Avoid.
I
do
not
recommend.
I
went
there
to
do
my
hair
and
speak
to
the
owner,
as
I
was
about
to
sign
myself
in
to
SB
Academy
and
pay
tuition
to
become
a
hairdresser
myself.
Thank
God
I
decided
to
do
that...
One
of
the
Academy
graduate
was
looking
after
me.
Leaving
me
with
bleach
on
previously
bleached
hair
that
need
to
be
carefully
monitored
to
have
a
"fag".
Telling
me
that
we
need
to
wash
some
part
of
my
hair
at
the
back
in
5
min
and
disappearing
for
15.
At
that
point,
my
back
and
front
was
already
processed,
so
the
whole
hair
was
ready
to
wash.
Back
have
just
a
little
breakage
and
hair
are
more
dry
then
the
one
on
the
front,
but
nothing
tragic.
Haircut
took
less
than
5
minutes...
No
cross
checking,
missing
few
strands
of
the
hair
when
cutting,
one
side
longer
than
the
other.
One
strand
of
hair
ON
THE
FRONT
never
been
cut
and
it
has
it's
original
length.
As
my
hair
was
done
by
Academy
graduate,
I've
decided
to
just
observe
her
work
so
I
can
assess
the
knowledge
and
skills
she
had
learned
in
the
Academy.
I've
almost
cried,
but
respectfully
I
paid
what
I
was
asked,
£125
and
tip
hairdresser,
as
I
believe
that
she
did
what
she
could
and
learned
here.
She
seemed
to
be
a
very
nice
and
lovely
person.
I
knew
it
wasn't
good,
but
I
was
shocked
when
my
hair
loss
the
curl
that
hairdresser
decided
to
do
after
drying
my
hair
and
you
could
see
that
this
is
not
just
a
little
off
haircut.
I've
contacted
the
owner,
added
pictures
to
my
email
and
expressed
that
after
having
a
good
think,
I
believe
I
deserve
to
get
some
refund
as
this
is
a
bit
absurd.
The
owner
ask
me
to
come
to
check
haircut
herself.
I
was
going
on
holiday
(which
also
was
mentioned)
and
I've
booked
other
stylist
to
fix
my
hair
day
before
my
trip.
After
that
I
have
never
heard
from
her
again...!
I
had
to
have
done:
deep
conditioning,
colour
correction,
chopped
of
another
2
inches
of
my
length
:(
and
balayage
correction
as
on
left
side
I
had
just
one
huge,
thick
orange
strand
of
hair
when
I
had
them
all
up
In
the
end
I
lost
£125
plus
the
same
amount
for
corrections
and
care
treatments.
I
do
not
want
any
refund
from
Ms
Derbyshire
anymore.
I
am
not
going
to
chase
her
and
ask
for
it.
She
couldn't
even
be
professional
enough,
to
at
least,
offer
a
refund
for
this
haircut
as
it
is
clearly,
as
you
can
see,
ridiculous.
Mistakes
happen
even
to
the
best
ones.
Hair
not
teeth,
they
grow
back...
I've
decided
to
write
this
review
driven
by
owner
unprofessional
approach
to
this
situation.
Maybe
my
experience
will
help
some
of
yours
decisions
regarding
this
establishment,
Academy
and
owners
"professional"
approach
to
it's
customers.
Ms
Sharon
gain
£125,
but
in
this
case,
lost
thousands
that
I
was
ready
to
pay
for
my
hairdressing
degree.
Honestly
I
am
very
gutted
about
this
whole
thing
and
had
to
choose
Academy
in
London
