Pakenham
on

2022.
He
placed
the
takeaway
order
on
the
phone
via
the
main
Pizza
Hut
number
13
11
66.
The
lady
on
the
phone
said
that
the
order
was
placed
successfully
and
so
was
the
payment.
She
told
my
son
that
she
had
communicated
and
passed
on
the
order
to
the
store.
When
I
went
there
to
pick
up
the
order,
the
franchise
owner
Amrit
was
adamant
that
there
was
no
order
under
the
name
Nik.
Not
only
did
I
provide
the
name
that
the
order
was
under,
but
I
also
gave
the
order
number
"5721bfaa"
provided
by
Pizza
Hut
on
the
phone.
Amrit
went
on
to
state
that
they
do
not
follow
protocols
via
order
numbers.
I
was
left
without
food
and
$50
taken
out
of
my
son's
bank
account.
I
came
back
home
and
my
son
rang
up
Pizza
Hut
again,
they
mentioned
that
they
had
already
passed
on
the
order
to
the
Pakenham
store
but
would
request
to
call
my
son
back
in
2
minutes
which
they
did.
Amrit
called
my
son
and
said
yes
indeed
there
is
an
order
here
under
your
name.
I
then
drove
back
all
the
way
to
pick
up
the
cold
food
and
received
horrible
customer
service
again
from
Amrit.
He
yelled
at
me
again
and
said
we
do
not
follow
order
numbers.
After
receiving
the
cold
food
and
receipt,
I
checked
the
receipt,
and
it
had
the
order
number
on
it
the
entire
time.
Very
very
disappointed,
we
will
never
come
back
here
again
and
I
suggest
to
others
not
to
give
them
any
business
for
their
lack
of
customer
service.
