    Once again I have been left to the dark and the incompetence of the management , Yesterday i had an appointment at 17.10 with doctor Yacub, followed the rules and routine, I was told to wait until was called, waiting for 1hour and 15 minutes still not be called, approached the main desk and asked why still I haven't been called, the receptionist told me that, I will be the next patient to be called by doctor Yacub... 1 hour after still waiting and get frustrated, then I decided to approached a nice consultant which was working there and informed him my appointment was at 17.05 and still I haven't been called, I was informed the doctor wasn't on duty and a mistake has been done by the Hotdoc app... I have asked why I wasn't informed the doctor wasn't on duty or if I want to see another doctor... 19.30 I was have called to see Doctor Modori, the prescription of a recipe which should take 5 minutes took a frustrated day of pain... Today tried to call the manger and explain the problems, waited all day for an explanation, but she/he never called... I'm not sure or aware if this clinic has improved the professional help to their own clients also I have used this clinic for many-many years but lately goes to a point of unprofessional point of never return back...     I'm not sure how to say this but these reception need a better improvement when they are on the phone. Need to speak clearly with soft humble voice. Need to communicate properly Listen carefully. when you asked questions make sure you mention who you prefer the questions to. very confusing if not communicate properly. why do we have to repeat out information on the front desk as we already say all for a booking OMG! so annoying. The doc was ok. Get our medicine and get outta here.. Not many people before 8pm and after 8pm. If you cough or whatever pain you have, you need to wait in the car park until they text you with the number of room you need to go in.

Receptionist needs training, they don't care & they are ridiculous. If you can’t treat your clients with respect and don’t like your job, then quit. This isn’t the only time it’s happened; it’s happened multiple times

    Waited over 2 hours for an appointment!! Ridiculous wait times everytime!!! There's no structure when it's busy, the receptionists have no idea what they're doing, don't even look at you when you talk to them, it's like a zoo in there! I'm never going there again no matter how desperate I am, I'd rather go wait at millpark super clinic which says a lot!! If only there was an option for minus 5 stars

    Had a walk-in consultation with Dr. Ali tonight. Such a wonderful doctor who actually listened to my concerns and cared. The receptionist was very friendly as well. I haven 't had such a good experience with GPs in a long time. I'll definitely keep coming to Dr. Ali if I'm sick from now on, highly recommended! Edit: I just want to add that the receptionists here are extremely kind, patient, caring and friendly on the phone/when talking to their customers. Unlike some negative comments here had said. I’m a registered nurse, and this clinic has some of the best and most caring receptionists/clerks I’ve seen in my career. Keep up the good work, you people are very appreciated!

    Booked an online appointment for 9pm waited over an hour and a half and if I didn’t call up and complain to the reception…would of waited till close time. I don’t understand the point of booking an appointment three days prior when you wait the same amount as walking in. I had my six year old daughter sleeping in a car waiting to get called, unbelievable! It’s not the first time this has happened at this clinic ! Turn off your so called appointment booking no point of it stop lying to us when you are useless with appointments. I was better of walking in ! Would of waited the same amount or probably less. All I hear from you is dr was running late same excuse over and over again. Management should be shamed of their self because it ain’t managed at all how it should be ! You honestly need help with managing this clinic !

    Really disappointed in the care (or lack of) provided for my partner today. He waited over four hours as a walk in - only because they gave an estimated time of 1 - 1.5 hr wait. He went in at 6 and was still not seen at 10, he left soon afterwards. When he went for an update the rude receptionist gave him attitude and said it would be up to another hour. As a medical clinic, it’s okay that walkins have to wait, we understand that. But give them a more reliable time OR DON’T accept them so time is not wasted. This is not on. We won’t be returning, the organisation and appointments are poorly managed. Avoid.

    Dr.Vevik Patel Is one of the greatest doctors there. He's not only takes his time dealing with your situation, He runs through everything considering all options to find the right one for you! I would highly recommend him for any type of Men's health. The most sincere medical practice with the best intentions for your well being.reception are amazing they actually pick up and speak with you as a person and the doctors are professional.i will be coming here more often as I feel I am looked after as a person and a patient. Highly recommended

