The doctor I was given to speak to on my phone appointment was utterly rude and honestly pathetic. Told me he doesn’t know anything about anxiety and tried to insinuate I wanted drugs when all I wanted was to talk to him about what is happening to me. He increased my anxiety and this is why I can’t find a good doctor to continue seeing.

A new patient to the clinic but i cannot express how well presented and spoken the reception staff are. I do understand they might be under pressure or a little busy, so I never hold that against them. The doctors are very thorough with their examinations, even though they might fall behind, we are all human and these things do happen.

Epping healthcare was once upon a time was a great clinic, unfortunately at present it is not. I was a patient for over 10 years but in the last 2 years have experienced extreme negligence and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend Epping Healthcare to anyone.

hapless, I am a medical practitioner, waited on line 45 min even so the clinic meant to have a dedicated line for medical practitioner!!! and after three trials, NO LUCK to reach the appropriate Medical practitioner. They hang up on me!!!!!

Doctor Steve is kind, attentive a great doctor and never keeps me waiting. The reception are also friendly. One of the best medical centres out there.

Horrible. Had an appointment booked for my daughter was told on arrival doctor is running late, there are three patients before us. Waited half an hour still not called, I spoke with reception who told me I was next and sorry for the wait. Doctor came out and called someone else in instead. I looked at the receptionist and she apologised for the doctors actions. Sat there for another 20 minutes before I cancelled the appointment and walked out. Bring 50minutes behind on your appointments is ridiculous. You should be calling you patients and informing them so they aren't just sitting around wasting time with sick kids. Defiently never returning.

I've started seeing Dr Jo few years ago and she is lovely and I've been very comfortable with her! I found Epping Healthcare through word of mouth when I was searching for a good GP in the northside. I'm glad I found the right one! The reception has also been very pleasant to deal and are very quick with their responses. Overall very happy with my experience here…love you Jo Khanna..stay blessed always

Highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Prabhjot Khanna is excellent doctor. Always meet with the big smile and amazing treatment. Very helpful, briefly explained about health issues and medication. I visited for kids vaccinations and for myself as well in this clinic. RN Renu always treat well and very helpful. For the past 20+ years i only see doctors at epping health. Over the years ive seen many but can say they all pickup from where the last one left off from. The reception , nurses and doctors are all friendly and welcoming. I feel safe and at home. Thankyou once again to all staff at Epping Health.

Last week I came to Epping Healthcare with my son and had a very positive experience. The doctor was professional and thorough which was good. The Indian looking girl at reception was extremely polite and well spoken. Having a smile on her face went a long way and it made me feel welcome. I hope everyone can learn from her and I would recommend others to visit epping healthcare also.

This is the center I have been goin to almost over 5 years now but really unhappy with the receptionist today. Although she was so rude. I only needed to talk to my GP for not even 5 mins as I had to ask for an antibiotic. The receptionist dint even ask the doctor and told me straightaway that I hv to wait till next week which is 3 days away. Moreover she said to me u have to look for another clinic. Wow wat a shame.

I have had numerous procedures done at this practice and must say that Tania is one of the most professional and caring cosmetic nurse. From the minute you have your consult to the procedure Tania makes you feel at ease and explains every detail thoroughly. I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend this gentle lovely lady.

I have been coming to see Tania for years now, and honestly I cannot even put into words how amazing she is!! Tania gives a world-class experience to her patients, she always makes me feel super comfortable and is very thorough with her appointments. And most importantly she always has me leaving feeling absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend her over and over!

Dr Martin Miletich is the best doctor hands down I have ever been to for both medical and cosmetic.

Dr. Martin is an excellent Dr. Takes the time to listen and is always polite and courteous. The girls in reception are lovely as well, very friendly.

Been using this clinic over 15 years, in this period I have seen nothing but the upmost professionalism by GP,s and all staff, anyone who cares to state different would not be giving a subjective view but rather an unjustified unwarranted hate campaign.... anyone of any relevance knows first class treatment when being cared for,...

My husband had a consultation with Dr Steve Daniel today and all we can say is WOW! How refreshing to find a GP so understanding & empathetic of chronic pain. We came away with a restored confidence in the medical profession. Thankyou!!!!!!!

DR Ouraha is an excellent GP- thorough check ups, she investigates, listens to your concerns and she has lots of knowledge and empathy. She makes sure your health is looked after and she doesn’t leave any stones unturned.

I called and spoke with Jasmine and Siska at the Epping Health reception for assistance with appointments and care needs. They were both very patient and empathetic. Very friendly and helpful Reception staff. Plenty of Doctors on hand. We have been going for years and are very happy with all the staff at Epping Healthcare.

Been on hold for over an hour , when finally answered and I say I have been on hold for an hour they “cannot hear me” and have hung up, been told from 11am today I would receive a call from the practise manager no one has attempted to make contact with me Jensen me having to call them once again. the nurse in treatment room has given me an ear infection from a ear clean out mind you I also had to wait at the medical centre for an hour and a half past my appointment time that I had paid for and ended up having to reschedule for later on that day because I wasn’t being seen and had other appointments to attend to, never had an issue with this centre before up until recently , the phones are always ringing and no one at reception ever anwsers! Even when they are doing nothing! they don’t have enough workers and don’t allocate times properly! Ridiculous service do not come here

5 stars for this clinic. I am a long term patient and seen lots of improvements over the years. Not sure, why Dr Vivien is back I heard she got banned for abusing a receptionst. Probably one of the rudest doctors I’ve met. 0 stars to this doctor

Dr Vivian is one of the best doctors I've come across. I have been seeing her coming on 10 years. I've followed her from medical clinic to medical clinic, that's how good she is. Dr Vivian cares, is thorough, and always goes above and beyond for me, hence why I follow her wherever she goes. Thank you doctor. The staff reception are lovely too
