I recently sold a iPhone 11 Pro with no known faults. They came back and said after they inspected it had a faulty lower speaker and offer £130 Less than first offer. I requested my phone to be returned, they came back as said as they didn't want me to have a bad experience with them so offered me £100 less than originally quote. I still refused and wanted my phone back so I could get independent inspected. Final reply they sent Thank you for your reply. We have some great news! We have an overdue order for the same device as yours. Despite the issue we have raised, We are happy to process the payment in full as we would like to fulfill both orders and make you happy at the same time. Would this be ok? If not happy to send back free of charge tomorrow. I chose this company to sell my phone, they sent the label, phone was posted but never arrived, lost in post. Whenever I call the company, they say they will call back. The insurance they chose with Royal Mail 48 hours covers up to £150 and my phone was quoted at £475. Now, after 2 months and a half still not getting the money, I would have to take this further as per Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just so everyone knows what to expect if they sell their phone to this company!

I sent 2 of my phones in 1 box through the pre arranged Royalmail collection from Innofinity. But they said only 1 was delivered which doesnt make sense as i packed both in 1 box with thermocal separating them. I do not trust these guys. I would not recommend this unreliable company to sell your phones. I am helpless as they say they have not recieved.

Absolutely shocking service ordered a mobile phone off eBay and paid for express shipping, spoke to customer service who told me that DPD was not available so they would post out via royal Mail tracked 24 so I got it in time for Christmas only to find out that the jokers posted it Royal Mail 48 hour service. I would never purchase from here again and suggest everyone avoid at all costs

Impressed with this company and in particular Rosie. Sold my son's iPhone X as faulty and initially they condemned it and only offered me less than half that they'd offered prior to sending it. Careful dialogue ensued and I was offered near to my quote and the minimum I'd informed them I'd accept. In working with me even though they may have taken a hit financially it showed the benefit of successful customer service and how that out weighs small financial gains. I'd recommend them and will tell wider contacts likewise.

What a great and easy service! Done it all on line. Free postage. And got paid 2 days later! Usually it’s within 24h but because of the time of the year was slightly longer but not a problem for me. Thank you so much! Will use you again!

Excellent service, I was emailed me at every stage of the process. Having advised me that the phone arrived with them, they confirmed within a few hours it had been checked and I received the full payment in the same day it arrived in. Exceptional service and quick. I can't recommend them enough.

SHOCKING DISHONESTY! i bought an ipad from these people on ebay. it was advertised as fully reconditioned and fully operational. ALL it can do is take photos and download apple ibooks! i complained that it didn't work. they IGNORED me. they rarely respond, if ever. i requested the data cable that was advertised with it, they said they "could" send one. they did NOT! i was ill over xmas, so did not see the message saying i could send it back, they didn't give me any details of how or where to send it anyway. now i'm out of time, so reporting them to trading standards and my bank. AVOID!!! (regarding your reply "Rosie"!-you won't see an order under my name as you appear to have blocked me on ebay!)

At first I was shocked at the high price which would be given for my phone, I sent my phone in via Royal Mail which was at the companies expense. They got my phone in 2 days and had contacted me to explain which issues they had found. The emails between myself and the company were very swift and clear the money was in my bank account within a matter of minutes. It took a bit of messaging to resolve some matters regarding the amount I received for my old iphone but we came to an agreement and I am happy with what I received and I think its a fair amount. Not quite as smooth an operation as I had initially hoped for but it did work out in the end, I can see that if there hadnt have been the hiccup which I suffered in my particular transaction then this could have been a five star process, which I see others have experienced.

New to me because I was looking at Apple and Music Magpie. This lot offered a bit more. Sent my iPhone XR back to them. They provide free 48 hour return via post office. Dropped the package into my local post office. 48 hours later received email saying it had arrived (although it went into my junk file!). Following morning I was notified that the full amount was in my bank. Excellent service and would recommend. Just be honest with the condition!

Very impressed! Had some old iPhones laying around for years. Wiped them and sent them off on tuesday. Paid for tracked posted by Innofinity. Email received on Wednesday saying they’ve been received 2.41pm, money was in my account at 2.50pm same day! I’ve sold a few phones and this website gave me the best deals in the quickest timeframe. Scammers - don’t use I sent my iPhone 64GB to these guys to sell it to them and after promising me £90 they refused to pay out because the phone was water damaged, even though it states on their website that they’ll still pay out if the phone is faulty or doesn’t turn on The camera screen and housing were immaculate so find it hard to believe nothing can be saved at all (not to mention it’s a waterproof model of iphone) Sell your phone on eBay or something instead

I usually do not write a review on any tradein type company, but i was compeled to post a review as they were so good. I went into their office to hand deliver the item as i was close by and more over the main reason was i had no idea of the company. I have done trade in with many others but had never heard of this company before. I must say these people are so good like i handover my trade in item (apple watch), they at the door opened it and checked in front of me and gave a initial impression and said if you want to wait in their office (but i do not have to) for max like 30 mins , they will do all the checks. I sold them my old IPhone XS Max. It was recorded as broken (Face ID) not working. Innofinity were one of the few companies willing to quote to recycle the phone. The process was very good. They reviewed the phone and quote as per their description. Unfortunately due to a motherboard fault they could use the phone for spares, but explained the issue thoroughly and gave me the option of having the phone returned. I decided the accept the new quote, which was paid the same day. Good service and a fair price.

After going through a comparison website, this company came out on top what they offered was £390 for a poor condition iPhone 12pro I was honest on the condition of my handset and I posted it out within 7 hours of them receiving my phone I was paid in full. Top company

Yes, I could probably have gotten more money for my phone selling privately but the hassle of all that was connected with that just put me off. Sold a faulty iPhone to them, due to the strikes there was a slight delay in getting my payment to me, but customer services were responsive via the phone and payment was received quickly once the matter was dealt with, would recommend selling your goods to them, full payment received without issue.

Transferred straight into my account as soon as they received my phone. Really straight forward process, they send a parcel through the post with a pre paid label, you package up your phone, put the label on and send back. Always previously had phones via a two-year contract, at the end of the two years you’ve paid for the phone. This time round I reassessed things and decided to take the plunge and buy a phone outright and a refurbished handset at that. Well, I picked these guys (Innofinity), and although very early in the day, so far I’m glad I took the plunge. The handset was great value for money and showed no signs of being a ‘used’ handset, I had opted for a ‘Excellent’ graded unit. Once ordered the phone came super quick with a signed for delivery. Apart from the plain box, once unboxed you’d never know it was not straight from the Apple store. Not had to use their customer service so can’t comment on that area. I would honestly recommend and very happy with my new handset.

I put into Google the details and Innofinity were offering the best price, £112 They promptly sent me a prepaid postage label, so I packaged it securely and sent it to them. I received an email after a couple of days to say that the battery wasn’t working correctly and they could only offer me the amount for a poor iPhone XR, which was £65! I was using the phone to conduct my business all day, every day with no battery issues at all. I asked them to return the phone to me. I have now received a better price from Inoffinity. Please be prepared to negotiate if you feel that your item is, genuinely worth more.
