This was our second visit to Heera Diamonds in Hatton Garden. I had an unusual request as I required a diamond for a dental crown. Whilst the sales assistant had not dealt with this request before she was extremely helpful and liaised with her colleagues for further advice who were all very friendly and not pushy. As it was our first stop we left and shopped around. We returned today and was served by an incredible sales assistant called Toby. We could have listened to Toby’s stories all day regarding the diamond industry. He is a qualified gemologist with a vast knowledge of the diamond process and willing and eager to impart some of his knowledge. I could write a longer review on Toby but it would take too long. Anyone wishing to purchase a stone from Hatton Garden should ask and wait for Toby. If this is not possible the whole team were professional and helpful and not at all pushy in gaining the sale. We left with a beautiful natural diamond stone which was competitively priced.

Had a fantastic experience at Heera! I was walking past Heera on my way to pick up a ring from a different store and peaked over at the rings they had available. To my surprise Arishwa somehow convinced to come into the store. Despite having no intention to buy an engagement ring from Heera (having already bought one) and me planning to propose in 34days time… Arishwa managed to show me some better rings and promised to turn it around in 3 days time. Within an hour I picked a better ring, for the same price and then left to get a refund on my first ring :’D. I was very impressed and Arishwa held her word and actually upgraded me because there were no stones of my spec available in the time she promised!! Unbelievable service, and fantastic recommendations. Thanks a lot Arishwa and Heera!

A picture speaks a thousands words. In this case, the masterpiece produced by Heera is something I will always be grateful for. Rishwa was very helpful in guiding a diamond novice like myself pick the best ring for my now wife. I must admit I was initially torn between getting the engagement ring online or in store. Commercially, the price I got from Heera was competitive (in fact comparable to online). But nothing beats an in store experience. The experience of comparing different stones of different Cs was invaluable. Rishwa was very patient and accommodating to each and every of my request. After my first day meeting Rishwa, I knew she was not like the other diamond salesperson, she was not purely driven by her commission from sales. She genuinely wanted what’s best for me and my partner. A year on, we got our wedding band from Heera again and now my best friend just got his engagement ring with the help of Rishwa. To sum up, come to Heera ask for Rishwa. You will not be disappointed .

Me and my partner had an excellent experience at Heera Diamonds. We’ve been served by Jenny who is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and has a great attention to detail. She listened carefully and suggested gorgeous diamond rings. All of them were so beautiful and we really struggled to choose. What can i say, absolutely perfect service. Sam was incredible and all the staff around him was warming and nice. I ordered a tailored made diamond necklace I designed and Heera Diamonds did it absolutely perfectly. Highly recommended. My partner and I received outstanding service from Dimple at Heera Diamonds. We were stood outside looking at engagement rings when she invited us in to let me try some rings on to find out exactly what I liked and what suited me. She was so helpful and patient, and didn’t push us at all unlike other stores we were invited into in Hatton Garden. My partner and I both felt so at ease and comfortable, and we were so pleased with the service we received. Definitely recommend skipping the other stores and paying a visit to Heera Diamonds if you’re looking for engagement rings!

I went with my wife on our anniversary day to buy her a new wedding band because she previously lost her original one and thought a new band would be the perfect gift but my wife is picky and knows what she wants. We went to several shops and none of them could provide what Heera Diamonds at Hatton garden provided. Excellent service and excellent kindness from staff member particularly Rishwa who was our sales person and she was happy and willing to serve us and especially provide what my wife wants. Wife is happy and I am happy.

We got our wedding bands from Heera and from the start the service was amazing. They talked us through all the different options and told us everything we need to take into consideration when choosing the right ring.

AK was wonderful and supportive throughout the whole process of helping choosing both the wedding rings for my wife and I! We walked in with little knowledge on what we wanted but the consultation period was personal and very informative. It was in fact so good that on our first visit we found a ring that my wife had absolutely loved! Their knowledge on diamonds and crafting of wedding ring is fantastic, which made the process so much easier. Heera diamonds also created a custom ring pair for my wife for her wedding day which fit perfectly and looked stunning together with the main wedding ring. The team did a great job at keeping us updated on the progress of the rings until they were ready for collection. They are also happy to re-size as necessary in case any changes need to be made after which is convenient!