    Northend Medical Centre has a reputation in the area to be the clinic you go to when you just need a medical certificate for work and not receive actual care but I decided to give them a chance. I should have listened to what people were saying because I wasted two hours on a 4 min consult from Dr. Nagui Yacoub. So disappointing. Rang and made an appointment for my mental healthcare plan and because I had injured my knee badly. The receptionist were incredibly rude and dismissive, and I had to have the OTHER PATIENTS waiting for their appointment explain to me what the walk in protocol was as both receptionists were on their phone ignoring the clients asking them questions. Went in to the doctor who seemed like he really didn't want to be there, and he asked to look at my knee. After I rolled up my pants, all he said was "looks bruised" and went on to ask me about my MHCP. He didn't ask me any of the screening questions, just said he can't give it to me and that a nurse will contact me in a week and a halfs time. I was in with him for a total of 3 minutes after waiting two hours. I didn't get any explanation for my knee and he didn't even touch it, and I didn't get my MHCP which if I knew I wouldn't get on the same day (something EVERY OTHER DOCTOR DOES), I wouldn't have gone to Northend. 0/10 would not recommend

    Having been patient at this clinic from day 1 when it was part of Edeldteins group, I have seen dramatic changes, especially over the last few years. Unfortunately the clinic is understaffed on all levels - doctors on duty, reception and even telephone reception. Phone calls are seldom answered within 10 min.

    If you don’t like walk-ins then please stop taking them rather than treating them rudest and like second class citizens. Absolutely worst clinic. I have ever been to. Worst clinic ever. The receptionist decides who allowed to go a first even having a ticket and based on when you visited the clinic last. Don’t bother to go here. Never again.

    This is the absolute worst medical clinic in the whole northern suburbs. I was denied medication (for a condition I have) by DOCTOR WAHLIA who I had Prior seen to pick up the medication in the past and I was denied by him rudely might I add, and was asked to leave as it seemed he was in a rush to get me out of the clinic. Not only that he also answered his mobile phone and told me to be quiet while I was mid conversation with him. I’ve never witnessed Such stupidity and unprofessionalism from a doctor in my life. Oh, and I can’t forget about the stupid receptionist who laughed at me on the phone while explaining my concerns about DR WAHLIA’s unprofessionalism and was then rudely hung up with. I can not express this enough you are better likely to get treated/consulted by a 3rd world doctor who operates out of a shack on a pig farm. I suggest finding another family clinic if you go to this one, they will stuff you around.

    I have been to this clinic on two occasions and in both I had to wait well over an hour and half. In the second instance after waiting close to 2hrs I finally gave up because my child was sleeping and was about leaving when the Dr. called my phone to come in as I was strapping my child in the car. The receptionist understood my situation and tried to help. The Dr. Was fine too. But please check the waiting time. Another woman stormed out due to waiting too long and she made her feelings Kwown at the reception area.

    Dr. Vivek is an exceptional doctor—highly educated and dedicated to his practice. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and shows great respect for his patients. I was pleasantly surprised today to experience the reception staff maintaining a cool, calm, and polite demeanor, which was a welcome change from their usual rudeness.

    They won't see my sick son even though they were free for an appointment at 9am that I booked online. I understand you don't take new patients, but I asked the receptionist to please ask the doctor if they would see my son (once off) because that was the only appointment I could find for today and she said no! So I walked away with a sick child while the doctor had the time and capacity to see him. Poor patient care.

    The way I wish I could give this place 0 stars right now! How rude are all of you on reception seriously. Today the 15/1/24 I went to see a doctor because I'm suffering real bad with my tonsils I could barely breathe. Sitting there waiting for ages 2 of the receptionists were legit stating at me while I was in agony the other one sitting there I kid you not off with the fairies twirling her hair. Finally my mum had it and said look we've been waiting a while now for you to call out our number, This lady literally rolled her eyes at my mum saw how much painI was in and basically refused to see us because we didn't have a healthcare card and said bad luck. I then went to mill park super clinic who treated us so much nicer and helped us instead of being absolute rude to us. After coimg here for nearly all of my 19 years of existence. You will never be seeing me again how rude you left me in tears !!

    The lovely people who work in reception and nurses are so kind! All people do on Google reviews is complain, I was here this evening and witness many people behave aggressive, yell and swear at the staff. They're only trying to help, if you can't handle waiting to see a doctor for an hour go to a hospital and wait 6 hours instead. This place will be my regular GP now!

    Dr Phillip is useless. Had a telehealth appointment booked for my husband today and was told he would call after 2pm. 8pm came, still no call. Contacted the clinic to be told he would call before 9pm. He called and hung up within 1 second, the phone was in my husband's hand and he didn't even have time to answer because it hung up so fast. He now has no medication left that he needs to take DAILY, and needs a new script for them.

