I waited 3 hours with stomach/groin pain and had a 3 minute consultation with Dr Chan - told me i had a viral infection and to go home and rest. Went to a real doctor a few days later when pain persisted and was diagnosed with a nasty bladder infection and given immediate script for antibiotics. Seriously should be de-registered. DISGRACE. Avoid at all costs. The old bag at the front is the icing on the cake.

I just saw dr K W Chan and I cannot believe how incompetent he actually is. This is the second time I see the same doctor, just walk in so I didn’t have a choice and he doesn’t know anything about kids. He asked me to see another doctor for a second opinion because he didn’t find the answer on GOOGLE!!!! Something so simple like a side effect on the measles vaccine. This place is a joke and this doctor is he even a doctor???? The first time I saw him he made me wait 6 weeks for the clearance on HFM fortunately I asked for a second opinion and I got clearance straight away. He is ignorant and incompetent!!!
