it was without the sugar. And I do not carry sugar in my car so I drank it. This place is brand new and clean and has a nice location. I would go back again surely but like to see Cashier be eager and happy about his job. A cheery smile and a williness to help customers is a plus in a personality and it is almost non existant for Alabamiams but for BUSINESS it is a MUST!

Went through drive-through just got drinks they were fast johnny-on-the-spot and very polite which goes a long way

This location has definitely improved over the past few years. I now use the mobile app to place online orders so waiting is no longer an issue. Service is friendly. Every now and then my fries or nuggets will be cold, which is my only complaint.

Workers are rude as hell. Getting windows shut in my face. Not a hello or a thank you. Most are rude, not all are bad.

Did not get 2 of my 4 McChickens I asked for my receipt but was ignored. Got plenty, and when I say plenty I mean a lot of dressings

Good..but my fish sandwich has shrunk in size..plenty of fries though

It's Mackie D's, it'll do in a pinch like when nowhere you like is open.
