Not Again!!!! Booked an appointment for 10:50am and was called at 12 noon. And the reason? They missed out calling my name on the appointments list bucket..Very unprofessional for the front staff!!! And please put a smile on your faces, We are still customers!!!

I will only comment for Dr Mikhail as I know what the "other" Dr is like and judging by the comments, he is not liked at all. In regards to Dr Mikhail, by far the best Dr I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and detailed. It's no wonder why he is fully booked one week in advance compared to the other Dr who you can call today and you'll have an appointment on the same day. Keep up the good work Dr Mikhail!

The best clinic in the area and around! Great Doctors with lots of experience and great clinical care and professional staff. My family and myself have been looked after by Dr. Sameh Mikhail for many years, he is very experienced and delivers the best care to his patients. He is very switched on and his advice is always on the spot. Can't say enough of him.

One of the receptionist absolutely rubbish low life, very racism she told us if you not happy waiting an hour after your appointment go and see other doctor, but she was talking very nice to drunk guy with beer in his hand but his white guy,, just rubbish and continues that behaviour is crime I answered her ward by ward put her in her real place and she was surprised and ok after it.but would you need that?? Doctor was nice in our side but what been said can’t be unsaid She was picking on the calm nice people and act like person in charge of health department or one the ministers when she talk to people from different backgrounds or immigrants. And that suppose to be equal country. Hhhhhhh Just low life Remember no one can jump in you back unless your let him do so

I called to try to make an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was cold, unwelcoming and annoyed by my query. Did not show empathy for my health issue or appreciation for my query. I will not call again.

Why do they keep taking walk-ins when they are running behind? Why not tell people how long the wait time is on arrival? People falling off list, not knowing how long clients are waiting. Receptionist laughing, gossiping loudly about medical details. "Why does she need a chicken pox Vax if she's 40" When I questioned wait time I was told it's always a minimum of an hour wait????!!!!

Very blessed to have a clinic with such great service. The receptionists are friendly and professional. The doctors and nurses are amazing. I would also like to mention that Dr. Sameh is such a caring doctor. He is humble, enthusiastic, optimistic, and efficient with his profession. Thank you again :)

Dr Mikhail is a wonderful doctor! He pays good attention to detail and is great at assessing symptoms and diagnosing. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing service. The wait time was an at least an hour and a half, and the receptionists lie and tell you that there was a mistake with the list (not the case as that was everyone’s wait time). The doctor was entirely incompetent and rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I later went to a different doctors and discovered she had failed to run important tests. I honestly would question her qualifications. Avoid this practise at all cost

The nurses themselves are actually quite lovely and professional. The only problem is the one doctor who I'm pretty sure is the only doctor, Dr.Salib. He is way out of depth with the profession he is in and I'm pretty sure he does not care about his patients. I walked in with my partner to talk about a plan on how to recover from giving birth, as we sat down with our pram and baby in said pram he asked if she was still pregnant. Another time, I was talking to him about having sex with my partner. It wasn't the fact that I wasn't getting hard or climaxing early, it was the opposite. Infact, I just wasn't enjoying it. When I tried explaining it to him repeatedly and as simply as I could about how I did not have much sensation down there, he just slapped me with Viagra. He is way out of practice and is in desperate need of a re-evaluation or re-education. My guy does not care about his patients and is the type to easily prescribed drugs rather than get to the root of the problem and help out someone from their community. If you are yo come here, see anyone but him.

Be ready to wait an hour extra after whatever time you make your appointments. Receptionists exist in a place called La La Land.

Thank you Dr Victor and the front girls being so patient and helpful with me and my new born. The clinic is running smoothly in a organised manner. I finally find a family clinic that won't cause me additional headaches while we are needing help.

The doctor. Victor is nonprofessional and impolite. I won't be here again. When I explain my condition he even didn't look up my ankle. HORRIBLE !!!!! do not go here

So after waiting an hour, the receptionist didn’t see my name on the list and let 3 patients who had appointments after me in to see the dr. When I complained I was told to ‘chill’. So disrespectful of my time. It’s not the first time I’ve had to wait for over an hour. I only come here when I can’t get an appointment with my regular dr.

The reception were disorganised and the doctor that I saw was insensitive and impatient. I had booked in for mental health reasons and the response from the doctor was cold, harsh and belittling. Awful behaviour from a healthcare practitioner and the worst experience I have had trying to access healthcare.

Probably one of the worst clinics around. Doctors barely ask any questions and be prepared to wait several hours after your appointment.

Wait time is consistently over an hour. Gave up and walked out in my most recent visit. Don’t get the feeling that anyone here is competent from the doctors to the receptionist

Needed a Dr to look at my X-rays and Dr.vuctor and Dr.grace both said they didn't now how to understand or read a ray not sure who I meant to go see

I've been to this clinic 3 times and each time I've had appalling service. Once I went in with severe abdominal pain and the doctor didn't even examine me- he just wrote me an ultrasound referral without giving me any advice on what to do or even touching/listening to my stomach. Today I was worried I had covid so I just wanted a telehealth appointment to get a medical certificate- I confirmed my email address with them twice but they never sent it! Tried to call them and for some reason they've closed early today.

Horrible. If I could post less than one star I would. I went to this doctors a couple of times as they were close to me home and I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. I felt belittled and humiliated both times. I waited over an hour after my appointment time, and at this point saw my doctor park his car and arrive at the clinic! The doctor then gave me a local anaesthetic before leaving the room for a further 40 minutes, while he caught up on the other waiting clients. He continuously referred to me as 'sensitive' as I was frustrated by this treatment, and was feeling nervous about the appointment in general. I have just called this service again to ask to be forwarded some documents, and was again spoken to rudely.

Couldn’t book an online appointment because I have cold symptoms. On hold for over 40 minutes. How is someone supposed to get a doctor’s certificate?

I rang this morning to book a Tele health appointment as I have gastro and no one ended up getting back to me even after I called back later on when they said that the Dr would call me when she finished for the day and never did. I use this place all the time but now, I think I may go else where. I'll be surprised if they call me back tommorow morning and apologising even after speaking to the receptionist several times not good enough. I shouldve just driven there and sat in the car!!!!. Not happy at all. Plus i needed a medical certificate for my time off and now they won't be able to do it now as they wont believe me
