Had my daughters birthday party here at the park. Set up a high tea under one of the gazebos, it was perfect. Then took the kids to visit and feed the animals which they absolutely loved! The staff were super friendly and the guinea pigs were very cuddly!

I’ve been to many different farms in Melbourne and this is my favourite of all. Somehow it is kept really clean and my hay-fever seems okay only in this farm for some reasons. (I sometimes have almost immediate reaction to certain farms and start sneezing and stuff) It is a fairly good sized farm with almost every farm animal you’d expect to see. I liked the walking trails with signs and pictures of animals so that we can easily expect what to see next. There are also playgrounds inside the farm that look very vintage and farm-style. Kids loved it and hours can be spent easily and solely in the playgrounds only. Cafe offers feeding experience and some group deals on top of good coffee and food. This farm is located in the Bundoora Park so the fun is endless as there are 4-5 playgrounds and many BBQs available + a small pond with ducks and birds. I usually just go to the farm for a day as it takes good hours to see everything and have fun. And I visit the park for another day. Only difference is that you need to pay for the farm and inside facilities but everything else Bundoora Park offers is free. In summer, this park and farm can get really busy so my suggestion is go early or go after lunch :) Always love going to this farm or playgrounds in Bundoora Park. Bundoora seems pretty close from anywhere so the travel is always okay and parking is pretty good compared to other parks. I personally never had an issue with parking. And parking is free😉

Great animal park to visit, we were able to pet the sheep, goats and horses. We also saw a lot of happy animals including pigs, cows, guinea pigs, chicken, ducks and rabbits. We also met a very friendly horse 🐎 and donkeys. There's a bee viewing spot and you can buy the tractor ride to see emus and kangaroos.

It’s a shame really that we have such a beautiful Australian park and farm attraction that is always busy and full of life, and then the cafe within which holds 3 angry staff members that treat every customer like they’re another problem in their frantic day of dealing with a huge rush of 5 customers. And then offer a wide range of microwaveable food selections for your ultimate dining experience. But at least you can experience the coffee that tastes like milk with a hint of a burnt oven scrapings. We need to makeover this cafe please so it’s actually enjoyable going there!

Really fun place with pleasant and polite staff. I was a bit miffed, I bought tickets online and paid up but when I got there, they literally let people walk in with no ticket. But apart from that, quite a cheap day out with kids.

An affordable day out with our daughter, she loved the Guinea pig interaction/feeding, as well as the donkeys and horses, and the playground, lots of little things throughout to do. The only downfall is parking is atrocious, if you aren’t there for opening. Then you need to work out somewhere random to park and prepare to walk, lots of cars pulling into the side of the drive, which we weren’t even sure if it was okay to do so or not. That doesn’t effect the review though, everything was just right, once your inside.

Always a lovely trip to visit the farm. My son loves to see the animals and gardens. When available there are times to feed and pet a variety of animals including lambs, sheep, rabbits and guinea pigs. You can go in and walk around with the chooks, but mind the turkey! Great way to spend the morning with your kids.

It was reasonable for young kids who enjoy activities of a basic park ie rides, slides etc. It was again good for very young kids who enjoy touching animals. What really messed up was that out of three different BBQ spots that we visited, not a single one was working. We were able to test it and it became warm but within 5 minutes it became colder. Each one of the three BBQ spots visited had two hot surface BBQ equipments and only 1 out of 5 was good enough to cook one cycle of meat and then it joined rest of the spots. We had to take half cooked things back and then to another place where we had a BBQ. But we kept on waiting to see that sizzling sound of BBQ which never came. There were other groups that had coal fire BBQ and probably they were not as disappointed as us.

Came from interstate stopped off to wear my son out before our flight, Paid $30+ for entry and a cold coffee, patted a genie pig then my son burnt the hell out of his hand on some metal plates placed on the ground of a kids play ground, mentioned it to staff they couldn't care less my son was so upset we left.

I can't recommend this place enough. I found Hayley (one of the many farmhands here!) on a local Facebook group looking to rehome my guinea pig Mitzi as her cage mates had both passed away suddenly. She was so kind, caring and lovely and took her in a day after we spoke. She's now (hopefully!) fitting in nicely with the rest of the sweet guinea pigs at Bundoora Farm and will have a much better rest of her life with many friends! We also got to see and pet the beautiful new Demura Lambs today and they were the sweetest, tiniest little things ever. 10/10, will come back and visit my girl as often as I can. Say hi to Mitzi for me if you visit! She is the brown and white shorthair with red eyes. 🥰

The park is a great space with lots of age appropriate equipment for kids. It's fully-fenced & has lots of natural shade. There is a cafe & public toilets that are decent. The farm next door has lots of animals running around. You can also view kangaroos & emus moving about adjacent to the play space. A pretty special location really.

Good place for kids, especially safe for younger ones as the play area is fenced. Did not like the roundabout ride as it could be dangerous for young kids if they walk into it while older kids are spinning them around. Could cause serious head injury

Surrounded by beautiful park. Friendly and cute sheep. Chickens you can get up close to, lots of cute rabbits and guinea pigs. Unfortunately with the pandemic no tractor rides into Emu and Kangaroo sanctuary. Worth a visit with babies and toddlers.

A little disappointing, because it's got great potential. The animals that were there, looked old and tired, and there weren't really that many. Lots of broken signs, and animal cut outs. Not one of those gorgeous stables were open, but the access to the old cottage was fantastic. The food in the kiosk is terrible and overpriced. And the three ladies behind the counter were doing their best with what little they had to work with. And a long line of hungry and impatient people. It's a real shame because this place could be amazing.

Great playground and animals. My nephew and niece (toddlers) loved it! They didn't want to leave. Due to covid we missed out on the tractor ride but I hope to go next time we visit! Also no more pony ride because pony is enjoying retirement. Regardless loved being able to enjoy the animals and playgrounds everywhere.

Very good facility for kids to enjoy and learn how to feed animals and handle Guinea pigs and form a connection with animals. Only reason I took out two stars is because the cafe is badly managed and the staff are all over the place, even one of the staff members couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand English, it was extremely frustrating to deal with, I’m all for diversity but why even put her in this position. The cafe needs to be improved and quality of food was terrible

I love going to this park with my family. At the end of our visit we have to go to the top to take photos. It's become like a ritual. I have great memories at Bundoora park. My family gatherings have mostly been arranged there because of the large shaded tables which comfortably fit a large number of people.

I think as a farm to take kids to I think it's pretty good, it is what it is - it's not a zoo but a small farm, with a good but quaint range of farm animals as well as emus and kangaroos. It has a large play ground and a decent cafe so good for a little outing. Our daughter liked feeding the horse there the most.

Even though it was a miserable, wet Melbourne day, we took our students for a school excursion. Abbey and the team were very welcoming and super helpful. Despite the weather, our students still found plenty to do and they learned at lot about farm animals and our native animals. We also appreciated the cafe's hospitality. We hope to plan a return visit.

The only thing that I could fault was that there needs to be more car parking spaces! Other than that it is a great day out. Lots to see and do and keep the kids entertained. Poor donkeys did look quite sad though!

I visited this farm with my two and a half years old. This place was just perfect for him. Nice swings and slides. He enjoyed the animals. Especially he was fascinated by the tractor ride. He kept on telling me about that even after we came home. He was hopping like kangaroos when he was telling his baba about the visit. There was plenty of spaces and benches for parents to sit and eat.