    I have the best caring doctor ever, Dr. Ali. He listens and I can see he genuinely cares. I don't feel pressured to hurry up. He speaks to me, not at me. He makes sure I understand everything he says. He even supplies tissues. It's Dr. Alis professionalism that puts me at ease. He is a great asset to Northend Medical center.

    Dr Ali is very good. He shows the care to patients and never rush. He is professional in diagnosing and can explain in easy way. He always works at night or weekend it is also perfect for general working people. If you say anything bad it would be long waiting time but it is understandable because he is diagnosing very seriously and in very detail. The clinic also accepts walk-in. It is also understandable because some people really have an urgent need. Imagine if you are feeling not well but you have no chance to see a doctor in 2 weeks.

    Dr. Bharat I have seen he is a very compassionate ,Caring doctor. Book online may be easier to get an early appointment. I ll recommend this place. Reception staff also seem to be nice 🙂. Efficient

    This is the second time I've 'walked in' to the clinic for a quick assessment and treatment of an acute infection. The nursing and medical staff were very polite and attentive and 'fit me in' as soon as they could despite pending closing time. The alternative would have been many hours' wait in an emergency department.

    A most favourable experience for our first visit with Dr. Bharat. He is a member of FRACGP and was excellent! And I should know! We didn't wait long either. Made the appt. via Hot Doc and will definitely visit again.

    Today is the second time that I have walked into this clinic and walked out crying. Receptionists are very rude. I took a number and waited to be called, in the meantime the receptionist served 2 other people before me even though I was there first with my number. my son, 3, who is autistic, was calling out what he saw through the window. He was apparently being too loud and I was told to take my two small children and myself to the other waiting area, RUDE! So I went anyway without arguing. I waited with my number, still in the waiting room that I was told to move to. I heard her serve a few more people and thought thats it! So i went up to the desk to be served (long time patient also) only to be told that they were not taking walk ins! Had the receptionist told me this in the first place, I wouldn't of had to wait with my small children who always become restless waiting long periods of time. Some compassion and manners would be great!

    I would leave zero stars if I could. My premature newborn who was only 2 weeks old and would have been only 37 weeks if she was still in my stomach was denied sitting in the clinic at 10pm at night because they dnt take anyone sitting in and had to wait in the car. Mind you it was 3 degrees outside and they were still making us wait outside. I asked for them to pls make me an exception as im worried about her being sick in general and would only get more sick waiting outside for a doctor. I also was unmasked because I had an exemption and they told me they couldnt serve me unless I had a mask. For the sake of my child I put on a mask. They were so rude, so unprofessional and did not care about their patients but quick to ask for the money. I would never go there again and would NEVER tell anyone around me to go.

    Had an appointment for 8pm. Saw the doctor at 9.30pm and was in there for literally 30 seconds!! I had an abscess on my gum and he didn't even look at it!! Just gave me a prescription, I could have asked for anything!! While I was waiting two other patients were complaining to reception that they had been waiting for two and a half hours!!! What the hell. What a joke

    It was a great experience from the reception lady to the doctor. I found the doctor very experienced. He explained everything to me very well and very patiently as I seen many places doctors are very busy and I have experienced elsewhere that doctors are always in a hurry.     Such a poorly run practice. I booked an appointment online and just before my appointment was due, it was declined because I hadn’t been to the centre for a while. How is that justified? When I got there they couldn’t tell me if it would be a half an hour wait or an hour long wait. Always disappointed when I come here (hence why I haven’t been back for a while). Reception is not the most welcoming or friendliest either.

    Very poor service. Lady at reception give no care either you coming or going.even If you standing right infront of them, they don't talk to you at all. No smile no thank you, no please. I don't understand why these people doing customer service job if they don't care about customer and don't enjoy their job. First and last for me. Will never go back again

    You guys need to revise your business practices, being on the CASA website is a privilege. Receptionist has no clue what services they offer. Having booked an appointment I had to call back and cancel it. Receptionist sounded a bit rude over the phone, I’ll take my money elsewhere. These guys are listed on the CASA website and the first point of contact has no clue what a class1 medical is and no clue about pricing (I’m taking a day off from work, I need to be sure). There are a select few clinics in the whole Victoria offering this service and your inductions couldn’t point this out… The other clinic I called the girl put me on hold and went to find out, it’s that simple. I’m giving them my $300 for my eye test, it’s a lot of money I know but what I’m paying for also is professionalism…

    Have been attending this clinic for 20years, since i was a child. In recent years since having children we attend as a family. Dr. Vivek is absolutely amazing, patient, respectful and truly takes pride in what he does. He is thorough and just truly amazing! along with the other drs I couldn't recommend this clinic enough! Receptionists are also lovely and also always so helpful!

