Posting on behalf of my daughter but this surely has one of the most abysmal customer experiences for an expensive London medical chambers I’ve ever experienced in my time looking after her. Poor admin meant we had issues with our insurance company and the receptionists were nothing but lazy, untimely and rude when this issue was raised with them. Good doctors and medical professionals are in most chambers in this area, I would strong recommend avoiding this establishment if you want the very best care. Sincerely, Ioannes

I urgently needed to see a clinical dermatologist and a quick Google search led me to The Medical Chambers Kensington. The website was cumbersome to navigate. It is also not mobile friendly and very slow loading a single page. Although I got there eventually, the site didn’t look secure. I therefore did not include the sensitive personal information required when creating an account and the reason for the four stars. The receptionists were polite and pleasant towards me and other patients. The premises are exceptionally clean and aesthetically appealing. The waiting areas are spacious and comfortable, and so are the consultation rooms. I looked through various doctors’ profiles on the website and decided on Dr Dario Ahangari, for the reasons that his fees don’t rob the piggy bank especially for self-payers like myself, and his appointment slots are longer than most (30mins). He also works on Saturdays which was ideal for me. Dr Dario Ahangari is one of a kind. He appeared to genuinely care and eager to help. He made me feel comfortable within the first few minutes. He was empathetic, carefully listened to me and at no point did I feel rushed. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. As a person of colour with history of skin problems, I have visited several dermatologists over the years but Dr Ahangari stands out as an expert on skin of colour. He helped me understand a lot more about my condition and skin in general, things that I feel I should have been made aware of on my previous visits to dermatologists. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ahangari to any person of colour. I was glad that I could access him directly via email, which was handy as my symptoms persisted and my worries went through the roof. He promptly got in touch when I reached out and was supportive and reassuring. He also followed up with me a few days later to check on how I was getting on and that carried on until my symptoms improved, even then, he advised me on maintenance. I was left feeling that if I ever reached out to Dr Ahangari with new symptoms he would not hesitate to help. Dr Ahangari is remarkably professional, genuinely cares for his patients and an exceptional doctor in every way.

I visited the Medical Chambers Kensington this morning for the first time and can highly recommend. The reception staff have been lovely throughout the whole process, and have been very attentive in keeping me in the loop with any changes to my appt. The doctor had fabulous bedside manner, and was extremely gentle with my procedure. I will definitely be going back to the Medical Chambers Kensington again! Thank you!

If someone looking for good gynaecologist in this clinical is dr Anderson I trying 2 gynaecologist there first one I didn’t feel really comfortable she’s not helpful that’s all you can really waste your time waiting her to answer and most of the time she’s not available =online doctor don’t waste your money and your time with stuff like that , yesterday I was lucky to book consultation with dr Anderson respectful helpful very professional she’s took time to understand the symptoms my medical history … it’s very important to have someone like her feeling in good hand have good treatment don’t make your health in dangerous way and specially she s understand my case and give the real medication for feeling better I highly recommend it .

This place is beautiful and clean. I have gone ahead with an orthodontic treatment with Dr Marie, her and her team have been absolutely spectacular. Some of my friends still don't know that I'm wearing braces! My teeth have started to move pretty quickly and results have been visible from a couple of visits into the treatment. I cannot recommend the practice enough, I smile so much more these days!

The most professional, curteous and polite staff. Everyone I encountered before, during and after my initial appointment today with a Dr from the clinic has been a dream. I have been scheduled and seen in a timely fashion with continuous and immediate follow-ups to each concern and query I have. I am delighted to find the Medical Chambers and will be using them as one of my preffered private clinics in London.

Very professional and kind reception staff and the best medical care you could hope for during a nerve-wracking time (pregnancy). They are one of the few places that offers MaterniT21 in the UK. Ciara McKenna is the most knowledgeable clinical ultrasonography. She has seen it all, and her bedside manner is calm, confident, and kind. I've only had wonderful, reassuring experiences here. This is where I refer friends.

Their service is top notch and i had no regrets. Very professional from the front desk till i saw my dermatologist Dr Perera who was so professional. Even my GP couldn't tell me what was wrong but Dr Perera immediately made me assured and gave me all information without feeling rushed. I would recommend them any day.

The reception staff are absolutely brilliant. They went completely beyond the call of duty today helping me. Dr Hussain was as expert as ever.

The level of service and care at TMCK (as well as its dental section) has been consistently fantastic since I first attended five or six years ago. Front desk is flawless: every person I have dealt with has been professional, efficient, friendly, and an excellent communicator. The medical care is outstanding as is the diversity of experts available; I regularly see my gynecologist, dermatologist, and dentist but have also visited the GP and ENT doctors. All the doctors and nurses I’ve met have a very pleasant bedside manner and really take their time to explain everything properly. Most importantly, I managed to get an important diagnosis and continuing treatment for a condition that is notorious for being missed and/or misunderstood. Thank you!

Chiara was our sonographer during our first pregnancy and we also worked with the team to do the genetic testing. The care we received was always outstanding. Thank you to everyone for delivery A+ clinical care, A+ customer service and always greeting us with a smile! We will be back :)

I’m writing on behalf of my brother who had a dermatology consultation with Dr Gardette. It was very quick and easy to arrange the initial appointment and Dr Gardette was very accommodating with us running a bit late due to traffic on the morning. Throughout the whole consultation she was extremely empathetic, kind and knowledgeable around my brother’s condition taking great care in listening to his concerns as well as thoroughly reviewing his problem areas. My brother often struggles to express himself and found a great deal of hope when Dr Gardette was mentioning things that might be of concern before he even said it himself. Our whole family really wanted to thank Dr Gardette for her time, guidance and expertise with handling this difficulty! We have seen significant improvements to his skin, energy levels, mood and sleep after following her recommendations and are extremely grateful for her support. It is not an exaggeration at all to say she’s given him a new lease of life! Could not recommend her more!

I was for a gynecology visit, I'm disappointed because I didn't get a solution for what I went for, you just pay and get nothing. No one asks you what you are for, but they just add a list of things to do and in the end, I got nothing.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to resolve a health issue that many other doctors were unable to help with. Highly recommend and I will use again in the future.

This is probably the best costumer service I've ever received. Dr Naureen is just the perfect doctor for any dental treatment, she has taken care of me, made sure I was safe, and the results of my teeth now speak for themselves. I cannot thank her enough.

I went to see Dr Victoire Kotur de Castelbajac and was so impressed with her knowledge and expertise. What's more is I felt that all of the questions that I came to my consultation with, were able to be answered fully and with a level of expertise that I haven't come across with other doctors. I felt in very safe hands, and am so pleased to have found a doctor that I can trust. I will certainly be visiting again in the near future!
