This is the worst nail salon I've been to, I've never been there before but it wasn't busy when I was walking past and I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and manicure but it was just the opposite. The young lady who done my pedicure was rough, and everything she done was with no care at all, their towels had stains on them, floor was filthy, my feet felt worse after than before I walked in, I also got a rash and major pain in my toe after leaving there. The older lady that done my manicure was just as bad, she made my finger bleed and then kept wiping it with the same cotton ball that she was wiping all my other nails with, I told her that was unhygienic but she didn't seem to understand me and kept wiping with the same bloody cotton ball. I asked for my nails to be rounded, I don't think she understood that either. I will definitely not be going anywhere near this nail salon ever again.

The prices change every time I go just for refills and design. Last time the guy was doing my nails and half way he leaves me to start someone else and didn't do a good job. Then charges $65. I didn't go back. Found someone better does better job and doesn't change prices. Never coming back

This place does not even deserve one star. I went in today to fix one nail and the lady told me it was fine to do. I asked if she could help me choose a similar colour to my nails and wasn’t fussed if it wasn’t the exact same colour, just similar. She told me in a very rude tone, I had to pick the colour myself. When a customer is asking for your help, even though she doesn’t mind that it’s not the similar colour on her nails you should be more than willing to help them as apart of their experience and your service. My second issue with this place is that I spent over 10 minutes, trying to find a similar colour to my nails even though I asked for help they got very angry and started speaking in their own language in front of me making me feel as if they’re speaking about me. After I picked out the colour, she then told me sorry I can’t do your nails because of the design on your nails after the lady told me that she could do them. You would think she would’ve told me in the middle of either spending time looking for a colour or initially upon arrival. You wasted my time when I could’ve done it somewhere else. They would be more than willing to help me out especially when I asked nicely for help and you refuse to help me just because ‘I had my nails done somewhere else.’ Definitely don’t recommend this place. The attitude is disgusting. And will waste your time.

SNS tips that didnt last long(4nails) i dont even do extreme work anything, it started as a crack (where the false nail was) and then it'll snap from like picking up a bag/blanket. My little finger, just had hand on my hips, snapped but still stuck on real nail bloody, & REALLY is painful. zZ

Terrible quality of nail polish unless it was the workmanship. I literally got my nails done yesterday at 10am for my overseas trip (leaving Australia last night) and two nails have chipped. I am on holiday and not using my hands for working or anything that would do this hence my previous comment about quality and workmanship. Feeling very disappointed and ripped off, especially as I am already on my trip with two nails chipped. I've been here before with one of your regular customers (who recommended this place) and my nails were amazing then so I've had a good experience before.

Absolutely disgusting scammers they took $110 dollars from me and the nail polish came of in one day.

This place is disgusting. So is the service, the girls were very rude and unwelcoming. I'm now using an antifungal nail treatment on all my 10 fingers because I decided to visit this salon. I don't get my nails done often and now I will not get them done, ever.

Absolutely amazing experience at this shop! I had come in and received the best customer experience as well as service! Annie was friendly and professional and I was so happy with the results of my service!! If you’re looking to get your nails done or any other services 10/10 would recommend !!!!