I received a brilliant service at Heera Diamonds, I was searching for an engagement ring. Rosie and Anita were patient, polite and amazing in helping me choose the right ring. They worked to a tight deadline for me which I am really grateful for. I needed to resize the ring and this was done extremely quickly and professionally. Exceptional service and experience from Heera!! We went into several jewellers along Hatton Garden and in many were met either with aggressive salespeople who were quite pushy, or with lofty staff who were very patronising if you didn't know as much about diamonds as them. The staff at Heera were a breath of fresh air. Jimmy in particular was amazing on our first visit, taking the time to explain the different types of diamonds and what options we had, no question was a silly one, giving us plenty of time to try and has many different types as we liked, and was more than happy to let us leave the shop to think about things without being pushy to make a sale. The engagement ring we got in the end is completely custom-made and semi-designed by us (We picked two styles from the window and requested a hybrid of them). A couple of months after ordering (with great communication throughout) I have now collected the final ring and it is perfect!! We've also collected my wedding ring which is custom designed to fit. I am completely enamoured with the engagement ring Vrinda put together for me! I showed up with some stones and she found a perfect match to the champagne ones I already had. Vrinda was also a delight to meet and correspond with and very capable of working a design - my ring is quite big and fitting all the stones to the band took some keen design. Couldn’t be better! I made our engagement ring with Heera and then we came back for our bespoke wedding rings. Although we encountered some issues, everything was eventually resolved. All in all, great service, attention to detail, best price and quick turnaround. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase - thank you!

Heera Diamonds have been amazing with helping me all the way through picking out the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. Everyone was so easy to talk to and book myself in for a one to one with Anita. She greeted me everytime like I was the most important customer ever. The process in having the ring custom made was fully explained and it did not disappoint. We were so happy with it and even did a resizing for free which only took a week. Couldn't recommend Heera enough, Anita and her colleagues have been so welcoming and we can't wait to go pick our wedding bands up.

Do not buy your wedding rings here! My now husband and I bought our wedding rings here in April 2022 for our wedding in September 2022. In March 2023 (after I’d been wearing my wedding ring, pictured, for 6 months) a diamond fell out and as it was so small we were unable to find it. When we contacted Heera they said they would take a look at it and fix it for a price. We were not happy with this as I’d had been worn for 6 months and as far as we were concerned a stone falling out was unacceptable. Their argument was that we bought it almost a year ago! Do they not understand that you buy wedding rings before you actually wear them and you can prove the day you started wearing it using your marriage certificate!? We told them that wasn’t good enough and went to a jewellers in Brighton. They replaced the diamond for £40 but told us it was a poorly made ring and it was likely to happen again. A few days ago (a year and three months after getting married) another, different diamond fell out, at a petrol station, so again no luck finding the stone. (The first stone can we seen with black nails, the second missing stone can be seen with my engagement ring, which luckily wasn’t purchased from Heera or there’d be real problems)! Again we took it to another jeweller, who upon examination said that the setting was broken and was able to show us. Again he confirmed it was a very poorly made ring and should never have been sold to us. He explained that as it is a platinum ring they can’t fix the setting, as melting it down would mean all the diamonds would fall out. Their recommendation was to sell it for what we could and to purchase a new one. Considering we paid £900 for this ring I’m really not happy. We may as well have set light to that money and Heera were no help at all. Given there are so many diamond specialists in Hatton Garden I would suggest trying some of their neighbours, who hopefully won’t sell you faulty jewellery!

Moss was super nice and professional to us. Very flexible and reasonable. It’s hard not to like him. He made my engagement ring the way I wanted. I highly recommend this store. The kindest stuff you will find in London, and they have a large selection of jewelry and diamonds.

I had a loose Aquamarine and and old diamond ring I no longer wore. They designed me a beautiful ring in platinum for the fraction of the cost of another jewellers quotation. From start to finish the process was quick and professional. I was kept informed with messages, pictures and a video of my ring. The finished ring is very well made and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

Fantastic service and so happy with the rings! My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands here and we are over the moon with them. We went to a number of different jewellers - including Tiffany’s- but found Heera had the best selection for us and we found the perfect rings here. I bought a wedding band from here, they have a great selection of mens wedding bands at the store. I am so thankful to AK who made the experience all the more special. I didn't have much time as I ordered the ring just couple of weeks before my wedding. AK was so helpful in ensuring I got the ring I wanted in terms of design, I even had diamonds put in it to enhance the look. Great Service from Jimmy, Anita and the rest of the team. We purchase an engagement ring and bands, we made some changes to the ring and Jimmy and the team helped achieved this. He provided pictures of the design and 3d design of what the ring will look like. The final product is exactly what we wanted. The estimated time was slightly longer than expected due to some delays and a small issue with the ring, however the team was quick to respond and make the necessary changes and sent it back to us ASAP! Great service and quality product!