    The worst of the worst service there is. Made to wait 2+ hours when I was told I would be straight in, they are ridiculous, the reception workers are very incapable and should not be working there, one of the worst experiences I have had, absolutely shocking . And to the lady behind the reception, you are a very incapable, ignorant and stupid woman.

    Reception Staff was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They have this ticket system that you pull out and wait for your turn but you are never been called and person who has an appointment 2hrs after hours goes straight to reception and doctor sees him first because he went to reception before me. I mean if you have ticketing system just follow it and make everybody else follow of if they walks up to reception like that other just don’t keep it. I was getting late for school pickup and i almost had to cancel my appointment and rebook myself because of unprofessional service.

    Best medical practice in Australia, Dr vivik patel the best GP in the world. Honestly can't recommend them enough. To be honest I wanted to leave a bad review so I could keep the wait times down tho I can't bring myself to do it there that good. Best GP's and best reception staff ever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 star review.

    Service was fabulous on my visit. You need to be prepared to have a little wait, but going into any clinic would be the same. Ladies at reception are doing a wonderful job. Please, don't be nasty they are only doing their job.

    Absolute worst experience. My partner was bitten by a dog early in the morning before work and so I called the clinic to ask if we had to make an appointment to get a tetanus shot and she assured me that my partner could walk in anytime before 9pm. My partner went there at 7pm and was told the wait would be 3 hours to quickly see a doctor to assess the wound and get the shot. At 9pm, my partner is sitting in the waiting room and someone had walked in that the receptionist knew and squeezed them in to see a doctor. My partner pulled them up on it, and the receptionist finally got him to see a doctor. Absolutely disappointing service by the clinic.

    This Medical Centre is the best. I hadn't had a booking and I called them to book an appointment. They told me to come in as you are not registered on our system. In doing so, I was booked in and didn't have to wait too long. The administrative team are friendly and helpful. Thank you for your support:) I will recommend this medical centre to my family and friends.

    Called up today and spoke with a lovely lady called Kelly Who was very helpful and informative and explained everything in detail. Very helpful super kind and I'm very grateful for the amazing job they do down there especially with the ongoing pressures that we as a community need to be more aware and more grateful for all the amazing work the medical industry does. Please be kind and thoughtful as they can only do so much.

    After coming here for years and seeing what my mum has come home like from her appointment makes me so disgusted. We will never be returning again because of poor treatment. Doctor Would not even help her and laughed in her face when she said she couldn't afford to get a procedure done what kind of doctor is that? This place has gone so down hill I even refuse to go there when im sick now, id rather stick it out. And one minute you guys tell us to get out and walk-ins aren't available and then today oh all the sudden they are? I cant come back here after years of being a patient here and seeing how downhill its gone, I refuse to go back people find somewhere else wish I could give this 0 stars

    Dr Walia is an incredible doctor. Very professional and cares about his patients. The clinic was very nice and clean. Staffs were very nice and my children were seen by the doctor less than 20minutes which was amazing.

    Maybe update your opening times so that families aren’t waiting outside your doors on the weekends for an hour on Saturdays or two hours on Sundays. Pathetic. Whoever is in charge of informing customers of important updates should be fired.

    This clinic DOESN'T even deserve a star, I called the phone to get an appointment for me and the receptionis was really rude and dismissive bit anyway I am in desperate need of an appointment so I decided to wait in the line like she asked. 30 minutes went by and no answer and they they hang up not even being able to talk to the receptionist. I call back again and I cannot even talk to anyone. Honestly it's a waste of time. There goes 50 minutes of my life that I am not getting back

    As my Dr was away and I wasn’t well I found this centre close to home. I called and was told to come in after 9-30 am as a walk in.i needed to set up a file for myself using a barcode which I tried but it wouldn’t load. So i asked the gorgeous receptionist, Virginia to assist which she did without hesitation. I also used another /arcade to accept billing . I was cal”ed and the Dr had the best numerous personality that made me at ease, I was attended to and returned to Virginia for payment which was easy. Pay by card get Medicare rebate immediately back on your card. Win win. So $20 out of pocket that’s nothing for the service I received!!! but glad I went. I will definitely go back there !!! And thanks to patient Virginia.

    Always a great experience especially with Dr Farred, Dr Baharati and Dr Vivik. Kind, caring and never in a hurry to give a detailed explanation when asked questions regarding anything especially about children. Glad to see we still have doctors like that🙏
