Pleasant but quite frustrating there is no phone signal inside the building. O2 free Wi-Fi but needs 3G to verify/OTP

Very rude stuff. Very unhelpful. Especially lady from customer service. This place needs a bit of diversity. There are different people in this world BTW. And Wi-Fi. Lovely gentlemen(customs) worked before, was amazing!!!! Parsons Green and Clapham Waitrose is different level ( customer’s service). In Sevenoaks one they only wants to see old people there.

The customer service from Sevenoaks, without doubt has deteriorated significantly. On our most recent visit, we were met with sour faces and dismissive attitudes. Simply abismal.

I have gone to this branch of Waitrose for some time, as it is well organised and has a good variety of stock. Today I was served by a check-out assistant who repeatedly coughed, wiped their nose with a tissue and then continued handling the food without wiping their hands, although they did have a sanitiser within reach on their desk. When I asked for cashback but they told me abruptly 'Too late!' They also complained when I found repeat items of some products in my shopping when I asked to have these removed from the bill. They threw some items onto the collection area and when I got home I found a bag of frozen fruit split open which then spilt on the floor. At the end I asked the manager if all staff are checked for COVID and he assured me that all staff did not have COVID, although he also admitted that testing is done on a 'voluntary basis'. On returning home I had to spend 30 minutes wiping down all of the products to make sure they were not contaminated.

Free parking on Sunday or after 6 pm Monday to Saturday. All other time, you need to pay for parking first and then claim it back if you went shopping. Free coffee for Waitrose member but you need to bring your own cup. Coffee machines are located on level 2 and level 1. Toilet is located on level 1. There is a Cafe area located on level 2, inside of shopping area.

We had a great experience at Waitrose Sevenoaks when ordering cheese for our wedding day! The click and collect order was easy to do and the friendly team at Sevenoaks even gave us a little wedding card and gift. Goes without saying the cheese went down a storm with our wedding guests! I do love the occasional shop in Waitrose for quality and variety. Also welcoming, good service and happy staff.

Very friendly staff and great quality at reasonable prices! Pleasant atmosphere! I think that the canned fruit range could be larger and they don't stock Jif peanut butter unfortunately! Certainly knocks Oldie and Liedl for six! On the whole though it's not expensive when considering the quality and the experience and the service! Well done!

I like all the food you have at Waitrose I went there with my daddy yesterday to get great food to take back to my house in Otford that where I live Waitrose has great food to buy from and amazing food you can get to bring home to make lovely dinners or lunches they have great wine that mums and dads can buy to drink in glasses at home I really like how well all the food in all different rows All the foods tasts so nice so good to eat and buy so you can use that food at home or cook it and have it for lunch or dinner You have very lovely food in waitrose in Sevenoaks I like all your food at Waitrose it's amazing and tasty and yummy

All you normally expect. Some good prices too. I believe you can get your parking fee back if you park in the multistory underneath.

Shopping at Waitrose is always a treat for me due to the quality and variety of options. The service and staff at Waitrose Sevenoaks were exceptional when we ordered cheese for our wedding day. The click and collect order was simple and efficient, and the team at Sevenoaks even sent us a wedding card and gift - how kind! I suppose everything you'd expect from a waitrose, had all the usual aspects of what Waitrose offer to shoppers and aligned to what I have found at other Waitrose stores. This store served my purpose & I complete semi-regular shopping trips here. Happy to return when I need. Staff are friendly & helpful, which is always an added bonus.

The store and staff are very good. But I reported in March the state of the toilet seat in the gents public toilet. It's in a terrible condition and needs replacing.

Collection takes close to 20 minutes, staff simply not fussed about wasting your time. A genius also thought it would make sense to ask customers to call for their collection in an underground car park where you get zero signal.

Excellent,needed a bottle of water, a very hot afternoon. Good choice of products.

Always clean and well organised. Staff very friendly.
